I have passed by for the last 6 years and today I decide to venture in. One person was welcoming, and introduced the store while he finished up with another customer. I ended up waiting a few minutes, but there were others in the back standing this whole time. I asked to try 2 flavors, and this person who had finally walked over said ok two scoops? I said no I'd like to try, they responded saying 1 sample per person (but it was the tone that turned me off). I tried the flavor I was most unsure about and moved on. We happened to be in Baltimore and dropped into Moo Moo Cows after we had dinner. The staff was very welcoming. In fact while we were there they greeted every customer and said goodbye to every customer. Since we were first timers they went over all of their offerings. They had a variety of ice cream flavors in addition to soft serve (in addition to snow balls and food). My wife and oldest daughter got soft server (vanilla and chocolate), my youngest got strawberry cheese cake and I got black cherry. I really enjoyed mine as it was very rich and creamy. The ice cream was so good that there was very little sharing going on. I got a single scoop and I was a little surprised about how big the portion size was. This is the BEST place in town for ice cream! The owners will and Bill are extremely friendly and this facility is very inclusive! LGBT+, Black Lives Matter, Asian lives matter, and eco friendly! Their ice cream comes directly from a dairy farm and they also have a great report from the health department for being clean and sanitary. The ice cream is extremely delicious and they have multiple flavors and toppings and they make their water comes in house so you know it's fresh! Popped in on a warm day and I'm so glad I did. The ice cream here is so creamy and flavorful! They have a good selection of staple ice cream flavors and a few others. The consistency of their ice cream is probably my favorite in Baltimore. I got a scoop in a cup and boy was that a HUGE scoop! Love it. The decor is cute (tons of cow wall decorations) and especially their disco ball! I got a triple scoop cup of 1x brownie & 2x moo moo cows ($8.50) and a cup soft serve of Cinnamon Toast Crunch ($4.50). The brownie ice cream was pretty good but the moo moo cows (aka cookies n cream) was easily my favorite. I was excited to try the unique Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve after the worker hyped it up but it was not as good as I expected (still decent tho). Let me start off by saying that this is definitely the best ice cream in the DMV!!! It was really good I got the strawberry cheesecake cake, my sister got the brownie which was the BOMB!!! Pink is my favorite color and cows are my favorite animal so A+ for the cute interior design here. The owners are incredibly cool and kind. They served us. I wasn't sure what to order and they let me try a variety of flavors and the soft serve. You can tell they're making a quality product here. I'm more of a dark chocolate fan and the chocolate flavors I tried lean towards milk chocolate (nothing wrong with this). The prices are amazing here too. I'm blanking on the names of the flavors we ordered, but my friend ended up getting a chocolate chip mint ice cream that she adored and I got a very yummy loaded brownie chocolate flavor that I highly recommend. Let's start with the good: It looks super cute in there!!! Now let's get to why we will never return: I walk in with my partner excited bc they have gluten free flavors and ask to try one with a smile. The man on the other side sighs and tells me to move to the side and proceeds to ask my partner what they would like. They make a choice and the man behind the counter rings them up and asks it that is all. My partner quickly states that the order includes whatever I want. So then I am asked which flavor I would like to try again. The person, which I found out was one of the owners, also became visibly and audibly annoyed when I asked if they had gluten free cones. We completed the order and sat outside. After all of the hullabaloo, the ice cream wasn't even that great. I suggest walking across the street to BMore Licks.
