We stopped here TWICE in the same weekend driving to/from Klammath Falls OR and Sacramento CA. Perfect distance/timing for a food and break. While the shopping center has plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, I picked In N Out because I know they are very good with handling gluten allergy requests. Their protein style (lettuce wrap) burgers are consistently perfect as are their fries. Despite seemingly always being packed and busy, they somehow manage to keep it all together and running smoothly. Wow! Super shout out to all the kind staff (including the lady that ensured tables were cleaned promptly!), the cooks, and to the managers that make it look easy. Y'all rock and I'm so glad we have In N Out burgers in Texas too! read more

I had no idea Redding was popping but they have everything around this area! Great stop during a road trip. The surrounding area has everything, lots of chains and fast food selections if your company would prefer something else. The nice thing is this location is not as packed as others I've been to. Have to drop in and support In-N-Out when I get the chance. Snagged a classic 3x3 Animal Style and an XL Neapolitan which were made as expected with solid service. read more

Always good! Friendly servers. Delicious hot food. We make it point to stop here as we travel from Medford home.

Super nice gentleman that helped us. Very patient and repeated our order. Very busy location, but the line goes fast. I dined inside. Clean in the dining area and clean in the restroom. read more

Yep, In n Out is exactly all it's cracked up to be. Burgers are good, ingredients are fresh, service is outstanding. It's a fast food burger joint, but the tables are always clean and it's bright inside. You may have to hustle for a seat sometimes but it's all good. This was my first animal style burger, and it is a great option. Pickles and grilled onions make me happy. I went with my go to Neapolitan milkshake which never ever disappoints. For the price, this is probably the best fast food burger any read more

Lanny was absolutely amazing. Working on the Fourth of July is no easy task, but she remained incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout it all. When my car started overheating after sitting in the long traffic lines, she went out of her way to help me safely back out of the drive-thru. I'm honestly not sure what I would have done without her. Her willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a much more manageable one, and I'm so grateful for her kindness. read more

This location was one of the better In n Out locations. Great service, made the burgers great and it was clean.

This In n Out in Redding may be the furthest north location in CA. I like that it's consistent with all of the other locations in food and service. I always go inside, cause it's a waste of gas to be sitting in line for that long with the motor running, and it's just hot in the car. The lines move fast so no biggie there. Animal style double double and fries for me please. Service was efficient and it's just like any other In N Out, which is a good thing! The inside was clean and cool, just the way I like it. Here's a tip for eating burgers. When the meat is served on top of the lettuce and tomato and other veggies, before you slide that tastyness into your mouth, turn it over so the meat is on the bottom. Yeah, eat it upside down, that way the tasty meat and cheese will hit your tongue first and you get more meaty flavor in that bite! It really works! read more

Why is in n out so consistently good everywhere? Stopped by this location on the way to mt Shasta from the bay. I got a cheeseburger and my partner got a double double. The diner was about half full thankfully so we got to eat inside, not in the hundred degrees heat outside. Service was quick as usual and we were on our way. Little did we know there was Yaks in Shasta so we got way too many burgers than I would on a regular basis but no regrets. read more

I'm usually very happy with In-N-Out. However, yesterday I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries light well. Ended up with no grilled onions and both the cheeseburger and the fries were cold. read more

The place was not packed at 1130a.m. I was a bit shocked by this. There was no line to order. We had a group of 12 people. We had to sit in 3 separate booths. It wasn't a problem. Before I came to In n Out, I looked up their secret menu. I got 2 pup patties, animal fries, cheese burgers and milk shakes. A great hack that I learned online was to ask for the neopolitan shake which is a mix of all 3 flavors. It was pretty good! The prices are good, the service is good and the place was clean. Bravo! read more

I've had a lot of In N Out over the years, A LOT. And I've been to many many locations, so many that I know the men's/women's restroom in the Placerville, CA location is actually flipped. Anywho, needless to say, I'm a fan through and through and I'm writing this review because this location provided one of the most well executed burgers I've had. Even my wife commented as to how well executed the burgers were on the night of 6/29/2023. Real talk, I could tell that the folks that made our burgers actually cared and paid attention to the assembly. Errything was in it's place and in the correct ratios. Sooooo often I get a half head of lettuce in my burger, such that I often skip the lettuce at In N Out. Not that night, lettuce was in perfect proportion. The pickles on our animal style burgers were distributed evenly as were the requested chilies. The patties were cooked just right and my bun toasted a bit extra as requested. Keep up the good work! Happy Dining... read more

Pretty good but it's not as good as McDonald's and the burgers are kinda dry but healthier than McDonald's! And the service is kinda slow but so is every other place but still pretty fast even when it is packed read more

Always always always consistently good food and service most locations I go to but leaving a review because Casey made an impression.. just an obviously overall excellent person, diligent in his duties and over the top friendly and welcoming to all the customers, even remembered me from multiple visits. In N Out is my MOST FAVORITE burger place of all time. Whenever I'm doing a road trip from Seattle to LA, I always make a point to stay overnight in Redding at a hotel close to this In-N-Out. You can just taste California in these double doubles!! Although I must confess this is the only in n out the puts pepper on there fries and ask if you want chili peppers in your burger. I know this is insignificant to the food, but I appreciate the large location in the corner of the parking lot because we stopped by here on a camping trip with a very large RV. We had ample space to stretch our legs, walk our dogs around the parking lot, and have them play in the grass. The food was great! Some locations can be inconsistent but the fries were crispy and the patties were fresh. This is my first time trying my double double protein style and I have to say, I am hooked! read more

Was on our way to San Fran. Needed gas, passed by this joint at Redding, California...decided to give it a shot. Let me tell ya, it was not an "In-N-Out" experience. More like lineup, order, wait and scramble for a table then eventually out. This joint is super popular. Every seat in the establishment was taken. But what of it? For a pricey double cheeseburger, the ingredients appeared fresh. Patties thin and without any terrible after taste. This isn't organic but pricey. 2x McDonald's or Burger King. Food is synonymous with A&W'a bold healthy approach. Ordered the double double cheese burger animal style and also the animal style fries. Overall were fresh tasting but nothing fancy new. . If you are okay paying 200% of an McDonald's double cheese burger, then In-N-Out is for you. For the price of 2 burgers and fries, this was premium priced. Was it organic? No. So you decide, whether you want real or self-attested "organic"/healthy for a premium price. read more

Food is great here except for the chronics hanging around outside and keep walking in and filling dirty cups and bottles and whatever else. Extremely unsanitary! Not the safest feeling. Should hire security to watch the area. read more

The menu was s small and they do each thing well. I always get my burger protein style and they have yet to mess it up.

Pretty salty food having given up eating added salt we went to in and out for burgers. Both the double double and a cheeseburger were way too salty. The French fries were crispy and way over salted. Sorry to say after eating at in and out burger for over 50 years, this will be my last. read more

Fast food no doubt. Order "protein style" for bun less burger. They use extra lettuce to make it sandwich like. read more

Not the best in and out Burger. Many customers not wearing masks and employees not enforcing covid-19 policy. Burger was a bit heavy on the bland tasting tomatoes. I ordered the fries extra crispy. What I ended up with was obviously the residue from the other fries--tiny broken pieces and mini crushed pieces. Such poor quality is unusual for in and out Burger. The main reason for one star, not three, is the covid-19 risk that one accepts by entering this restaurant. Lastly, the bathroom was a train wreck. The sink was filled with brown water and the drain was clogged. read more

What can really be said about In N Out that hasn't already been said?! I mean, really. We stopped through this In N Out while passing through Redding. It was busy when we got there, but our food came quickly enough. My Double Double (animal style, of course) was delicious and filled the void that has been empty for a year. Clean bathrooms, clean patio dining, and quick/cheap food. What more can you ask for! read more

While in a road trip felt like in n out and happen to see this location right off the freeway and I've never been disappointed eating at any of the in n outs I've been to so I will say one thing on this spot we arrived around 1pm and there was no line at all which is definitely a first and absolutely amazing . The lady at the register was really nice and fast only took a couple minutes for us to get all our food . Also a very clean location as well , would definitely go back to this location if in the area. read more
