Love the space. Small and intimate

Had the lovely opportunity to taste their new menu items and I was not disappointed. The drinks and food was delicious. The roasted rooted vegetables and yogurt dill sauce was the star of the show. I can't wait to order a platter of that. Everyone was very friendly and I met new people who i hope to link up with soon. It's a small restaurant. Somewhere I would go for carryout but have a nice cocktail or two while I wait. I can't wait til the new items are on the menu

The menu has a large sign saying whole milk only, but it wasn't until after I ordered that I saw you could swap for oat milk for 50 cents. I wish that sign was bigger. The food was cold and took a long time to heat up/ seemed like the workers were put out that we wanted hot food... I was not impressed by the service despite the fact that the place itself is cute. It felt like just being there was a hassle. I liked how different the flavors are, and I really enjoyed my key lime pie and appreciated that they had their list of vendors public. I thought the coffee and pie was... fine for the price. I don't think I would go here again.

Though I walked here, you can find street parking in the area though it is limited and you will likely be circling several blocks before finding something (and please check signage restrictions). Pie Time is really meant as a to-go shop as there is very limited seating, just 4 tables as well as a bench. They do have wifi but I would not say with such limited seating that this is a place to study/work at. They do have a drink promotion with a punch card where after you buy 10, you get a drink free + 30% off a bakery item. The ingredients are locally sourced and there is information present on where they are from. They also have a local bulletin board with local events that I think is good for the community to find established third spaces. Alternative milks cost $0.50 extra. I paid a little over $20 for the three items below, which I also think is pricy for what I ordered. Hot Chai Latte w/ whole milk 1.5/5, this drink was sadly disappointing. While it was hot, there was virtually no taste of chai present. This tasted like hot milk with just a sprinkling of cinnamon / chai over it as opposed to a chai latte. Apple Pie 3/5, this was an average apple pie, I think it could have been improved by adding something like cinnamon to it to enhance flavoring Pumpkin Pie 4/5, this was good, I did think it was small, however. The pumpkin spice flavor was present throughout though the dough of the pie was unevenly textured throughout (some parts soft, some parts hard).

Guests with animal companions are welcome to enjoy our seasonal outdoor seating. We appreciate your understanding! Please note that our cafe unfortunately isn't ADA accessible. We'd love to offer that to our community once we have the funds to renovate our historic building." They are located on the corner of S Wolfe St. and Fleet St. There is a cafe inside, "We offer a traditional Italian espresso menu along with premium tea, pastry, sandwiches, and other goodies inspired by the Mediterranean region. In the spirit of Italian cuisine, we use the purest ingredients we can find to celebrate their flavors. We want you to taste the rich dark chocolate in our mocha, the cream in our whole milk, the freshness of the tomato, basil, and mozzarella in our caprese sandwich, and so on. No added sugars, preservatives, or anything like that -- all for the best experience possible." I've tried the Iced Mocha and it's really good, perfectly described above. Made fresh, with simple and clean flavors, no fuss or filler. They also sell some cat toys and books about cats around the seating area before you get to the room with the kittles. Some of these book titles are hilarious! Affogatto was started in 2024 by Tony. He helps facilitates the cat interactions. To interact with the kit-cats you can make an appointment (25 minutes for $10) online: https://www.affogatto.com/ and I've been here a few times for the appointments and it's always such a chill time :) You can tell that the kit-cats are well cared for. They are living their best "cat mojo". Very active and are not afraid to chase after a cat toy. The area where you interact with the cats is very clean and tidy. There are places for the cats to scratch on scratchers, lay around in beds, wall mounted shelves and perches for them to climb along, a running water fountain for them to drink water, and a litter box. Each time I come here, there are new kit-cats and that warms my heart... because it means the previous kitties have been adopted to good homes :) I have 2 boy cats that I left at home with my parents when I moved, and I miss them a lot. Coming here is low key therapeutic for me as I get some furs time. The yummy, caffeinated beverage selection also helps :) If you have some time, stop by. Get a beverage, make an appointment to meet some cute kit-cats. You might even find yourself a fur-ever companion :D

A jerk of a manager, who goes above and beyond in making his customers feel unappreciated. The only reason this place is still open is because they are close to some of the people in the building; if it weren't for winters in Baltimore and time-constraints, no one would come here. Every time I go, I am reminded that the extra 5 minute walk to any other restaurant is worth the better lunch and friendlier service. Unrecommended with extreme prejudice.

What's wrong with me?…read more This is like one of those bad relationships that you keep going back to because it's convenient rather than because you truly like them. Food is expensive and mediocre at best. The manager is so incredibly rude and mean to not only her employees (I don't think there has been a day that I haven't seen her yelling at her employees and giving them evil looks in front of all the customers) but also to her customers! The last time I was here I ordered a hot water for my tea (I bought my own bag). The cashier didn't have a chance to ring me up yet and I asked if the hot water cost any money. The manager yelled from 10 feet away, "YES OF COURSE IT COST MONEY. IT'S 50 CENTS!!!! CAN'T YOU READ THE BOARD?" WHOA WHOA there...I told her to calm down as it's only 8 in the morning and she didn't need to catch an attitude because I never said I wasn't going to pay. If you have such a hate on life then maybe you should stop working in the food industry or better yet, stop being around people. The other employees have always been courteous and nice so far. So I feel bad for them having to work around such a tyrant. Her attitude as a manager has caused such a low rating because the leader of the ship makes the difference. Also the 10 oz cups are only 6 oz. Why advertise it as such when you are clearly lying? This was the last straw, so I'll not be coming back.
