Terrible service. I walk in and I don't even get a good morning. All a get is a smug blank stare. I make my order, a sausage, bacon, and egg burrito which was a joke. It was filled with a half an egg little bit of bacon little bits of sausage. It was $6.95 a rip off. I proceed to sit at the table with my coffee five minutes go by 10 minutes go by 15 minutes go by. I'm wondering what's up with my order so I go to where they have the section for picking up your order and I see it there with my name on it. Nobody called out my name to let me know if my order was ready. I'll never go back to the Starbucks again. I hope this complaint makes it to the corporate office done. My reviews are usually the same for these types of corporate chains. This large location is conveniently located in a large strip mall on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown Plenty of parking here in this busy location. There were plenty of employees here and the line moved very quickly. They have the perfect blend of employees, customer service and a great product... The team in this location was FANTASTIC.... While I think the entire Starbucks Team is exceptional, I think this group just blends together perfectly. It's extra tough when you have a line all day with no break and everyone trying to get out as fast as possible O.K., enough Kudos... Lets talk coffee. I really enjoy the Pike Blend, their original coffee blend. Rich smooth and no bitterness at all. If this this doesn't keep you coming back for more, I'm not sure what will. I am also a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels and muffins and breads. This was just a quick stop for coffee... Mission Accomplished. This location of Starbucks is located in a lot with many businesses. In general the parking lot tends to be more busy during the holiday times since there is a popular bakery that is a few doors down from the Starbucks. From time to time I stop by this location once in a blue moon to grab a pick me up. The customer service is good here as the baristas and cashiers make sure that orders go out as soon as they come in with little wait time. There is a good amount of tables to chat with friends or do some work on the computer. Most of their tables also have the ring charger at which you can wirelessly charge your phones or devices using the ring attachments by the register. Oddly if you have the Samsung Galaxy s7 models or newer, they appear to wirelessly charge without the ring attachment attached. Mobile ordering is also available in case you need to have your order ready by your arrival. read more

This Starbucks does not compare to ANY I have ever been to. I went here around 2 months ago after my doctor's appointment for a sweet treat. I ordered 2 things and waited for around a minute or two. It was empty there, so I was excited to get my drink quickly! After only waiting for 1-2 minutes, I was handed a Starbucks gift card because they felt terrible that I had to wait "long" for my order. I gasped audibly. I have NEVER seen service workers be so kind, caring, and generous. Even the environment there is absolutely amazing. Went in last night for a relax & chat & coffee with an old friend . About 12 minutes into our chat (7:25) the associate says "Just so you know- we are closing in 5 minutes". What ? At 7:30 ? We had only whished he told us this when we bought our coffees from him. Sign on door reads (in VERY SMALL PRINT) "We now close at 7:30 PM" . NO explanation . This is my favorite Starbucks and why are they doing this NOW ? There is a woman we call Large Marge who lives here at the counter on her laptop . She's here 24/7 and kinda mouthy . She's there so often we thought she was homeless (she's not) . So after the associate says we have to leave in 5 minutes ; Large Marge uses her mouth as a public address system and yells out loud that we have to be outta there in 5 minutes! LOL. what a tool. I used to not like this Starbucks, they get busy and you will usually have to wait- especially if you put in an online order. But today they won me over. They put a POW-MIA table out and I was shocked when I walked in. I will never have another bad thing to say and will gladly wait as long as that table is there that means so much. *GROSS SPONGE FOUND IN COFFEE** My boyfriend ordered a venti cappuccino. He finished the drink and when I went to dump out the small amount left & recycle the cup, this is what was on the bottom!!!! Starbucks was once my go to place to think through my day with a strong latte. The Starbucks I enjoyed closedown. The new Starbucks that I am writing about has a drive through and a somewhat different vibe. The coffee is still the best. Yesterday I picked Jen up at the Hicksville station and I stopped in for a coffee at dunken donuts, that coffee had the taste of hot water. Boy do these owners know how to kill a franchise. Every time I visit this Starbucks the staff is always extremely friendly and very quick when making coffee. They have a good selection of mugs, teas, and coffee beans. This particular location is very spacious with several chairs and tables. If I had to have a gripe it would be to have more comfy chairs! They have the space for them! Other wise a very good spot for coffee, made better by a great staff (which is rare to find people who love their jobs) Definitely stop in if your in the area and need a pick up. 5 stars. read more

Ambiance and wait staff: it's so clean in this Starbucks and big! The people are very nice that work there. Even the bathrooms are clean there! Came here to do some planning with my co-workers (we're teachers) and it was very comfortable, we stayed for about 3 hours, no one bothered us. Food/drinks: I ordered an iced green tea, it was refreshing! I also ordered the banana bread, warmed up. That was great too. I've also ordered many other baked goods from there and my friend ordered a sandwich, everything has been very tasty and fairly priced. I used to come here religiously but the last few times I went there, they messed up my mobile orders. When I asked for my drink to be made the way I requested it to be, I got attitude from one of the baristas and then the manager. I was taken back by the nasty attitude as I did not give it to either. The manage also said she didn't care if I contacted corporate. She would just get the email and move on. I drive to the Wantagh Starbucks. They are so pleasant and if they do not make your drink the way you would like it, they make it right without the attitude. read more

I'm not really a Starbucks person, but they do have a large and loyal customer base. I find the coffee very strong. There are times though when I need a pick me up, maybe I had trouble wiping the sleet out my eyes. Maybe I didn't feel like going to work today or maybe I'm just rambling on to make my yelp review longer. If the rocket fuel isn't for you they do have a few teas, lemonades and smoothies here. For edibles they have a variety of quick take out egg sandwiches and dessert foods like pound cakes and cookies. I've been going to this Starbucks since I was 14, so about 10 years now. It used to be filled with so many soft comfy couches to relax in. Now it is riddled with industrial metal and wood seating that is so uncomfortable to sit in. They definitely want you in and out with your coffee. Also, their hours are awful. I came here for a first date and the place closed down at 9 pm. Every other Starbucks I know stays open until 11 pm. We were a tad shocked to be shuffled out the door so early in the night. But this time I specifically asked for chocolate. Of course I get white chocolate and then the girl starts having an attitude. Maybe I go at the wrong times but I never felt that this was a great Starbucks. The baristas have been either rude or inexperienced. I'm prone to forgiving the latter, but my drinks often suffer by turning out too watery or super sweet. It's not clean though the bar is often stocked well. They put very little effort into advertising and updating the menu, even though they've been around for such a long time. It is spacious though not a comfortable place to work for me because of all the car noise and the windows all around the store. I honestly forget if this place has a drive thru. The location is weird for it to have a drive thru but I vaguely remember a sign being there. There are better Sbux in the area, though this may be the most convenient one for many, right on Hempstead and not hard to navigate through the shopping center area. read more

This Starbucks can get very busy. If you go during peak hours in the morning there can be a very long line. The employees are very friendly and the drinks tastes great. They have seating and free Wi-Fi. They also have local newspapers for sale. Their food choices range from pastries to hot sandwiches to pre-made salads and sandwiches. My favorite drink here is the Vanilla Latte. read more
