Great place! I love everything about it. The staff members are always friendly and welcoming. They correct the order if something is wrong. The crust for the pizza is thin and crunchy (almost like in Italy), the products they use always seem fresh and last but not least they have vegan cheese. They all had trouble putting together an order even though we all got something off the "menu" and it was written in detail on each pie order. I have tired a couple of there pizzas, and this past time I got the Dillion James (I believe) and it was good but they didn't add the artichoke hearts or mushrooms I asked for. This is mine and my husband's favorite place to eat. We tend to go here because 1. Its absolutely delicious and 2. We can get our own things because we have different tastes. The atmosphere is wonderful and the employees have always been nice. I got the 6" and everything was fresh and it was plenty of pizza for less than $7 They also have a couple great beer choices and their flavored tea- you HAVE to try them all. We are from out of town, been hiking all day, it's late and we were Hangry! We didn't know about MOD and popped in. Not only was the menu interesting, the food was served quickly and all the kids working here were so hospitable and great! They even gave us an extra pizza that was ordered mistakenly by another patron. Aside from all our pizzas bring fresh and delicious (Mady, Tristan, Crispan) the salad was tasty as well! This place is so good! The prices are cheap and you can't beat creating your own pizza. The food is fast, but good. It's family friendly and great for date nights. Seating inside can be limited due to the fact that they are almost always busy. They have patio seating, which is nice in Spring and Summer. However, Fall and Winter is too cold and they have no heaters on the patio. My only complaint at MOD pizza would be the lack of sauce they put on it. That can be easily fixed by asking for a little extra sauce, which I feel you shouldn't have to ask, but it doesn't kill ya! Overall a fun place with good pizza. read more

We love going to mod! Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience this evening. While we were waiting for our pizza we sat down on the benches right of the soda machine. Sitting there I noticed my butt was very wet. Thought maybe someone spilt water but then I noticed it smelled of beer. I went up to the counter to let them know and the man at the register with a beard and glasses was super rude :( He said that there wasn't much they could do. I then said, there is beer all over the seat and my butt is soaked. He then responded, "I sat there earlier and my butt was not soaked and it was fine for me." Like, what??? So you knew and did nothing about it. The situation made me feel like I was in the wrong with how nobody on the staff really responded till after I expressed my frustration. The man who was doing the pizza oven was genuinely super nice and apologetic and tried to fix the issue. And another man came out and tried to clean it. I'm not asking for you to roll the red carpet out but maybe have some decency and apologize. And put a sign that says "wet seat" I don't know but so sad we had such a bad experience read more

We have had other pizza makers in the past be a little hard to direct as to what we want, but god dang he nailed it. Hope this guy is what they train the other employees to be. This place is AMAZING! As soon as I walked in the gentleman yelled out Hey Welcome to Mod's! And I told him I was here to pick up right when the doors opened and he immediately threw my pizza in the oven. I told him that this was my first time and I was told this is the BEST pizza! He brought my pizza out and told me that since they just started the oven my crust was a little dark and he was gonna box it up and male me a fresh one because he wanted me to have the best! Been here a few times now. The pizza is excellent if you're a fan of thin crust style pizza and options! You can build just about whatever pizza you want here and the price is fantastic! The customer service tho is the top seller. I ordered online one day and showed up to pick up.
