Customer service was very rude and called the wrong name for my pizza(they said "Kristy" and it clearly read Katharine, see picture) so some other lady came and took said pizza (She opened the lid and everything). Meanwhile I'm waiting for MY name to be called for 20 minutes (no exaggeration) so my friend decides to go and ask what's going on with my pizza but the lady at the cash register was on her phone and the guy employee says word-for-word "I don't know what to tell you". The only nice guy in the whole place was retaking my order when the lady who had taken my pizza comes back having realized it was not her pizza and so the rude guy employee from earlier employee took the pizza back, pointed in my direction and told the woman that I was to be blamed for the whole situation. The staff that was helping in the afternoon was extremely rude I was trying to explain my order and the lady was busy doing other things. My daughters pizza had barely any cheese on it and literally four pieces of pepperoni as I was trying to tell her I wanted more on there the pizza had already went in the oven.I have them try to remake it once again they got it wrong I asked to speak to a manager and one of the girls refused and was extremely rude. The pizza here is fine, just like the other locations. HOWEVER, they really need to train their staff and managers better at this location! The person in front of us ordered a gluten-free pizza. When we went to pick-up our pizzas, it was clear they had mixed up the order and gave us someone else's order. The staff looked at the pizza, and it was a gluten-free pizza that was mixed up. Upon noticing the mistake, none of the Mod staff made an attempt to track down the original person that ordered the gluten-free pizza. Even the manager noticed the mix up, but took no action! They did not go to eat table to ask if they ordered a gluten-free pizza. I have been to other locations where they put metal numbers clips on the pizza to ensure the pizzas do not get mixed up. Disappointing service...staff here needs to be retrained from the top down! If I required a gluten-free diet, I would certainly not come here! read more

Went with the fam to celebrate my nieces' Fifth grade graduation. Apparently, everyone with a child wanted pizza that day too. MOD pizza is popping up everywhere and I understand the popularity. Although we had a wait, the staff worked as quick as they could and were efficient. Special shout out to Jessica at the Kent Kangley location who made sure we were satisfied with our visit. Everytime I go to a Mod pizza I need to wait 15+ minutes to place an order because they are busy making online orders. They need to come up with a better way of handling online orders that don't affect people coming in to order. read more

First time here and we loved it. Great pizza and we liked that each of us could get a small individual pizza with our favorite toppings. The ice teas and lemonades were amazing. I just wish they were closer so we could go more often. Workers were super friendly. The only negative is that it is not a comfortable restaurant, the chairs aren't comfortable and mostly huge tables, only my son and I visited for lunch and there were a lot of 1-2 people parties sitting at tables for 6+, neither of these issues will prevent us from returning but if we did return with a large group, the chairs would prevent this from being a place would would want to stay and hang out. This place always serves you fast with plenty of smiles. I love how you can add or subtract anything to your pizza or salad. The salad is cold and crisp, and the pizza crust is smokey, thin and crisp. The restaurant is always clean and inviting with big windows letting in about of light. Here in Seattle we need that. For $16 my husband and I share a mod size pizza and salad, a great value. The only thing I don't care for is the plastic silverware. Still a great place for lunch. read more

Most people take the time to write a bad review for bad service, but I have to say the service at this location was so great, I wanted to compliment them! Right off the bat when I walked in, I was greeted by everyone who was working up front. Their stations were clean, and they were quick. You could really tell the people working together were a great team. When there wasn't a line, each person was keeping busy whether it be cleaning, folding boxes, restocking, etc. They even thanked each person who left for visiting. I appreciated that one employee who was folding boxes, saw someone walk in, greeted them but advised he would be right with them, washed his hands, and promptly helped the customer. You don't typically expect great service in places like this, so I definitely wanted to make sure this team is recognized for their amazing customer service! read more

They were so busy with phone and internet orders they didn't have time for walk in customers. Very disappointing. MOD is great. I'm reviewing this location because it was the one I was at however the Federal Way and Tacoma mall locations are amazing as well! They are always super fast, it's always clean and the staff is always really friendly and willing to give suggestions! I really like getting pizza with pesto or a bbq chicken pizza or their Caesar salads with chicken added. Don't forget to get their little cakes they have where you pay. They are SO addicting lol. Horrible experience. Started with a guy that looked high as hell. He said his name was Devin. Started to add the wrong sauce and after I pointed it out he told me to deal with it. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me he was the manager in training and he was in charge. I told him I wanted the district managers number and was informed that I could leave.
