I actually came to Yelp AFTER visiting this location to check and see if my experience was just a fluke or what. Guess not. We like Chipotle and have visited many locations all over the country. This was by far the worst experience and actually hurtful to the brand. Rude employee, no fajita veggies, no offer to get more, zero customer service, Just before 6pm and they are out of just about everything. Short staffed with cranky person taking orders. All the things others have mentioned. Wow. Four years of terrible reviews on here and almost every single one with a response from Chipotle saying 'how can we make this right' ?? Huh? We stopped here on our way to Oregon. Since we are suckers for continuity, we stopped here on our way back from Oregon as well! Clean restrooms. Energetic employees. Assembly is performed super fast keeping the lunch rush in mind. Portions are generous. They did not skimp with their meat serving both times. It takes a minute to find parking during rush hour. Be patient as someone or the other is always leaving this super busy plaza. A/C was turned on full blast to keep the interiors cool. It was scorching hot outside. What's up: It's dinner time and we planned on grabbing food at Chipotle before heading over to our hotel for the night. We placed a mobile order and headed over to do a pickup. Parking: There were plenty of spots available right up front and around the building. Environment: Masks are required to enter the building. Straight ahead is the order counter and towards the right, you'll find the restrooms as well as the Mobile Order Pick Up shelf. Tables and chairs are situated in the middle and the drinks station was available as well. What was ordered: - Chicken Burrito Bowl (yummy and flavorful) - Carnitas Burrito Bowl (tasty, but they forgot to put in the fajita veggies) Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Although we had placed an order ahead of time, we still had to wait for it to come out. They were busy when we got there and it probably would have been faster if we ordered in person since the ones in line for theirs before us. They also didn't provide eating utensils or napkins and we had to go back and ask them for it (luckily we checked before leaving). I'm new to eating at chipotle. I recently tried it out of town and was excited when I realized there was one in town. Although, my experience has been not so great. Both times I ordered from this Chipotle I ordered online. One a DoorDash order and the other I picked up in store. Both times I ordered online each bowl I ordered was missing an item listed that I paid for. I thought maybe it was a fluke thing the first time, and gave it a second chance because the food tasted good. I was then again let down the second time when the same thing happened, not receiving an item that I had purchased. read more

This was by far the worst chipotle experience of my life. It definitely leans into its 2.5 star rating. I was genuinely excited about trying the new smoked brisket, and then get a half scoop of meat and then a half serving of cheese. I then used a reward for my chips and guac and they proceeded to give me a half container full of guac so I basically wasted my reward and I already got half an entree when paying for their most expensive menu item. Terrible service here. Messed up my order, and both my brothers orders. Cannot understand the worker because he doesn't speak up while he wears a mask. I only asked for lettuce at the end and he put cheese on it. I'm lactose intolerant. My brother told him he wanted a kids quesadilla and then a bowl and he made the bowl in a kids meal. Then we told him we wanted that stuff in a regular bowl and he dumped the kids stuff into the bowl, slamming things around and so we got ripped off by only getting kids size food in our bowl and as he was transferring it over we said no lettuce and he put lettuce on it. I have been to this chipotle three times. All three times they have really disappointed me. All three times I have been through the line they half scoop rice, beans, and the protein. If you ask for some more they grab another scoop with the top of their spoon. It's honestly really disrespectful and they look at you like you're stupid after you ask. Running errands all morning, my tummy started yelling at me. Hmmm, what to eat...ahh Chipotle! I ordered a chicken bowl at a price of $9.30. Now, here's where they lost me...it's been about 4ish years since I've been to a Chipotle restaurant and almost every item in the 2nd phase of toppings are an extra charge. Now, I'm not just saying $.50 for a splash of white queso sauce or $.35 for a small scoop of guacamole...that would be too reasonable- No, No, No, No, Nooooo!! For those two items, that should not be an extra charge btw, cost me an additional $4.30 without them even telling me it was an upcharge. What in the sweet baby Jesus are they thinking? We went in there was a young men an girl there was nobody behind us so they started what do you want I answered the young man gave me a little rice it was like a forth of what they usually give so my husband what going on that nothing they usually give more so he put more. so I was annoyed . But when they started with my husband burrito bowl . My husband bowl was very small I don't know if they where new associates and training. My husband said why are these bowl small the young girl replied you want a large bowl really there no sizes for a bowl .so one of the cooks came over she finished with my husband he told her no hot chile an she put hot chile .at this point it was not cool . I told the person who came over to help my husband that she wasn't talking nice to him that she was being rude and I explained to her that I don't want the food and she said OK and so we just left there and I called chipotle customer service and I explained the situation I will not be returning to this establishment and that's why I'm writing this because they are very rude and they were pushing us to order it when there was no one behind us so they need a new manager or they need to be consistent with the food that they give you so you know what you expect. read more

I can see why this chipotle has 2 1/2 stars Got a burrito and some how the tortilla isn't giving idk - it's not fresh. Very unsatisfying. The girl who was working the tortilla press didn't even let the tortilla sit for the normal time to cook and she seemed like she wanted to get done with me and I even told her to reheat it and she simply ignored me and move on to the next customer, no one likes a cold tortilla when making a burrito. Please teach employees to properly cook a tortilla on the tortilla press and to not rush this process. It's a shame, I really quite enjoy the food here. Been here a bunch. But quite often I've found that they are out of white rice, out of steak, out of other ingredients. By the time they pushed our stuff to the veggies we were two customers behind it while they're yelling questions and putting the wrong ingredients on my bowl because I can't hear a word they're saying and I didn't want to ask for a new bowl just because they mistakenly put corn on when I couldn't hear the question, then I question the $10 quesadilla because I asked for a kids one and they insist that I got an adult one which wasn't the point. The point was that I asked for a kids quesadilla and it isn't what they gave me because nobody can hear a word being said and instead of rectifying the mistake they decided to tell me that because they gave me the adult size they cant do anything. The only thing good about this place is the flavor of the food, and even that's not totally consistent. The service... well, Paying almost $10 for a burrito bowl, I'd expect a decent serving of my food, however I only got about 3 "medium" sized "pieces" of carnitas, and what seemed to be about half a scoop of fajitas, not to mention they were even skimpy on the rice. My husbands burrito was mostly tortilla, with what seemed to be maybe 4 pieces of chicken, and he said his food tasted as if it might be old. The only one I didn't have so much of an issue with was my son's kids meal. We used to love going to Chipotle, but the skimpy servings have become a recurring problem, which is so sad. This problem is even worse because when my husband went to get the food there was no line and the restaurant was basically empty, on a Friday evening. read more

Whenever I eat here they have given me a military discount and I always have my ID with me to show them. Today I went in and asked for it again, and the lady said that they don't give it out, which would typically be perfectly fine, but she continues to say that whoever has been giving the discount to me shouldn't have been. Which was mutple people, Main point is chipotle needs to get their act together and figure out if they give out that discount or not. Not a great experience and not great customer service. read more
