It was said in the previous review that the coffee was good but not special. I disagree, it was quality coffee. And it was pretty to look at too. The biscotti wasn't terribly hard. It was actually good. The scone was really good too. Chicken salad was HUGE chunks and so little mayo, I think it may be my new favorite. And my tuna melt just hit the spot. Service was ok speed. It was busy but not terribly busy. The space is wide open and tall ceilings. We're coming back two more times to try more stuff!! Don't forget your number at check out for points

Iced Caffe Latte - 20 oz with French toast syrup and almond milk

Today i got the special coconut ice latte. Taste delicious. Service was good and fast. Store clean. It was a bit pricey almost $10 with almond milk.

Food: 50/50 Service: 20/25 Ambiance: 25/25 Cute coffee spot on LI! I like that they roast their own beans. I enjoyed the avocado toast, the cold brew and their "Oreo" dessert. The service was okay, nothing over the top. The person taking our order couldn't answer questions regarding their baked goods because the baker left. It was interesting because usually workers should be aware of what pastries items have certain allergens... but the person taking our order couldn't confirm or deny. The ambiance was cute, some sofas which gave it a cozy living room vibe. Good lightening and the Bathroom was clean!

Iced Mocha

Just stopped by to grab a latte and got a chocolate chip cookie, and both were amazing. The mocha latte is a bit on the bitter end but you can ask to add simple syrup and that will make it sweeter. The barista, Connor, was very nice and Sarah was also very sweet. The overall ambiance of the coffee shop is very nice too--there's tons of seating and so many people were doing work and hanging out. Generally, such good vibes and the cookie was also amazing warmed up. Highly recommend stopping by!

Really wanted to like this spot, but overall everything was a little disappointing. The first coffee I got had some kind of flavor added, but I could barely taste it -- it mostly just tasted like milky coffee. The next time I tried a mocha, and again, the chocolate flavor was barely there. I also didn't enjoy the brie and jam toast at all. The jam was way too overpowering, the bread was overly toasted, and the side salad felt unfinished -- it was basically just arugula with a few pickled onions on top, which didn't really go well together. I've also tried their brownie and chocolate chip cookie, and both were a letdown. The brownie was dry and flavorless, and the cookie was just okay. It was made with milk chocolate, but I personally think it would've been much better with dark chocolate, maybe some flaky salt or browned butter for more depth of flavor. For a homemade cookie, I expected something that tasted more special and less like it came from a box mix. Because of the food, I probably won't go back, though I will say the décor is really nice and whimsical.

they have an impressive sized space and a very low key storefront. There's not much signage leading to the entrance so if i hadn't been with someone who's been here before i would have missed it. there's a good amount of seating inside with a mix of couches, tables, and bench seating. There was a wide variety of food and baked goods along with the drink selections and it seems like business is good because it was still packed at 2pm on a weekday. prices are about what you'd expect for an independent cafe, higher than chain places but you pay mostly to be at the space.

Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate, and Cappuccino

The food and vibe are good. This place is usually packed on weekends so be prepared to wait for a spot. One complaint I have is inconsistency of the drinks. As seen in pictures one day the hot chocolate was designed with milk, the next time I came it was powered and the last time it was put in a to-go cup even though I got a seat.

Pistachio Latte (Iced)

First time here. Love the industrial vibe, concrete floor, high open work ceiling, lots of window front. Greeted with a smile at the counter, they took my to-stay order & directed me to where the fresh beans were to purchase. Love that they give you a number for your table so that you don't have to stand & wait. They made two trips to me, bringing my drink when ready (A+) and then the food. Plenty of comfortable seating, although it might be difficult on the weekend as they seem to do a constant business. Ordered an iced Pistachio Latte with an extra shot, served just right (no over-the-top-sweetness that you get in other shops) with pistachios on top. The Mongo toast was excellent: toasted seven grain bread with peanut butter, bananas, delicious granola with a honey drizzle. Will be back

Very nice atmosphere. Industrial decor. Comfy couches & hightop tables. Cool orange coffee mug

Mongos Coffee in Syosset is a hidden gem and one of the best places on Long Island to get work done. They offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, and bakery items. The coffee shop can get crowded at times, with many people working or hanging out with friends. They also have a big parking lot (hard to find at coffee shops lol)

Matcha latte

The space and vibes are awesome here. Good coffee too, and good enough service. We love going to work and chill

Enjoyed this place on a prior visit but today the service was subpar and off. Came on a weekday and service was slow. Waited a while to get our lattes and when I drank mine it was not even hot. To top it off the lady who took our order was confused as to how many lattes we ordered and took one off and then thought she added the correct one back. We ordered 4 lattes but she only placed the order for 3 lattes. We had to wait again for the person to locate the person who took our order to confirm how many we ordered. Then she wanted to add the final latte since she made a mistake so we said no and left. We weren't willing to wait again for the last latte when the first three took a while. Will not be returning since we drove 45 minutes to get there for a special birthday treat. We also purchased two cookies which were just alright. Had way better cookies at other coffee places we frequent.

Soooo because I loved the one in Melville I said let me give this one a try. In the meantime my buddy JD from from Cali had informed me I need to try their egg salad sandwich. I told him I'm not really an egg salad sandwich girl. To which he replied, "Hear me out. Just try this egg salad. You won't regret it!" So I promised him when I got the urge I would go back to this Paris baguette spot and try their egg salad sandwich. Long story long. I am now a lover of Paris Baguette egg salad sandwiches! I had to bring some to my dad so he could taste it to which he devoured it, so that was my answer. He loved it as much as I did! So now as for the pastries! These pastries are reminiscent of those Cali pastries that my other dude from Cali JoJo fully enjoys at all times and I was so happy I found this place. But I love the fact that even though they looked pretty, they taste just as good as they looked. Because I've been to other so-called French bakeries with desserts that looked beautiful, but had no flavor. This is not that place. The pastries here are exceptional and prices are quite reasonable for what you get in my opinion. GET THE EGG SALAD SANDWICH!! JD was right on point! You'll thank him profusely! I did!6-13-2026

The location has always been so convenient for me, as it's right on my way to both home and work. The mother and daughter who run the shop provide the best service ever; they make me feel so welcome and at home every time I order. I am actually getting teary-eyed thinking about their last day. If you haven't tried them yet, you only have two more days! My favorite drink will always be the Horchata Latte with a double shot, extra cinnamon, and almond milk. I love you guys, and I truly wish you didn't have to close the cafe.

I tried baklava, bird nest and Burma pistachio. my favorite was definitely the baklava, the phyllo dough was very crispy and flavorful. Burma pistachio was not bad just not as surprisingly good as the other two. I also ordered 2 drinks: strawberry matcha dnd Yemeni chai. The Yemeni chai tastes different from other chai that i have had at those chain coffee shops. The spices were a lot stronger. Overall it's a cute place with many young diners hanging out at night. I called and asked about the dairy-free selection and they were incredibly helpful. Encouraged, I swung by during my lunch break and was very impressed with their dairy-free selection. Didn't realize that their entire menu was gluten free and tree-nut free (I have n=1 friend who would have appreciated this). I also liked that they separated the vegan and non-vegan items (we were fine with eggs so went non-vegan). The same person I spoke with on the phone greeted me and I went with her recommendation of the non-vegan chocolate mousse cake. While waiting, I had a gluten-free multigrain bagel (toasted) with cream cheese. It was really good! I was pretty shocked because I expected it to taste like cardboard to be honest. Now the mousse cake. I held my breath as the birthday girl ate the first bite. She loved it! Guess what. I loved it too! Well if I ever need a nut free, gluten free, or vegan baked good, I can take a short drive to Plainview for BNB. I may also return for a bagel.
