We happened to be in Baltimore and dropped into Moo Moo Cows after we had dinner. The staff was very welcoming. In fact while we were there they greeted every customer and said goodbye to every customer. Since we were first timers they went over all of their offerings. They had a variety of ice cream flavors in addition to soft serve (in addition to snow balls and food). My wife and oldest daughter got soft server (vanilla and chocolate), my youngest got strawberry cheese cake and I got black cherry. I really enjoyed mine as it was very rich and creamy. The ice cream was so good that there was very little sharing going on. I got a single scoop and I was a little surprised about how big the portion size was. The shop was decorated really nicely and had a cool vibe. Overall we had a really great experience and would highly recommend.
Friendly service, lots of flavors to choose from with clearly organized ingredients info. Plus, there's a disco ball.. Ice creamy is flavorful, creamy and several different items you can choose from ie floats to shakes to scoops etc.
I got a kiddie size of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve ($4) and was quite good! Soft serve was light on the sweetness/sugar level but the flavor was nailed! It had a nice cinnamon sugar taste to it! The interior is very viby. Staff were very friendly! I can see why this place ranked within the top 100 on Yelp in 2023
This place has a #6 spot rating in the us but I think that's wrong. It should be #1! From the moment you walk in the door you feel the energy. The ice cream is delish. The owners are so nice. The ambiance is everything. We're from out of state and this is the best ice cream we've ever had. We've brought our family here when the come to visit and they all agree it's delish! We haven't been when there's a wait but we would absolutely wait for this!
This clean pink lively disco savvy looking Creamry is for the good of those who are not Lactose intolerant or for those that will test their tolerance for this treat. Rocky Road for the win was chosen. And for those that need gluten free they have you covered. Staff is very friendly and attentive. There seats to for relaxation while endulging in your favorite dairy cool treat. If you are in the area happily move to the disco savvy establishment that may or may not make your belly movw or groove to the tasty beat.
This is the BEST place in town for ice cream! The owners will and Bill are extremely friendly and this facility is very inclusive! LGBT+, Black Lives Matter, Asian lives matter, and eco friendly! Their ice cream comes directly from a dairy farm and they also have a great report from the health department for being clean and sanitary. The ice cream is extremely delicious and they have multiple flavors and toppings and they make their water comes in house so you know it's fresh! Moral is, I worke highly recommend this place if you want great service, great décor, a great experience, and most importantly great food!

There's a rotating g menu of treats including vegan, kosher, and allergen free in house made options as well as commercial dole and shaved ice products. For non sweet eats there's chips and hot dogs and bratwurst. It's such a fun shop with sparkly features.

Our party of two dropped in for the Friday special of two scoops in waffle cone for $6. We went with salted caramel and peanut butter. Both in house made ice cream were creamy and flavorful. The waffle cone was fresh and crunchy. Employees were extremely friendly and efficient. For $6, it was a steal.
Moo Moo Cows is a great ice cream shop. The owners are very kind. I was struggling to decide what to order, so I got one scoop of strawberry cheesecake and one scoop of cookie dough. Both were very good. The strawberry cheesecake had a rich cream cheese taste and the cookie dough had just the right amount of brown sugar flavor. Each tasted very fresh. The prices were reasonable, too. I'm looking forward to going back to try some more flavors soon!

The consistency of their ice cream is probably my favorite in Baltimore. I got a scoop in a cup and boy was that a HUGE scoop! Love it. The decor is cute (tons of cow wall decorations) and especially their disco ball! There's a few tables to enjoy your ice cream inside, but also some bench seating outside to enjoy the day with your sweet treat. Service is super kind. They'll have various Dole Whip flavors during the summer as well which is a huge plus if you like it!
Moo Moo Cows!! I have been telling everyone I can about this place. This place is AWESOME! We just so happened to be in town for the day and our flight got delayed, so we were able to get our sweet tooth craving satisfied and found Moo Moo Cows by a search online. It had great reviews and while some other local ice cream shops also had good reviews, something stuck out to me about Moo Moo Cows, perhaps the name that excited me and gave me a good vibe feeling. We went in and there were some other diners. It was the middle of the week in the middle of the day so not so so busy, but I was glad to see we weren't the only other patrons at this awesome establishment. The service here is phenomenal. Truly, everyone on the team was awesome, above friendly, and just so warm and welcoming. The menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. I feel like these days in big cities there's so many "fancy" ice cream places with strange flavors but this place has all of the basic flavors and then some more intricate flavors too. Finally! Also, so many places don't do sundaes anymore and that was not the case here. You can build your own which is even better. We both opted for sundaes. I did a small, then we also got a large. We also got a couple of drinks and the total was around $15. We were truly astonished at the price and how generous our servings were. Quality of the ice cream itself was so delicious and has left us craving more. Although we aren't from the area, we already look forward to going back on our next visit to Baltimore!! read more

I have passed by for the last 6 years and today I decide to venture in. One person was welcoming, and introduced the store while he finished up with another customer. I ended up waiting a few minutes, but there were others in the back standing this whole time. I asked to try 2 flavors, and this person who had finally walked over said ok two scoops? I said no I'd like to try, they responded saying 1 sample per person (but it was the tone that turned me off). I tried the flavor I was most unsure about and moved on. They do give a good amount of ice-cream, and they said something about it being the only _____ dairy ice-cream in Baltimore. It was decent ice-cream but I dont need to go back. Otherwise seemed like a cool spot, with a few meal deals and specials. read more

This place is so cute! They had excellent wall art (see photo of cow paintings!!) and fun music. Please us the ice cream was great. They have so many flavors to choose from. Since this was our first visit, we got a single cup of brownie and then a split cup of cow tracks and Rocky Road- all were delicious! The people working there were very nice and had great energy. I had an amazing time at this local ice cream shop with my best friend. It was super cool checking out one of Yelp's Top Ice Cream spots. My first note is that I love all the pink decor. Pink is my favorite color and cows are my favorite animal so A+ for the cute interior design here. The owners are incredibly cool and kind. They served us. I wasn't sure what to order and they let me try a variety of flavors and the soft serve. You can tell they're making a quality product here. I'm more of a dark chocolate fan and the chocolate flavors I tried lean towards milk chocolate (nothing wrong with this). The prices are amazing here too. I'm blanking on the names of the flavors we ordered, but my friend ended up getting a chocolate chip mint ice cream that she adored and I got a very yummy loaded brownie chocolate flavor that I highly recommend. There was an interesting smell inside, so we opted for the outdoor bench seating. Our outdoor spot was really nice for people watching. I would recommend checking this ice cream shop out if you're in town. read more

Let me start off by saying that this is definitely the best ice cream in the DMV!!! It was really good I got the strawberry cheesecake cake, my sister got the brownie which was the BOMB!!! And my dad got cookies and cream which was like Adam Jones hitting an out of the park home run and Lamar Jackson throwing a 70 yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers at the same time!!! The service was also good because one of the workers saw that I was overwhelmed by the amazing flavors and suggested a few flavors I could try! Only a 13 minute walk from the harbor in a great location. Don't let the broken windows deceive you (I genuinely wonder what happened to the windows lol) this shop is simply amazing. I also want to try a hot dog from here ( yeah they have hot dogs). read more

My coworker recommended this and it took me awhile before I got to it, and I wish I didn't take so long before I tried. The guy was so friendly and explained the shop and what they serve. The ice cream was delicious and not heavy. It's really cute inside surprisingly since the space is small but it was giving a 90's vibe. I can only imagine what it's like in the summer and definitely will return to try other flavors. read more

Peanut butter ripple Plenty of peanut butter throughout. The ice cream lacked depth; there needed to be more milk fat to deepen the flavor of the base, adding the richness and creaminess that was missing. Side-note: the provided plastic spoon has sharp plastic edges that cut the creases of your mouth when you use it. Decent ice cream overall. However, it doesn't outshine its competitor across the street. read more

I walked in and the abrupt shift of environment was fun! They had a disco light going, and decor including their involvement in the community. When I was observing the wall of posters with news articles boasting of them, I saw one mention the recommendation: Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve. Considering how there was a special Friday deal going on ($5 for a waffle cone with soft serve / ice cream) I had to take advantage of it. Fresh, local cream made into a cinnamon toast soft serve, with a heaping pile of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (top tier cereal) on top. My favorite part was the house-made waffle cone! It wasn't a plain old cone either, it even had a nice flavor and crunch to it. We came 30 minutes before closing (Sorry! I hate doing that!) and they had an alright attitude. I was looking for an ice cream spot to treat my husband and googled different locations we had not been. It was something about Moo Moo though neither one of us had ever been. The outside of the establishment is so eye catching (I had to take pics). Once we walked in, I fell in love with the brightness, the colors, just inviting. The owners- it was truly a pleasure meeting them both. They were friendly, kind and honestly i felt as if I had known them forever. Finally, the ice cream- my husband had marbled strawberry and I had butter pecan in a waffle cone. OMG beyond delicious. I will most definitely be returning- Cold Stone, BR, DQ and whatever other ice cream spots out there have nothing on Moo Moo Cows. Do you think we can get them on cruise ships?! We stumbled onto Moo Moo Cows and what a happy accident it was. Will and Bill are absolutely delightful and I don't know if I liked the vibe or the ice cream better. The ice cream was incredibly smooth and delicious. And their waffle cone was tasty. I found out they have their own recipe. Will took out order and let my son try the strawberry marble and he fell in love with it. I had the black raspberry (which can be hard to find). They have definitely built a local ice cream paradise. You should definitely check it out. Note they are closed Monday-wednesday. At least this time of year. read more
Checked out Moo Moo Cows for the first time and loved it. We tried the candy cane, caramel chocolate truffle and cow tracks. All delicious. The milk they use is from a local dairy farm and the ice cream is silky smooth. They make homemade soft serve but we'll have to try that next time. Last night after not enjoying my dinner, i needed to make up for it with some good Desert. This place came up on google and man o man, love it!!!!! I went super simple, soft serve chocolate cup w hot fudge and whip creme. It was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent as well. Small staff with alot of customers and it moved quick.
