The brown sugar shaken espresso was basically undrinkable, the espresso was so burnt and tasted nothing like brown sugar. It also looked exactly like a latte so I'm not sure if it was made wrong. The caramel brûlée latte also tasted burnt, but the caramel flavoring hid it a bit more. Also, when I went in I wanted to order a Christmas drink, but the barista informed me that there was no physical menu of the Christmas menu so I had to go on Instagram to find the drinks. I recommend a physical menu as this would simplify the ordering process. The barista was nice and they have a few parking spots outside but unfortunately the drinks were not my favorite.

Yet another company with an employee that feels that he has to refer to African-American people as "boss". Sir is fine, distinguishing between one group of people or another with a passive aggressive term is not OK. Management needs to teach their staff to refer to everyone in the same manner.please find a way to explain to your employees that using the term "boss" is not a term of endearment. My favorite neighbor!!! My students, clients & Staff keep this establishment very business. Excellent service, prices are way too high but it's not their fault. Corporate sets the prices. I came here to get my early coffee fix every morning. The barista is friendly and the coffee is usually good but sometimes it takes to long for my order. I come in the morning so it's usually clean but i don't know how it might look mid day. Keep up the good work guys read more

By the late afternoon/early evening, IF they have what you'd like available, they aren't really that fresh......so I personally don't like paying for stale food....but that's just me. If you plan to sit down there are several tables just outside the booth to enjoy you drinks and treats.
