I tried baklava, bird nest and Burma pistachio. my favorite was definitely the baklava, the phyllo dough was very crispy and flavorful. They didn't overdo on the honey so the sweetness was just right and I could still taste the pistachios. Bird nest was not bad neither. It was very crunchy and flavorful. Burma pistachio was not bad just not as surprisingly good as the other two. I also ordered 2 drinks: strawberry matcha dnd Yemeni chai. The Yemeni chai tastes different from other chai that i have had at those chain coffee shops. The spices were a lot stronger. Overall it's a cute place with many young diners hanging out at night. The employee didn't seem happy or friendly at all; instead of a greeting like 'hello' or 'good morning,' the first thing they said to me was a flat 'What can I get you?' They didn't even smile. The location in Atlanta is a lot more appealing. I felt indifferent about the strawberry matcha, it had a consistency of a smoothie. My sister really likes their spinach & feta cheese empanada. I wouldn't say I'll never return to this location but, it's not on my priority list because of the matcha. read more

MOTW Coffee hasn't been open for very long, but it's already clear why the place stays so busy and packed. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which makes the experience even better. So far, I've only tried their drinks, and they've been great overall. My favorite has to be the Caramel Avalanche--rich, sweet, and super satisfying. I also tried the Strawberry Matcha. It was okay, but it tasted more like strawberry milk, and I couldn't really pick up much of the matcha flavor. Amazing coffee spot that this area of LI so desperately needed! I had been keeping my eye on this spot and was overjoyed when they finally opened. I initially tried them on a sleepy Monday morning when they first opened for the day and it was quiet, laid-back, and relaxed. The owners were there and incredibly friendly. I decided to try the pistachio latte (iced) with almond milk. This is the best latte I have ever had! The foam is real deal cold foam and the coffee is so flavorful. I paired it with a French toast muffin and it was incredibly fresh. I also tried my partner's Biscoff latte and it was delicious without being too sweet. We recently came back in the afternoon with some friends and it was packed! Line was almost out the door but it does move fast. I had the cardamom latte this time. It was good but not nearly as flavorful as the pistachio. I also tried the chicken empanada which was delicious but WAY overpriced at $8! My partner tried the honeycomb and said it was also very good but also very expensive. Plenty of parking in the back if you can't find a spot in the front. Line moves fast. Plenty of seating but can be a bit loud at times. I wish they could lower the prices but since they are technically a chain I think they're locked in. read more

We tried the yemeni chai which I loved, had the right amount of cardamom that I like with tea. The strawberry matcha tasted pretty sweet. Their matcha foam is pretty sweet and kind of masks the matcha property. We also had the Argentinian chicken and the chicken pot pie empanadas really really good flaky and savory service was very good not pictured was also the iced Biscoff that we also had that tasting amazing as well. I went this Arabian cafe for their grand opening day. There were doing a promotion for $1 all drinks and we each tried different drinks. I tried the cocostachio from their fall menu and my friends tried the "oh, honey honey" coffee (also from fall menu) and the strawberry matcha latte. We loved all, the cocostachip has coco and pistachio with white chocolate, tasted great! I'm a pistachio lover and I liked the taste of pistachio! The strawberry matcha had thick taste, it's like you're having a strawberry milk with matcha. This was also good! The coffee & specialty lattes were very nice, the store was clean & inviting, peaceful. I will say that the workers behind the counter were picking up their phones on & off during our stay with gloves on, which makes me wonder why wear gloves ? Came here on a Sunday late afternoon and the place was poppin! Brightly lit with copious seating and great music, the environment was very welcoming. The staff member taking our order had great energy and was super nice. We had a small rose cardamom latte, an iced biscoff latte with biscoff cold foam, a cookie butter milk cake, and an Argentine chicken empanada. I thought it was a little strange that I was charged an additional $1 to get decaf but both lattes were delicious and that biscoff cold foam was the right move. Super yum! The cookie butter milk cake was essentially a tres leches with crushed biscoff cookies and it was a little underwhelming to be honest. Did not finish the whole thing. The sauce that comes on the side for the empanada (fifty cents extra) was so flavorful and well worth the extra expense and the empanada itself was absolutely delicious. Definitely a cool spot to meet friends for coffee and a snack or to set up shop with your laptop for remote work. read more

Totally overhyped! The cashier could start with saying hello, or having some sort of eye contact. The latte was like a mix of water and perhaps some Folgers coffee -- not sure what I paid over $6.50 for. There was no taste of cardamom in the "cardamom" latte. Almost $20 for a latte, empanada and water -- the water wasn't even bottled; they put it in a cup with 1/2 of it filled with ice. Seems like people are willing to pay for low quality food, just to be part of what's "trending" (I can't think of any other reason why people go there). First time customer, last time customer--just wished I asked for a receipt so I could see exactly what they charged me for the garbage they served. When I reviewed them elsewhere, they responded, and said they couldn't find anything that matches my order which made me laugh! I ordered 3 items, for just shy of $20 -- how difficult could it be to find that order? I enjoyed my time here with my family and friends. Coffee and drinks were very tasteful and different. Highly recommend the coconut hibiscus and strawberry matcha.
