The servers were very sweet to share that we could order takeout and not have to pay the extra fee. Finally, not sure why, but there was not a lot of heating inside the restaurant. We ate with our jackets on, which was fine. But found that to be a little odd. Nobody seemed to know why they couldn't get the heat on. When it's below freezing, it would be nice to escape the chill. I also prefer stuffed doughnuts (like a good Boston cream, etc) but they don't have many options for those. Instead it seems they prefer to put a dollop of the cream in the hole on top. They're good and I love the variety but I've had better doughnuts.

After I had paid and returned to the table, my wife told me the server was walking around with a check, likely had forgot which table had asked for it. Ambiance: This was the best part.
