Came here for some ice cream on a cold, windy day. It's always time for ice cream especially from Bmore lLcks. I got my seasonal favorite the caramel eggnog on a sugar cone. My friend got the cookie butter ice cream with Oreos on top. Despite the cold weather, both were SO good! All in all, Bmore Licks has some of the best ice cream in Baltimore. Stopped into Bmore Licks Thursday evening for a nice sweet treat and they did not disappoint. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and the friendly server answered all of our first timer questions. There is an assortment of different homemade flavors of the day along with a plethora of soft serve options and different toppings that can be mixed in. I opted for the homestyle Butter Praline Pecan it was absolutely delicious. Nice thick and creamy texture and the flavor was on point. My date opted for the soft serve pistachio with a fruity pebble mix in and really enjoyed the flavors together. It was a very cold January evening when we stopped by so it was pretty empty inside although it got kind of crowded as we were attempting to leave. There's just two tables to sit inside the place to sit and enjoy but plenty of outdoor seating place for much warmer weather days. The workers were very polite and helpful and make suggestions. Will definitely be returning to try some more favorites. read more

I've been missing out on Bmore Licks because I constantly go to Taharka's, but I'm not going to make that mistake anymore. I'm going to spread my love evenly between these two places. Ok, that said, I popped into Bmore Licks on 10/6. The space is super cute, a little on the small side, but still able to accommodate some inside seating while the other half of the room has the ordering counter. All the available wall space is taken up by ice cream names. It's a bit overwhelming, but I was there for it. After consulting with the employee there about what's what when ordering, I went with the soft serve banana and peppermint patty in a waffle cone. I was a little worried the peppermint patty flavor would be too aggressive, but I'm glad I took a chance! That combo was absolutely delicious! I gobbled it right up. And I'll be back for that same mix or for some new flavors. So many options and I can't wait! read more

I can't believe I've been living in federal Hill for two years now and I'm just now trying this ice cream shop. I hear about it all the time, in addition to passing it almost every day during my walk. But today with spring peeking through and a high of 64°. I thought it would be a perfect time to get some ice cream. You can order inside or outside via there to go door. I decided to go inside to see what options they had. The person at the counter was extremely sweet and patient while I was asking different questions about different add-ons and ice cream flavors that they had. I ended up going with coffee ice cream Mixed with Heath bar. It was really good! read more

Clearing and casual. Staff was polite, but not overly friendly. Great options for a sweet treat, especially on a hot day. It is a family favorite when we are in town. Seating inside is very limited and none outside. They have many flavors available in both serve and hard. You get very large portions for the price. read more

My experience at BMore Licks was mediocre. The service was not very attentive to the people at the walk-up window, so it took a while to be able to place an order. I got two scoops of the peanut butter Oreo ice cream in a cup. The ice cream was just ok, not particularly special or stand-out in anyway way. They serve two scoops in a single scoop cup, which is not ergonomically sound. The top scoop remained hard while the bottom scoop started to melt, so the top scoop swiveled around from being top-heavy. Perhaps it was an off night. I'll give it another try another time. read more

I was actually headed to Moo Moo Cow but they were closed today. I made a pivot and found this cute little popular ice cream shop " Bmore Licks" which is a funny and catchy name lol first off I noticed they had an outdoor seating area , it was already taken up but at least they have outside seating. I went inside the air conditioning felt nice . I was greeted by two friendly teens who explained the flavors to me and let me try a few. They don't have any sugar free options for folks who are trying to watch the sugar in take which is unfortunate , but they did have plenty of unique and creative flavors. You can tell that this is the neighborhood go- to spot for a sweet treat. There were plenty of patrons, not bad for a Monday afternoon. Nice clean environment. I wanted a Kiddie size lol but I could not decide between two flavors cookie butter and Cuban Coffee Oreo so ended up getting a scoop of both. Both were really good flavors. The coffee and Oreo gave a punch of expresso flavor paired with the tradition taste of Oreo, delightful. The Cookie Butter tasted like a delicious medley of vanilla, biscoff cookie and caramel blended goodness. I liked how they tasted together. They gave a nice hefty portion, I could not and would not eat the entire thing lol definitely a sugar rush but I nice treat for a beautiful day. I was surprised that they didn't have any rewards or electronic reward point system for patrons. If I were to make any recommendation, it would be that. Either way, great place for sweet treat for kids and adults alike. read more

I always see this on Instagram and a co worker recommended I stop here while I was in the area so I did. I'm glad I did. I went with the chocolate peanut butter homemade hard version on a regular cake cone. It was huge! It was delicious and it had little Reese's cups throughout it! This is a good choice if you're wanting ice cream. You can order from the window. There wasn't a line so it didn't take long and they were friendly to me. read more

I've driven past this establishment numerous times and always noticed how long the line was. Today, I decided to try them out. The colors of the building and menu boards are bright and colorful. There were plenty of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy but we decided to take a walk on this beautiful day. The outside of Bmore Licks reminded me of Rita's where you place your order to an associate on the other side of the window, pay (cashless only), and get your ice cream from another window. I liked that the napkin box was mounted on the outside as opposed to having to ask for some. Our server was extremely friendly and nice. It appears the majority of the ice creams are soft serve in many different flavors, they also serve hard ice creams, milkshakes, floats, ice cream tacos, and treats for dogs. My husband had a soft serve Strawberry Banana which melted in your mouth and I had a hard chocolate with pieces of brownie in a waffle cone which was also good. I must say my single serve cone was filling. Everything was really good and I'm sure we will be back. read more

I swear, I've been craving a good soft serve all summer. I stopped into Bmore Licks for the first time a few weeks ago and finally got my soft serve fix. There was a long line both at the outdoor windows and inside at the counter, but it moved really quickly. If you like having tons of creative flavors to choose from, you will love Bmore Licks. Personally, I enjoy the classics - chocolate and vanilla. I guess I'm not very adventurous when it comes to ice cream. I opted for a chocolate and vanilla swirl soft serve with rainbow sprinkles. It really hit the spot. I'll also say that I noticed some gluten free waffle bowl options. I even saw some folks order sundaes that looked absolutely incredible. It's not the nearest ice cream option to me, but I enjoyed it and will return when I'm back in the neighborhood! read more

Maybe I am more of an ice cream girlie than I think I am. Came here after dinner in the area with some friends in town. The soft serve is what makes this place really special. Tons of flavors - an overwhelming amount and this place was BUMPING on a Tuesday night. They have dole whip here which is super special bc you can't find that anywhere else in the city. It's a small indoor space with a window ordering. The staff is all young but friendly and helpful. They do offer pints to go too but probably not good for soft serve! Bmore Licks - Honey baklava, blueberry crumble - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Bmore Licks is the most complete ice cream place in Baltimore. What I mean by this is they can fulfill the ice cream desires for most people. You prefer soft serve? They got you. Hand dipped? They got you. Vegan? Coffee and ice cream float? Shakes? Brownie sundaes? Fruit whips? They got you. Options don't really matter if the quality isn't there and thankfully Bmore Licks delivers. They offer some of the finest vegan ice cream that's not from a totally vegan joint in the city. During my separate visits I've enjoyed a cone of vegan cotton candy, vegan Cap'n Crunch and a vegan Mint Chip. I love that not only does Bmore Licks offer typical vegan flavors, but they also veganize some of their not so typical ones. That's what sets them apart from some of the other ice cream places in town. This location offers an option to order inside or outside. The parking here seems to be a bit easier to navigate than the other location although I do usually park far away and walk. You want great vegan (or non vegan) ice cream with lots of options? BMore Licks is the way to go. read more

I love this place! I mainly go to the one in Fells Point but I was in the area so I decided to check it out! They have so many fun flavors and the weather was nice so of course the line was long... BUT they do also take orders indoors so don't let the outside line fool you! The prices are pretty comparable to what you would pay for other gourmet ice cream places. My favorite here is the cookie monster so I bought a pint of that ($7.25) and a single scoop of pop tart w/ waffle cone around $5.5 I think. They offer a variety of soft serve as well. You can go there and try any flavors you want! read more

When I'm in a mood for soft serve ice cream there'a only one place to go... Bmore Licks! With over 100 flavors of to choose there is something for everyone! Even your dog deserves a treat on a hot day... yes they have doggie ice cream. In honor of the summer season, I ordered blueberry soft serve. I was pleased with the flavor. Soft, creamy, I could taste more vanilla over the blueberry flavor but it's delicious. Soft serve is the perfect way to end the weekend. If you're not in the mood for soft serve, Bmore Licks also has hard ice cream flavors. One more surprise.. They have Dole Whip! Service: Quick, and friendly! Ambiance: Seating is limited. There's a beautiful mural of ice cream outside the shop. The line gets really long on weekends but it's worth the wait. read more

Just another week of going to Bmore Licks LOL. I have been to both Bmore Licks locations but I noticed this location is lacking reviews, so I'll write one. No joke, I have lived next two both locations. One year at Fed Hill, this year by Patterson. Maybe it was destined for me to be in walking to Bmore Licks! The staff at both location are friendly, organized, quick communicators, and very quick to get you your order even on the busiest days. I appreciate they have varieties of ice cream for dairy and non-dairy patrons. Outside both locations is pretty chill, inside it's colorful, warm, and cozy. I always bring friends here as a watch to catch up over ice cream. Pro tip - rather than waiting outside to order ice cream, try ordering ice cream inside if the line is shorter! read more

Great spot for ice cream in Baltimore -- reasonably priced and delicious with a ginormous selection of flavors. I've been coming here consistently for the past few years that I've lived in Baltimore, and it has not disappointed. I prefer to get the kiddie size if you're looking for something on the smaller size. Their soft serve portions are huge for any of the 100 or so specialty flavors. The line can appear long at times, but it does move rather quickly, and you can either order inside or outside, so be sure to check the line in both spots. I always enjoy coming here after dinner in Fed Hill. It's always fun to go with a group that gets different flavors to try all they have to offer. read more

This review might be biased because I'm from the dairy state. The ice cream was flavorful BUT it wasn't creamy, leaving me unsatisfied. My ice cream parlor (do we still call them that lol) ..soooo many yummy flavors and ways to order your ice cream! I am a lil perturbed they didn't have my fav there last time (roasted banana pecan cheesecake!!!) but the staff was able to whip me up something else fairly close to it. There's an entrance and eating area or there's a window on the side to allow for outside enjoyment but we usually come in since there's barely ever a line inside when we come and we get to take our time choosing flavors. Love it here! read more

I liked that you could go inside or order outside at a window. There are so many different flavors here that it was overwhelming. I was stressed trying to figure out what my kids and I all wanted. After we finally made a decision, I failed to realize the made to order soft serve flavors only come in one size. This is a lot of ice cream for one to eat especially kids. We ended up going with: Pina colada - not a fan, only saw pineapple pieces but no coconut. Maybe it was a coconut syrup, but either way it just didn't do anything for me Dirty grasshopper - the candy pieces are good. Basically like a mint chocolate ice cream Mint oreo - like a mint cookies n cream Fruity pebbles - not sure how this could go wrong. If you like ther cereal you will like this Chocolate chip dough Each cone comes out out to almost $5 each. If we end up here again, I'll have my kids share a cone or two. I do realize that I prefer ice cream over soft serve especially after this visit. read more

I love this place! They have an enormous variety of flavors every day. You can never go wrong. The brownie sundaes are one of my favorites. It has 2 big scoops of ice cream (any flavor you like), whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry. If you like milkshakes; the milkshake are HUGE. The cookie butter ice cream is one of my favorite flavors. They have walk up windows that are really cool when the weather is nice or you just don't feel like waiting inside. The inside looks like a cute ice cream shop. another nice tip is that you can sample the ice cream to help you decide which flavor you want. read more

On the positive side- there were endless options of ice cream flavors, cones, vegan and gluten free! When I saw the vegan ice cream list- it appeared to me as if pumpkin and Oreo were two different flavors.... However they were one! Ummmmm, this just wasn't for me. Unfortunately, the pumpkin ice cream was a beautiful cone made w love, but lacked richness. It tasted like an unsatisfying icecream dupe. And I did have to toss it after I spent my $7 on it. The cone was great though- and they probably have much better tasting regular icecream- they just have to! read more

My friends and I collectively got the Raven (black raspberry with oreo), Aye Aye Cap'N (captain crunch), strawberry oreo soft serve, and the honey baklava. I heard a lot of good things about this place and decided to check it out one day. They have a ton of flavors to choose from! It looks like maybe they get removed from rotation when they are out so I wasn't sure if what I wanted was going to be there or not which was stressful! I walked in and was hoping to try a few flavors that I'd never heard of before my final decision but like 30 seconds after I walked in there were 8 new people in the store. I didn't want to hold anyone up so I ordered the cookie butter ice cream as a single cup. It was okay. Not my favorite flavor but also not the worst.
