What to say about "Dunkin"? Well....I guess you can't go wrong with a cup of coffee. If you're looking for any type of food item, such as a bagel sandwich or some munchkins, you'd better show up in the morning. By the late afternoon/early evening, IF they have what you'd like available, they aren't really that fresh......so I personally don't like paying for stale food....but that's just me. Additionally, If you show up later in the day, I'm also usually told they don't have hash browns available. But hey...... they're pretty damn reliable when it comes to coffee. Went to purchase a corn muffin and an orange juice. When I got to the counter, young man asked me "what can I do for you boss?" I advise him immediately not to call me that. Undeterred when I received my item and he rung it up, he then goes "OK, boss". I left my order at the counter. He was very clear that I did not like the term. It is also very clear that it is a pacific aggressive way of being derogatory towards African-American male. This term is not used for other white patrons. Out of all the places I go to and write reviews, I can not believe I forgot about this dunkin! I have been coming here enough that they know my coffee! It is a small little dunkin doughnuts but I feel it does VERY well. There is almost always a long line but it goes fast. They know how to get people in and out. Also since it is the "pumpkin" season I wish that all coffee Establishments would carry sugar free versions! The doughnuts here are a lot fresher than the other location by the DMV. The staff is friendly and consistent. I have never walked out with something wrong. They also have no problem customizing Smyth you need! I will be back! As usual! read more

Super friendly and fast staff. If you are a regular they will remember your order! Plenty of options for drinks or snacks, the inside is also kept clean and has a few seating options. Online ordering does take a little longer than other locations. Food and drinks customizable in some senses. However I have had a few issues ordering iced drinks and getting them hot, even though the receipt says iced. Asked for American cheese and got white cheddar. Not always as much caramel as I place an order for. If there is issues I just ask and the staff remakes it, or will add more caramel in my drink. Just an inconvenience if you are in a rush read more

Come here a few times a week in the morning usually For small stuff tea,coffee or donuts for the kids I ordered a green tea. It did look a tad bit darker but i just thought nothing of it. As i walk out and start drinking I realize that its not green tea, its iced tea.. They insist on telling me that its green tea. I just asked for my money back. This place is part of my morning coffee ritual! First of all the staff is great, super friendly and they don't get upset when I change my coffee order every other day. They really won me over when they shut down for 2 weeks for remodeling and gave me a card to get a free medium coffee at there other location for every day they were closed!! I like this Dunkin', it's a convenient location. Reason for the 3 out of 5 rating; the prices are the highest I've ever seen for Long Island. With tax, $3.81 for a medium iced coffee, $3.97 for a large iced coffee. Other places for a medium with tax are $3.53 (Wantagh Dunkin' in the cherrywood shopping center, last time I went, was $3.47 for a medium) & for a large with tax, $3.79. I guess their business is good enough & people pay them with no issue, but I only come here when it's a discount day or I have an app offer/coupon. read more

This review isn't so much about the facility it's about the service I receive!! I was trying to put this negative review off as long as possible because I used to go here and spend at least $20 on breakfast and coffee, but now I found an awesome Dunkin on my way to work I can finally update my review!! Let me start by stating the manager is great the server on the other hand, the one with the really short hair that has something going on at the front! He is so bad at what he does!! If I was a girl I'm pretty sure I'd get different treatment!! I was going here everyday for the past two years ordering the same thing and every morning he asks me what I want! Soon as a girl comes in behind me he leaves my order and makes the girls coffee and picks up where he left off with mine. And to add insult to injury this kid can not multitask AT ALL... So if he us working on my order, unless a girl walks in a huge line forms whilst he hangs out by the cooker looking out the window for girls coming in!! After my food is ready he doesn't hand it to me, he puts it in the counter with quite a bit of force!! There were two guys used to work here one with longish hair and another that where maybe moved to another store but they had this place running really well. Rant over! read more
