We went to the Fell's Point location but there wasn't any parking for miles because there was a farmer's market event going on so we drove all the way to Federal Hill. It's very easy to spot with their BMore Licks mural. So many ice cream flavors to choose from!! From soft serve to hard ice cream scoop to dole whip!! I ordered the double scoop: Cookie Monster and grasshopper mint ice cream. It was about $7 and they were very generous with the scoop that it didn't even fit in the regular cup lol. It was so good but I couldn't finish because there was so much. Highly recommend if you're visiting Baltimore! read more

Bmore licks is the cutest ice cream place serving up crazy flavors! I am always so overwhelmed by their never ending list of soft serve flavors. I got the pumpkin oreo which was a little underwhelming. Was very sugary and did not taste like pumpkin so I was a bit sad. But my husband's cookie dough and captain crunch cone was bangin and totally made up for it. The service is pretty quick and everyone is super nice. I love their Halloween decorations and their ambiance got me in the fall mood! I will definitely be back to try the thrilla vanilla and other fall flavors! read more

I came across this shop on the search for some delicious ice cream. It was far, about an hour drive from where I live in Maryland but my friends and I decided it would be worth it to make the trek since the reviews were so good. Upon arrival the shop is was unexpectedly closed despite their hours stating they were opened. We arrived around 7:30 and the location was set to close at 9:00. Lights in the store were off and nobody present. All social media and the website mentioned nothing about the closed shop so I'm not sure what happened. Frustrated we didn't get to try it however instead we went to the ice cream shop called Moo Moo Cow across the street which was amazing! For folks interested in trying this location perhaps call first to be sure they are open since social media and the website might not be up to date. read more

B'more licks reportedly banned me after the employee serving my son and me the said I, a black, disabled, retired military senior citizen, made her uncomfortable and made a lewd comment while reaching in my pants. I supposedly did this with my son standing next to me and a lot of customers within eye and earshot. My son and I went directly to dinner with my wife after ice hockey practice and I was wearing my coaching jumpsuit over my shorts. We were skating on ice and ice is very cold. To pay for my order, I had to get to my wallet, which was in my shorts, which was under my jumpsuit!!! My son was wearing his jumpsuit also. I returned to the establishment the next day after learning of the accusation. The manager confirmed B'more licks banned me. The manager also informed me employees would dial 911 on me if I entered the premises. Based on personal experience. that would not end well for me, based on decades of personal experience. I have no criminal record but I have had hundreds of encounters in my almost 60 years of being a black male and being accused/attacked of/for looking at white women/people the wrong way, looking "intimidating," being handcuffed/detained (be it face down on the ground, on my knees against a wall, in the back of a police car, etc.) for "fitting the description" which was only two words--black male. I pray the server and B'more licks leadership have never faced such humiliation, but, if they have, I'm sure it has not been a repeat affair. It's disappointing that, in 2024, bmore licks condones racism at its highest level. I provided my contact information but did not hear from B'more licks. Even worse, they're trying to assassinate my character and reputation by portraying me as some sort of deviant when I did nothing wrong. Not the first time a white person (be it the server at the window or her bosses) have tried to remind me of my "place." Shame on you. read more

Best ice cream in Baltimore HANDS DOWN!! From the handmade to the soft serve ice cream, everything is wonderful, you can't go wrong! Today I got the Strawberry Oreo and it was great, but the Lemon Cookie flavor I got a while back was even better! I also tasted their Cookie Butter handmade and I was blown away! The service is always on point, and with the this location being right in Fed Hill, the setting is always nice, especially when the weather is perfect! read more

Bmore Licks is my go-to ice cream spot at this point. I love that they offer Dole Whip. I've only tried a few of their soft serve flavors, Apple Pie for example, because I get hooked and don't want to switch. The service is always great and they move swiftly, so don't let the long line turn you away. There are a few tables outside along with benches or if there's space inside there are a few seating options there too. read more

Finally got to try this ice cream place in Federal Hill. It was busy for a Thursday evening. There were so many flavors to choose from, it's overwhelming. I tried the aye aye captain which is similar to the Captain crunch cereal but not sugary. The service was good. There were two people at the register and they were patient with the customers. They do give samples but if it's busy, I would only sample one which is what I did. I'd like to come back here when it's not super busy so I can check out the other flavors. read more

I'm not a huge sweets or ice cream guy but the choke hold Bmore Licks has on me is insane. I can't get enough of their soft serve - so many great flavors to choose from. Sometimes when I'm bored I'll just go for a walk to get a cone from them. It's pretty rare to see shops offer so many flavors and still maintain such good quality. I haven't had a bad cone here. Lines can be long but they move quickly. read more

Great little spot for ice cream! We stopped in on an unseasonably warm spring, and the place was packed. The line moved quickly, though, and we were lucky enough to find an available table outside. I opted for the soft serve cone, which was delicious. Not too many places serve soft serve anymore, so it was a nice change of pace. It was really good too. My brother had the Cuban Coffee Oreo, which he loved. My sister had the Key Lime & Oh Snap Ginger Cookie. She didn't care for the Key Lime, but she loved the ginger snap. The young ladies working were really nice, and the location had a nice vibe. If I lived in Baltimore, I'd be a regular customer for sure! read more

So many flavor, so little time. Always a line on a hit or warm day and still usually pretty packed in between. A friend and I, randomly, stopped by for a couple scoops a couple months ago. Let me just say I had to stop myself from asking to sample several flavors. I stuck to my guns and went for flavors that I figured I'd enjoy - Praline and Maple Walnut. I wanted Butter Crunch but they were out. My friend got German Chocolate and Birthday Cake. We both loved our scoops. They were so good, I forgot to take pics. I can't wait to stop by again not-so-randomly for another treat! read more

I scream, for Bmore ice cream! They offer a WIDE range of handmade hard ice cream, with unique flavor combinations, as well as a WIDE range of serving options (between cups, specialty cones, basic cones, milkshakes, sundaes, and more)- As well as a variety of soft serve ice cream. The choices can be overwhelming in the best way! But not to fear, because delightfully friendly staff will allow small samples of hard ice cream to help decide. Though they are on the more pricer side, per scoop, the scoop is hearty! Packed with ingredients, loaded with flavor- one scoop will easily satisfy the tummy (though I always get two because so many flavors to choose from) This visit I tried the purple cow (a raspberry loaded with chocolate and white chocolate chips) and my go-to cannoli, which tastes exactly like a pureed cannoli- the flavor is so rich and creamy- my mom got chocolate birthday cake which tasted like licking a spoon of delicious cake batter- and my hubby the peanut butter bowl-loaded with reeses pieces and creamy PB. It's Baltimore, so parking is what it is, but the location is great because they have a quaint outside area with benches, doggie water bowls, and a few tables. I love being a regular, because I have a lot of flavors to get through! (it's also great they offer vegan and other dietary need flavors) read more

They have so many flavors and toppings, there is something for everyone. My favorite is the Chesapeake Caramel or coconut soft serve with real toasted coconut inside! There are some chairs and tables and napkins outside so you can enjoy your ice cream while sitting in Light St. Overall the perfect way to end a meal and enjoy some beautiful weather :) read more

I love the Fed hill location, it's right down the street for me so I can't comment on parking since I just walk! I haven't been inside but just stop by their outdoor window. I have already been there twice in the past three days. They have a variety of hard ice creams with a menu on their chalk board and several made to order customized soft serve ice creams. My favorite so far is red velvet, it literally has red velvet cake inside and tastes amazing. I am going to keep a pint on hand in my freezer! Only thing is that there is no nutritional information, I mean I know it's not healthy, but would love to get a general sense of calories etc. Location when it's warmer is nice to sit outside and admire the murals. read more

Tasty ice cream! Wide selection to choose from along with vegan choices. Got the coffee flavored, who doesn't enjoy coffee?! The oreos are nice touch to them.. definitely need a work out after. They also have "tacos" and smoothies etc available. The worst part of this experience was parking. Fed Hill has THE worst street parking.. it can take 10 mins or 45 mins to find parking. be prepared to battle the cars while trying to get some tasty homemade ice cream read more

Love this ice cream spot. Order at the window outside or walk in. Service is patient as you look over the wide variety of flavors and styles. I'd say smaller sizes are larger portions than you think. If only the service was as good as the ice cream . Just picked up two pints. The young man rung me up and filled one pint talked with two other employees for few and then proceeded to ring up people at the window. One of the other employees decided to get my other pint and handed me my order. Then yelled "you're welcome " as I walked out . Mind you I tipped (wish I didn't) and always show appreciation. I should've just went to "Machados mini mart" and got crazy vanilla, where the service is always great and appreciated! read more

Seriously underwhelmed. I have been to the location of Eastern Ave and had a great experience thats why I was excited when the Light st location opened. My sister and I tried going once and realized they were close to closing. We pulled up and it was still 10 mins before closing but the door was locked already. Today I took my kiddo out and wanted to stop and have a treat with her. When we walked in we weren't greeted with a hello but instead "the soft serve flavors arent available". To me when I go some place and the first thing they say are "such and such isnt available" it feels like they dont want to serve you at all. Whatever I brushed it off and ordered. I had the Butter Crunch which had a great flavor but unfortunately it was filled with ice crystals which isn't appealing in icecream. It was extremely disappointing. My kiddo had chocolate chip cookie dough and it was ehh mediocre. Honestly, next time ill just go over to The Charmery or Taharka Bros. read more
