This is a great sandwich shop that has a lot of custom sandwiches to choose from and obviously you can DIY your own. My favorite is the Trinami sandwich with their house made barbecue sauce and garlic butter with it toasted. The portions are large for an 8 inch sub which satisfies me and my kids and wife get the smaller size. One of my kids is a very picky eater and he loves this sandwich shop. AMAZING!!!! We are visiting from Texas, and decided on a sandwich for lunch. Picked this shop randomly, and OMG!!!! Everything was perfect-food and service! I told one of the girls I am 61, and I feel like it was the BEST sandwich I had put in my mouth. We had "the favorite child and the cranbirdy". Bread was soft even after being toasted. We had the Tri tip (tender!) with ghost pepper cheese, onions, BBQ sauce on a Dutch crunch roll and the Tues special, which was a meatball with provolone, oregano, parmesan, and added jalapeños on a jalapeño Cheddar roll. Decided to update my review after receiving aggressive messages from someone who claims they know the owner. Not to repeat anything or change my review, but simply to give more context to my experience. The Yelp page states it has temperature checks, unless they mean employees it does not. It also has a message along the lines posted on the front that if a customer is not wearing a mask they respect their rights and assume they are law-abiding (we did not notice this until we left). Now, this is the main reason the stars are so low, as it made me a bit nervous and uncomfortable that precautions to the situation was done so lightly. To anyone who disagrees, this is an okay place to eat. Now for the food. It was great that the meat was sliced in front of us, it made me think it was going to be really good, especially when they let us get a whole big pile. It's a little overpriced, but if you're taking advantage of your three meats, it's not so bad a deal to get a customized sub, with normally a nice selection of toppings (however do not expect everything to be there given the current situation, which I can understand). It took a long while to get through the line, despite three people working it. Not being in any hurry, that was fine, but may not be the best option for a work break. By the time we got to eat it was a rather dull sandwich. Nothing special really jumped out at me, perhaps my expectations were too high with the meat slicing. read more

I really don't like posting negative reviews but sometimes i feel the situation is just too much for me to not say something. We ordered 2 12", one 8", 2 LARGE potato salads (this will be a major irritant), and a chili bread bowl & paid $76.27 before tip. Now, i don't mind paying for good food but this is for sandwiches??!! I expected extremely great sandwiches for these prices, obviously i was disappointed. My french dip was thin on meat, i asked for grilled onions, got a bunch of onions that fell off as i dipped in the au jus (i gurs i have a start to french onion soup?). The chili is pretty good but the bread tasted like it had been in a refrigerator too long. My husband was not impressed with the Ruben, it was light on meat too. The sauce overpowered everything as there was a lot of it. I usually cover up my mistakes with sauce or gravy, but if I'm proud of my meat, then i want it to shine! Take from that what you will... Now, the really annoying part of our order that just sent me over the edge, I'll add pics to show what I'm talking about. I ordered 2 LARGE sides of potato salad, well, if these are large then I'd hate to see what the small looks like??!! I did call and was told,very emphatically, that the owner packed them herself and that is absolutely the large, and sorry if that is a problem for you ,but that's it. Okay, to be fair, i loved the potato salad, it was the best part of the whole meal! Just not sure if the portions are equivalent to what's expected. I'm going to end on a positive note; my daughter had a great turkey sandwich filled just the way she likes it! We have eaten at Subarama before and always had great sandwiches and the crunchy ice is the best!
