Served with some crispy spiced potatoes and a lovely salad. The dish was delicious, the eggs were poached well and I loved every bit of it. Gio's Columbian Egg Sandwich was also excellent, also served with the same potatoes and salad. Everyone enjoyed their plates which also included pancakes, Steak & Eggs and Carne Asada.
