The cutest speakeasy hidden behind a coffee shop. The space is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly, the music was good and the cocktails were delicious. Our bartender was a true mixologist! The espresso martini was good, on the sweeter side. We requested spicy margaritas and they were perfect, a crowd favorite. The Fiji came with a lovely presentation but it was very light, all you tasted was juice. The crowd picks up after 8pm and dies out by 11, make sure you get advanced tickets ($30) because they do sell out. The space isn't very large, a small dance floor. The VIP ticket includes seats along the wall, it's an awkward set up, not worth the up charge. The dancers & pass around appetizers were a nice touch (sushi, rolls, chicken fingers, & churros). I had an a great time! Who knew the amazing experience behind the walls of this coffee shop. I purchased tickets for the pop up speakeasy and there was a lot to take in: a bar, dj, dancers, velvet chairs, appetizers being passed around. Found this place on TikTok and it definitely did not disappoint! I came with a friend and there were so many options to choose from. We both went with the brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk (their best seller) and it was easy to see why it was so good! and Of course we had to try their most popular croissant and wow... it was super buttery, soft, and not hard at all. We both loved it!There's also lots of seating, which made it the perfect spot to sit relax and gossip for a while which is exactly what we did. I got The Cubano iced which was nice and strong like I like my coffee. There are also options to customize your coffee from milk type and sugar. They also serve some sweet treats from croissants, muffins and cookies as well as some savory options listed on the menu. There are also grab and go drinks, cake jars and fruit parfaits. It would be a great place to meet friends to catch up or a coffee date. There is a cute seating area across from the service counter with comfortable seating from the front to back of shop. Service was quick and great. Mostly street parking in the area, but not had to find at all. Everything is woodsy and modern, but cozy at the same time. What I do enjoy about the Coffee Grind is that they have a expansive menu, which includes their own take on international flavors. Choose from a classic latte or go beyond the pail and try a Dublin or Tulum. I ended up choosing a Sicilian which was an ameretto iced cappuccino, which I quite enjoyed. Its starts off milky, then bitter, then sweet. A nice little pick me up on a humid, summer day. My only con, really, is that there was no music. Maybe this was an off day? Oh my, I love this cafe as soon as I walked inside. The interior?BEAUTIFUL. Menu selections? A VARIETY! The service? PHENOMENAL. I just came from a run and was craving coffee but I've been on a caffeine cleanse, so I ordered an iced decaf latte w oat milk. Even though it was decaf, this got me kicking my feet, swinging on the edge of my seat. I also got an iced lemon muffin, and let me tell you, it's possibly the best muffin I had. I got an Iced Toronto which was maple flavored. It really didn't have that much maple flavor it was more cinnamon and there was a lot of ice in the drink. The coffee flavor was good since I like to actually taste coffee when I get an iced coffee. It was about $7 with the tip which is pretty typical for independent coffee shops. Love this place. I work next door and go everyday. The staff is friendly and remember our drinks! They make great seasonal recommendations. Love the mini homemade apple pie! It's a must try! My favorites are the Hot Toronto or the Hot Sicilian. It has a cozy and welcoming vibe. Great tunes and the owner is attentive to detail and super lowkey and kind. I found this place on Instagram by someone reviewing it, so naturally I had to try it. The interior is super cute and a great area to do work. Not too much seating but so far I've been in the mornings when there's plenty of seats available. The staff is super friendly, and I haven't had an issue with anyone. I wish I took a picture of the menu, because I absolutely love it. There's different themed lattes from all over the world and in the US, which I think is so cool. I've been on a journey to try them all. So far I've had the Lake Tahoe, The Maui, and the Vail. The brew itself is delicious and I'm curious to try all of their other types of coffee as well. Trying out a new coffee house, I was intrigued by the positive reviews this coffee shop had. It has decent parking in the front of the shop. It's a very nice shop with cushioned seats and couches. The atmosphere really is lovely with enough room to move about. It's coffees and treats to eat are typical artisanal coffee shop fare. The baristas are friendly but I don't really like when food servers are also eating/drinking behind the counter when serving. They should go into the back room to consume their food. The cups that the coffee was served in were flimsy but the lids were solid and strong. Problem is when you put your lid on (lids are added on a self serve basis) the coffee cup bends and it's possible to break the cup. We ordered a Cappuccino and a sugar free Caramel Latte. Now this is important.....we literally watched them make the coffees in front of us. They handed it directly to us. The coffee profile was very good. But, the coffees were lukewarm. They were just not hot enough. These coffees that were literally handed to us straight from the barista tasted as if it was sitting for 10-15 minutes to cool down. So strange. This weird factor coupled with the prices that this shop charges, which are much higher than other local boutique coffee houses, makes me feel like I'm not rushing back for another cup of joe. read more

Came in around noon. We've never been so when we walked in we didn't know what to expect. Walking in to a DJ was a great sign. It was a bit busy but managed to grab an open table. We ordered the Beijing, Double dirty drip and a prosciutto and cheese on a pretzel croissant let me tell you it was one of the best croissants I've had my husband would agree and he is super picky. The person that took our order was very helpful. The Beijing was absolutely delicious I would recommend it if you're a matcha latte fan. My husband said the double dirty drip was awesome (his words). Also the bathroom was clean and well decorated which I loved. We'll definitely be back. read more

I didn't find the latte to be anything special. It included an obnoxiously large stale marshmallow that was lightly torched. To top it all off, my Apple Wallet says I was charged $15 for it. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The interior was nice and inviting though. read more
