Literally the slowest service I have ever had at a MOD pizza. Bad news since speed is what they sell. And then the guy making the pizza didn't know what ingredients go on a Dillon James (one of their standard pizzas) and had to be talked through the ingredients list and sent back to add the basil. And when the pizzas finally were 'ready' it turned out one had been dropped and had to be remade. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Last time we came to this store they completely messed up my order and had to remake it from scratch. This branch needs a serious management shake up. read more

First off I have to say that ALL MOD Pizza's are good! And also, I give them all 5 stars for the food itself. Freshest most convenient pizza you can find and fairly priced - especially if you need gluten free. The only reason I have to dock a star for this location was because of a specific employee. I didn't ask her name, but the larger red haired chick was SO rude!! Unfortunately she was the first person people had to come in contact with to start assembling their meals. She was aggressive, annoyed, and rash with her communication. Left me feeling like a huge inconvenience to her. But as soon as I moved to the guy next to her for toppings and to the register it was all good. All the guys working were super friendly and eager to please. Questionable quality ingredients, but turns out to be a helluva pizza. Some flavorful veggie/seasoning options that tend to overpower the flavor of any meats making it not worth getting meat because it just soggys the pizza. This isn't a bad thing, we should all eat less meat. Next time I go I'm getting all veggies/seasonings for sure. read more

Eh not great. Staff not so friendly and seemed irritated to have to take our order. The ordering process seems more difficult than it should for being similar to a Subway. Toppings are sparse. My daughter order a cheese pizza and mostly red sauce, a sprinkle of cheese and a HAIR!!! The veggies tasted like they came out of a bag. Over priced for the slow assembly line like service. argh. I like the pizza. The ingredients are fresh. We can each order whatever we want on our own special little pizza for $7 something and change, no limit. They have some fresh normal ingredients along with fancy schmancy stuff so if you're a mixed family you don't have to fight about it. You can order a pizza with loads of cheeze, including gorgonzola and asiago, top it with artichokes, olive and anchovies, what the heck throw on a sriracha swirl at the end and even get it on a gluten free crust. Or, if you like normal pizza, you can have pepperoni and mushroom. Under $8. The problem is their online ordering system. Mod in Maple Valley couldn't seem to get it right, so we came here. We arrived 5 minutes before our pizza was supposed to be ready. They told us it was in the oven - that at least sounded like an improvement over the last experience at Maple Valley. When the pizzas were done, they boxed them, cut them, and set them next to the oven so they didn't get cold. Which would have been nice, I guess, except we were standing there waiting for them. Husband asked about it 10 minutes later. The pizza is good. The concept is great. The herds of kids they employ are all polite. I don't really like standing in the endless line - the restaurant is a magnet for loud kid groups - which is why we order online. If they could JUST GET THAT RIGHT....I'd be a fan. read more

Being on a strict diet, I had many questions about crust ingredients and my server was very patient and knowledgeable. All of the workers were super friendly and engaged us in conversation. When I heard Mod pizza was coming into Kent area I was overwhelmed with hunger and excitement ! Not only is this across from my work but literally 7 mins from my home, that's with traffic! I usually order online, I'm giving 4 stars because when I place my order I don't have an option for vegan cheese so I have to type it into the special request box, only downfall to that tiny box is they don't give you enough space to explain what you'd like extra of or more less. Great first experience here. We ordered 3 pizzas and they were delicious. Was nice to chill and drink a beer with my family in a casual setting. Staff was friendly. My first time going, one of the pizzas on our order was lost so we had to wait 30 minutes after mine was finished for my boyfriends to arrive. They were very busy and apologized and gave us a comp card for a free pizza. So we decided to give it a second chance just recently. After all the buildup I had heard about Mod Pizza, I finally went to this location on 9-16. The price is low but you get what you pay for. Very thin crust with not a lot of topping and very stringy cheese not melted well into the Pizza. The people working are very friendly. read more

Love this place! The staff are excellent, and so patient when they make your order (for those who have never been- it's like a subway for pizzas. Yum!) They have delicious ingredients and a great setup inside the restaurant. Lots of seating, always clean, clean bathrooms. I also love their lemonades because those are my favorite. Super pizza, crap service. We came in with a large group and we were told we had to put all the pizza under one name. This made it very confusing when the pizza was done. Every one in out group had ordered their own pizza but we had to sort them out as they were done, because they were all under the name Sam. Stupid rule for a place that makes individual pizzas. When I asked if we could put seperate names on the pizzas, the girl behind the counter looked at me like she wished I had never walked in the door and said, we don't do it that way. I am rewriting my review because for some reason it did not post. If you want to go out for pizza and a great price and taste good too than I highly recommend the Kent MOD. There food is really good. The pizza is the best price I have ever seen for being able to order a pizza and put whatever you want on it. There toppings always look really fresh. They have a great selection of meat and veggies. I have gotten creative with my pizza making because there is just so much good stuff to choose from. They have awesome salads. You can add whatever you want to the salad as well. I can get there small salad and be full all day it seems. The honey lime dressing they have for the salad is amazing I could eat that all by itself. There lemonade and tea is delicious as well. Oh and did I mention the so thick they are almost impossible to drink milkshakes. Yeah those are great especially with the mix ins. The staff here is the best out there. They are always really friendly and welcoming. I have not once entered and not been greeted right as I walk in the door no matter how busy they are. If you want to go to a pizza place with great service, great food, and speedy service I suggest coming here. I would go every day if I could. read more
