I've been coming here since one of my very dear friends introduced me to this lovely little coffeehouse. It can get loud with chatter, or music, but that doesn't bother be because it's full of fun, and life! The dessert is yummy, and I've enjoyed the delicious lattes, and cappuccinos from their menu. The staff are fun, and friendly people. They are part of The Cups charm, besides the mismatched cups. It's cozy, and feels like you're sitting in a friends living room having coffee, and a chat. Definitely a nice little spot to go to for sure!

I had the pleasure of visiting The Cup Coffeeshop for the first time, and it was a great experience. The cozy and cute vibe enveloped me.The drink menu is impressively diverse. I loved the themed drinks--they're creative and add a fun twist to the traditional coffee experience. We opted for a themed Capricorn Matcha special, which had earl grey and vanilla in it; rich flavors that complemented each other perfectly, and caramel hot latte. Both very good. This place also offers a great selection of board games, making it an ideal spot to hang out with friends or even meet new ones. They also had small bites on the menu and dessert which all looked so scrumptious. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and it was cheeeeeeeesy! Service was excellent, very attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good coffee and cozy spot to unwind!

This is a really lovely coffee shop right across from the train station (and a few storefronts from Mulchays). I got a coffee and their peanut butter pie and we also ordered fries for the table and had a great night. I 100000% recommend the pie! So heavenly. Our server was really wonderful and accommodating when more and more people kept joining us (we were holding a little get-together but never got a confirmation about how many people were coming). I love their quirky mugs and decor, and you can even buy the decor from local artists which is really cool. I have 2 minor things to mention of things I didn't like, one that is out of their control. The one out of their control is the parking situation. Because of the train, there's a myriad of street signs that have short hours you can park, and it isn't clear if you can park in the train spots during non-rush hours. I had to circle a few times. It is definitely a deterrent for me to return. Additionally, I do wish they had more hours. I'm almost surprised I didn't see that they don't open for a few hours in the morning. I'd imagine they would do really well with the train right there. The night I went they were open 6 pm to about 10/11 pm. And that seems to be normal for them.

This place is fantastic! Great scene, fun vibe and to top it all off, the drinks and the food are incredible! Staff is incredibly friendly even though the place was packed to the gills. They made sure everyone was taken care of. Please give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Wow! This is a hidden gem for sure that I should take more advantage of. Amazing drinks, waitstaff is phenomenal and decor is extremely homey and nostalgic. They have tons of iced and hot drinks, dairy and non dairy milk as well as tons of coffee and non coffee drinks to offer. They even have a great food menu. Open until midnight, this place is a must see for those who want to try a fun, neighborhood beverage Mecca.

I've been coming to The Cup ever since I was a teenager. I love everything about it; the decor, the drinks & desserts, the music, and just the overall vibe. They are open late and offer live music some nights too. They also have board games! I got the frozen raspberry hot chocolate which was delicious. They always serve their drinks in fun mugs that differ each time. This place is a Long Island staple!

If you didn't know you needed a frozen hot chocolate with marshmallows, now you do. Cool coffee/dessert shop. My wife came here a lot while growing up nearby and I can definitely see why.

A nice alternative to going to a bar. The menu has lots of teas, coffees and milkshakes to choose between. There are many vegan options to choose from. My personal recommendation is the vegan brownie and sundae. The atmosphere is very comfy with dim lighting, couches, and tables. There is a ton of board games to play as well which is fun.

A mean frozen hot chocolate, better than Serendipity 3 imo..

Indie coffeeshops are growing increasingly rarer to find on the Island that is Long, but it's nice to see the longtime running Cup is still holding its own. Yeah, some of you might prefer your Starbucks, but the Cup has a near full menu and such delicacies like the frozen hot chocolate! Nice easygoing vibe too with a great soundtrack to meet up with some friends and feel young again. :) located right across from lirr too with plenty of parking options nearby.

FIRST OF ALL the ambiance of this place is spectacular. We felt so comfortable and "at home" type vibes. The chairs were comfy, environment felt so inviting and warm. When we got there, we were immediately greeted by the waitress. She was so fun and great at helping me chose what to get. One side of the menu had coffee and the other had desserts. I got the iced Viennese and my husband got the cup signature house blend. We both agreed it was delicious coffee! For our dessert, i got the pecan pie and my husband got the tollhouse cookie. BOTH were AHHHHHMAAAZING!!! We ate it so quick. What i also love about this place is that they have games! My husband played uno, i declare war, connect four, and guess who. We enjoyed laughing and spending quality time together playing games we enjoyed as kids! We did not feel rushed, we did not feel like we had to leave cause we finished dessert- it was definitely an amazing experience with good coffee and dessert. We will definitely be coming back. Oh! The decor is superb. It's different and unique. Loved every inch of this place!

We went here for the first time and absolutely loved it! Great vibes and the drinks are delicious. The desserts looked delicious too! We also loved Pete, he had such great energy and had great vibes. Please see the attached photos for their updated menu! PSA they do NOT have chicken fingers or the fried raviolis i know they're in the photos here but they literally have not served those items for years but their menu is even better now!

Cute place open late for coffee which is hard to find in the area. So many good concoctions to choose from. Rotating artists on the wall.

And they have a few vegan options! Don't expect macarons nor tarts, but that blueberry croissant I had was so delicious. It was more of a whole grain pastry than a traditional buttery croissant but because the blueberry filling was so sweet, I was happy for a less decadent pastry. I love that they have a nice array of coffee and matcha drinks too. I'm pretty sure the word has been out for some time now, but when that Starbucks line in the parking lot is just too much, The French Workshop is a better option (however, on a rainy Saturday in May, that line inside was considerable. People know what's good!) There's plenty of seating, too and if you are good at pretending, you almost feel you're in Europe (ignore the suburban strip mall that surrounds you).
