Please check to ensure your machines are being cleaned and maintained property, that the temperature is getting high enough for a proper extraction. Please check that the coffee you are using is fresh and of a decent quality. I couldn't even drink more than one of two sips of my espresso. I tried adding milk and sugar which didn't help with the taste. I have been to a lot of coffee shops on LI and most of them provide a mediocre, at best, type of coffee experience with the exception of a few that are above average. But the coffee at your place tastes below mediocre- to the point where it tastes like a machine malfunction or very poor handling of ingredients. My staff member wanted to ask about their Dubai cheese cake cookie, we couldn't even get her attention. We stood there for a few minutes waiting, and then a FedEx delivery came in, which she focused on instead while we were still being ignored. At that point, we just walked out and I didn't end up buying anything. I completely understand people get busy, and deliveries happen, but there is no reason customers should walk in and feel invisible. A simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. Really poor customer service and honestly a very disappointing experience.
