Not sure how the manager has a job still. One of the worst ran chipotles I've been to. I've waited a month with multiple similar experiences hoping it was a fluke but it isnt. They are constantly out of things. Pretty much every time it's the salad dressing and the fajita veggies. But this time it was the pico as well. The first couple of times it was annoying...but hey it happens. But I've been there at least 6 times since I've moved to Redding and I haven't gotten everything I normally get one time. Not sure what exactly is going on. But after reading other reviews it seems to be a management issue. read more

i don't know what you guys are on about, this is the fullest chipotle bowl i've had in months, they weren't skimpy at all and the employees were nice. pretty clean too. read more

The adds on t.v. are B.s. They show a employee cooking chicken sections on a grill .went there expecting to get a grilled thigh , breast ? Instead got a bunch of Chopped up chicken & gristle .That's OK, I won't go back read more

Just not good, not clean. The avocado that they make fresh was brown. I walked in and walked back out. Yuck

Was very disappointed in quality of my burrito. They barely put anything on it, chicken, beans and all the toppings ended up paying 18.00$ something. Didn't taste fresh at all. Much rather go to burrito banditos they don't charge you for everything separately and it's much bigger. Worst part they didn't tell me it was extra, so I thought I would try it. read more

We went back to Chipotle again last Saturday, expecting the same delicious food we always get and it was absolutely yummilicious as usual. We both got the burrito bowl, l had beef and she had grilled marinated chicken. We got ours to go and the food was delicious as usual. McDonald's would have been much more for what we got and l know Panera DeBarf would have been almost twice the price for half the food, plus we had enough left over for Sunday Brunch. Thanks you Chipotle, see again soon. Teddy Bear read more

Whenever I eat here they have given me a military discount and I always have my ID with me to show them. Today I went in and asked for it again, and the lady said that they don't give it out, which would typically be perfectly fine, but she continues to say that whoever has been giving the discount to me shouldn't have been. Which was mutple people, Main point is chipotle needs to get their act together and figure out if they give out that discount or not. Not a great experience and not great customer service. read more

I love chipotle and never had a bad meal with them. But when i ordered online it told me it'd be ready in 10 minutes when it actually ended up being AN HOUR and i had to watch customers who ordered after me receive their food first. I understand that things can get really busy and orders could run 10 minutes later than expected but an HOUR? Not prioritizing the customers who ordered first is ridiculous. I would have appreciated a much more accurate wait time so i wouldn't have to involuntarily WASTE MY TIME. Don't even bother ordering online. read more

Which there were a no stars option. From the second we got to chipotle I knew it was going to be bad. It all started when I asked Katherine is there were more masks because my boyfriend left his at home, she rudely replied with "no". I know for fact there is extra for the employees... then when ordering she was rude to us and even her co worker that seemed new. We asked for Saudi on the side and she didn't get us it so we reminded her nicely and she rudely replies with " I haven't put it in a bag yet". She only gave us 1 when we both asked for 2. Bottom line horrible customer service and don't come to this location.... not to mention we had to beg for more scoops because we were given hardly any food lmao!! This is after eating the bowl because we were so hungry because our power was out, the steak and carne asada was terrible!! I am just horrified by this place now read more

Terrible service, terrible containers that leak, just don't go. You are better off going to any other place to eat.

Went to this Chipotle in Redding because a friend wanted to buy a burrito for her dinner. I used the bathroom which was clean and ate my lunch in the A/C dining room. Refilled my water bottle in the soda fountain - water tab is the one in front of the lemonade, most everyone knows that. Got some napkins, forks, spoons for my camping trip. Parking lot is tiny and very tight. Only one way in and out. read more

Came in at 10:45, 15 minutes before closing for a quesadilla and employee stated machine is turned off as they were taking apart the line. My thing is I get you want to go home but I have worked in food service and if you close at 11 you close at 11 not 10:45. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

Food is passable if a bit tasteless. I usually come here when I need something quick and can order online, which is convenient. Bowls and burritos, nothing fancy. A limited selection of bland, mediocre options, some of which are frequently unavailable. Staff are friendly if a bit rushed and zoned out at times. Usually I don't have issues with online orders. Lobby and counter can get pretty nasty and lines can get backed up so order ahead when you can. Parking can be an issue here during peak hrs. Otherwise I'd say this is a preferable alternative to fast food. Not a first (or 2nd) choice for dinner though. read more

Worst location I ever had, bro gave me half scoop of chicken and I asked for a bit more bro added 2 pieces very horrible service and the tortilla wasn't even cooked. Guy had long hair btw didn't even care about anything just dumped small servings and bam 20 dollar burrito read more

Arrived this evening around 6:45 for dinner. Immediately noticed the restaurant was not clean--walking in could see garbage and food debris all around outside dining area which continued to the inside where garbage cans were overflowing. That atmosphere alone was not appealing at all. Food was ok but definitely lacked in whomever was prepping the food. Two different chunks of onion that were close to 1" by 1" cubes--not an edible bite at all. Chunks of carnitas weren't shredded and again made it hard to eat. Just not what I've come to expect at this chain and seems like this particular locations needs some improvement. read more

Burrito bowl is my go to, however me and my boyfriend both couldn't handle the spice this time. I had 1/2 barbacoa, 1/2 carnitas, his was pollo asado/steak, with guac, cheese, all the fixings. The red salsa killed the whole thing. I actually had to grab more sour cream from my fridge just to make it edible. Way too spicy!!! read more

We went in for a late lunch today, around 2:15 pm, ended up walking out, even though our first bowl was still being made. Got as far as the lettuce, it was brown and slimy. I asked if they had fresher stuff and the rude girl behind the counter showed me another container that was just as bad. The place was absolutely filthy, tables and floor full of garbage. I mentioned to her as I was ordering that the floor had spillage she said oh the cashier will clean that up. When I saw the lettuce that's when I said no thanks. Not only were we treated rudely, but the place was horrendous. They should be ashamed. My friend knows the regional manager, I will be speaking to him. read more

Does chipotle season their food with freaking jalapeños only, do they understand that the food doesn't need to be spicy, I literally burn my whole mouth. They don't give a disclaimer that the food has spice . It's super spicy . No taste only spice that burns your whole mouth. read more

I am usually a huge fan of chipotle but tonight was awful. We placed an online order at 6:10pm with a 6:30 pick up time. We didn't get our order until 7:25 with no word from the staff that they were running an hour behind. We were told they were running 15 minutes late when we went to pick up, no big deal, but almost an hour with no update? Then we got home and realized they'd left a few items out. We tried to call to ask them to ready our missing items but they aren't answering phones. I understand it's hard right now, but communication is important. It would've helped a lot here. read more

I absolutely love chipotle and while on a road trip we figured let's stop at chipotle... well this was probably the worst chipotle I have experienced. First off, they were out of chips and did not tell anyone until after they ordered and went to pay. The beans were over cooked, my chicken had a bounce to it. Not only did the food suck but the restaurant was trashed. The tables were covered in food and the trash cans were overflowing. read more

During covid, I used Door Dash to order a salad. I love that you can order double meat, so I opted for a double portion of steak with brown rice and black beans with fresh tomato salsa as the only condiment. What I appreciate about Chipotle is the consistency, and knowing exactly what you're going to get. This salad is delicious and is my go-to from Chipotle! read more

First of all The food is GREAT, super good taste for reals, , Unfortunately the service is super SLOW lately, I have been there on peak hours and this place has only 3 people attending Online Orders and In store orders, so, it makes the wait line going super slow, I believe they need a better management improvements, but so far it's really good. read more

The meat, beans and rice are always cold/lukewarm. These items should be kept hot to avoid food poisoning. This chipotle used to be great ten years ago, but sadly not anymore. Hope they fix the problem so we can go there again without worrying about getting sick. read more

I love Chipotle but this location has become awful. The restaurant is dirty all times of the day, there are many fly's inside hanging around and they can't seem to put together a quality burrito anymore. I have spoke with management twice but nothing has gotten better. I was in a couple of nights ago, of course tables and the food prep areas were filthy. Fly's swarming around when I was trying to eat and the temp was uncomfortably warm. The burritos were not at chipotle standards. They were so small that parts of the tortilla were overlapping so much it was hard to bite through. The girl who made them rolled them into a ball shape. Burrito balls aren't fun to eat. Make sure to never order online for takeout because their food prep standards are even worse. I guess they figure they don't have to see you while you're eating. You take it home only to find out how poorly your food was made. Disappointing read more

Friendly staff, but poor quality foods. Steak with 40%fat, undercooked rice and super salty over all.

Passive aggressive staff over skimping on normal portion sizes. Unfriendly atmosphere vibe. Over charging. Very salty food. It was so salty that I had to throw it out. I had to ask for more lettuce 4 times when ordering a salad. No veggies for the 4th time in a row. No chicken the last visit... Tofu was WAY over salted. Avocado was WAY OVER salted. Chicken was WAY over salted. I'll never go back to chipotle. Not worth the headache. Bye. read more

For starters, I rarely give out 1-star reviews, particularly so at "fast casual" places such as Chipotle. This particular Chipotle, however, earned their 1-star. Details: I went in for a simple bowl. Asked for carnitas, got a small portion that turned out to be far more fat than meat (kinda gross, actually). Asked for black beans but was told they were down to their "last batch of the evening" and were "saving them for later customers." Asked for sour cream and was (again!) told they were down to the "last batch of the evening" and were "saving them for later customers." Asked if they would at least put a little bit of guacamole on instead but was told, "we charge for guac". Awesome customer service -- if the objective is to provide 1-star service! read more

This is absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. Usually the service is just OK. But the last three times I've gone they've been worse than I've ever seen. At 6 pm today and 8pm last Wednesday they were out of hardshell tacos... kinda sucks. It's an hour and 30 minutes to get to this chipotle from hayfork. The chipotle by my house in Temecula is like night and day compared to this one. It appears that everybody at this location does the bare minimum. I seldom write bad reviews on yelp generally I write good reviews and just forget about the bad experiences. But this is the third time Also right before it was my turn to be told they didn't have any tacos the guy behind the grill with The stretched ear lobes .. took off his hat and ran his fingers through his greasy hair and then picked back up the spatula and continued cooking. read more

It's a shame chipotle has gone down this road... Katherine was extremely rude. She seems very upset that she needs to explain the inconvenience of them not being able to make me a burrito unless it's online.... but that's not the problem shortages are real during COVID 19 but why does she need to be rude and give us half scoops for our bowls.... I am lying full price I should be getting my full meal.... never coming back. read more

I would like to begin by saying the folks behind the service line are always kind and nice. However, I have to wait nearly 45 minutes or more for a burrito every single time I come here. This is unacceptable. I love Chipotle and this place is lucky its the only location in town or I would just stop coming altogether. This is a plead to management of this location to start putting more people on the line because 2 and one cashier is NOT cutting it. read more

Chips and gualmole - $8.50 for about two handfuls of chips in a bag that were staled. Chips were soft and salty. Employee scaped the container to get the gualmole, chips sitting in bags, probably been there all day. NOT fresh. As for the food, lots of rice, little bit of meat. Much better at Casa Ramos. Will not ever go back to Chipotle. read more

Standard chipotle fare here which would normally get 4 stars because I like the food. But Chipotle corporate management needs to seriously rethink their mobile order process. Putting the mobile orders in front of the guests who take the time to show up clogs up the entire process making it easily 15-20 min when there are only a few people in line. Until this changes, Chipotle is off my list. Sorry for the hardworking team members. They do the best they can but the process is just broken now. read more

So I have to say I go to Chipotle A LOT! I think at this point they know me and my order as soon as I walk in. I always get the same thing, so maybe my review is a little one sided but I am telling you the food here is amazing! There are times to be fair that the meat could be better and the staff could listen to what you want a little closer, but over all the food is fresh, hot and always served with a smile! I get the steak bowl, with rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. It is spicy, but I love spicy food! I have friends who get tacos and burritos, they all say it's great. I would have to add that the food is very "American" Mexican, not your authentic Mexican dishes. The prices are good and it's always busy so make sure you have a little time to order and eat. read more

I purchased a sofrita salad bowl on June 6, 2019. I took a few bites of the salad when I got home and discovered the food to be inedible. The sofrita salad was bitter and burned my tongue from the taste. I asked for my money back the next day and brought the salad back. I was told they could remake the salad. I do not want a remake of inedible food. I wanted my money back. You would think with the problems Chipotle has had with their food being tainted they would be faster to respond to a reasonable request for a refund. I probably will not return. I don't trust their Received a gift card from corporate and used it to buy chicken salad bowl. The food was delicious and my o my advice is so t purchase sofritas. read more
