I came here about 12N on 11/14/25. The barista Michael recommended sugar cookie cold foam on top of my Venti iced matcha tea latte with three pumps of chai. He said the sugar cookie cold foam complements the flavor of the matcha. Bri, the cashier, seconded the recommendation, which turned out to be brilliant after I shook up the drink to let all three flavors meld. This is a drive thru/walk-in Starbucks, so the traffic is huge, but the lines move fast. Both the interior and exterior of the premises are relatively clean nonetheless. I've always enjoyed this location for a long time! Fun fact, I'm an original rewards member (back when you had to buy your membership ). About the location: They have a drive thru, which at times does get backed up onto the main road, which then blocks the entryway and you can't pick up your mobile order. I wish this location had a bigger spot, but what can ya do! Inside is a little narrow as well, and they have a public restroom. The food and drinks always come out quickly, and I've never had an error yet. Everything is always warm and tastes great. One positive is my drink always comes out great here! Unfortunately this is the Slowest Starbucks ever. Usually I get stuck on line for 5 min. Tops 10. Today I've been legitimately stuck on line, since the drive thru is so small and narrow, for 25 min. This really stinks as I have a sleeping baby and I was planning to grab a quick cup of coffee as needed and go on my way, now my baby is awake in the time it took to even get up to ORDER my coffee. Unfortunately it's the only drive thru around so as a new mom during winter I'm stuck coming here. I saw about 10 people leave once they finally were able to get out of the line. I would like to know why everytime I order a strawberry açaí tefresher it comes with NO strawberries and light ice. Sometime I even have to ask the barista to INCLUDE the strawberries and they still don't. I don't see what the issue with simply ADDING strawberries in my drink. If I didn't want strawberries I would say NO strawberry inclusions. This has happened a countless amount of time and it's tiring. Baristas at this location should really work on this issue. I am able to write an entire yelp review on the line because that's how slow the one person is who is working on Saturday dec 7. This starbucks always has a line wrapped around the driveway BUT they are fast, efficient, and today i even had a barista meet me outside in the drive thru and take my order to help speed up the process. They normally make my drinks right but today, I ordered a grande nitro brew with extra sweet foam in a venti cup and they made it and it looked like i paid $7 to be jipped off! I asked for sweet foam to the top and on the picture you can see where everything went wrong. I should have never taken it and gotten a refund today. They lucky i needed my fix! Can I just say, out of all the Starbucks I've been to ( and I worked at the one in Hollywood CA ) this location has the absolute most beautiful human beings ever. From their style to smiles to attitude ( yes , personality is a basis for hotness ok?) they're honestly the best crew ever. From their speed and reliability, like ok check this out; You know how businesses will make commercials of their employees being so friendly fun and courteous ? Yeah that's this place but in real life. They got style they got swag they make the best frap you ever had. If this location was a reality show on Netflix I'd watch it with gusto until nextflix cancelled it after one season. Fact is, you didn't need to redo the location, it was perfect already. All I hope is that the renovations make it better for the workers . Give them a raise ( and FFS , Let them unionize eh? This Starbucks deserves an upgrade to 5 stars - The smallest Starbucks out here on a side block just north of Hempstead Tpk / West just of Rt 135 - And its a drive through! and the line was huge / Christmas eve.. and moved nicely. I've waited longer in Woodbury and fewer people. Inside.... it went from a sleepy side road store.. to as many customers as Syosset and Woodbury.. not as many as Plainview. lol So for a drive through, fast speed, pleasant ladies and odd spot - its deserving of more appreciation. read more

I love this Starbucks. I'm always here because it's super close and convenient for me. Today there was a very long drive thru line (as per usual) BUT they are quick and efficient. Adam was outside taking orders and when I first told him I'm picking up a mobile order for Kira, there was no order yet because they were backed up. He personally went inside to make sure my order was made and ready by the time I got to the window. After about 7 minutes, I arrived at the window and Adam goes "Kira! Long time no see. Here's your order!" I always see him working but this time stood out to me because he went above and beyond - more than he needed to! Normally, I pay for my iced coffees through my iPhone app- yep, I'm one of those; it earns me free Starbucks and adds a shot of pretentiousness along with espresso. Unfortunately, my phone had ran out of juice; unfortunately, it runs on electricity and not caffeine, but the barrista was full of advice, "do you have the gift card in your wallet?" I didn't think I did, but I did- and I was able to rack up Starbucks points. This Starbuck's is very good! They have a nice inside store and a drive thru with a nice parking lot. They can get very busy as it's the only one in the neighborhood but it's always quick and efficient and the baristas are always friendly and cheerful. This Starbucks is always filled with customers regardless of the time of day. If the drive-thru line is backed up, just save yourself some time and go wait in line. It will shave off 5-10 mins. The staff here is really friendly and will always try their best to accommodate any situation. I ordered from my mobile app a drink and an almond croissant. My drink order was correct, but I noticed that my pastry wasn't in the pick-up area. I told the barista, and the manager came to take a look since she had just put it down. She right away put another one in the oven since someone else had taken it.
