When they first open, you could add anything you want to your pizza and it's one price depending on the size now the charging is so difficult to understand. Bottom line - I love pizza! Especially when you can make your own! I also like how easy it is to find parking here! I came in with my friend Karen, we were greeted right away by the artisan pizza artists. First starting with the type of crust, sauce, type of cheese, veggies, meats, finally the sauce at the end. I made mine filled with white Alfredo sauce, pesto, spinach, red onions, olives, salami, chicken, Italian sausage, green bell peppers, and garlic cloves. My friend Karen is vegan so she made hers gluten free crust. She added marinara sauce, with red onion, mushrooms, topped with jalapeños! Her pizza is a lot less fattening and less calories compared to mine lol. It's her first time trying gluten free crust and she has mentioned that it is sweeter compared to the regular crust... We both like the choice of many toppings we can add to our pizza and it is delicious! Cheesy, flavorful, and crispy crusts. The only thing I didn't like is the crust gets soggy after 30 mins... the sauces they have are very good. I recommend getting the sriracha ranch, yum! P.S. They also have gluten-free crust available. 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the pizzas are inconsistent sometimes, messy other times, missing toppings sometimes. Terrible! From the experience of going in which was the worst, to my order taking 35mins to complete (only 2 pizzas), and not to mention there was for some reason blue cheese put on my BBQ pizza!!! Disgusting! I didn't know pizza places put random surprises for you, without you asking. Not to mention the kid making the pizzas was burning them which caused more delays due to remaking. If you ever seen the combination of bad pizza and service and thought it was the worst, you should see this. When we were ordering our pizza the person taking our order was argumentative, slow and even after very simple instructions failed to make the pizza correctly. They did not get anything about the order correct, even the cheese which was simple mozzarella. We could also hear the employees arguing while we were eating our pizza, which was very unpleasant and made us lose our appatite. Their pizza is good as long as you get the order you placed. I ordered, by phone, an 11 inch pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and mushrooms. The photo shows what I got, but it had no sauce, and had artichokes, pesto, spinach and avocado. There are so many cheese options to choose from and a bunch of fresh vegetable, meats and sauce options too. I got the pizza almost instantly and I wasn't fully satisfied with the pizza crust. This was probably the first time I didn't finish a whole pizza. The crust doesn't compare to The Pizza Press or Blaze. besides that they had great service and reasonable prices. I've been here a couple times and even though it's generally a solid place to come to, the 3 stars is for inconsistency. On any given day and time, there are a couple of other parties there eating and ordering. Parking is never a problem. I like that they have a menu with set options and suggestions, but they also have the option of adding additional toppings that are not listed on the menu. During my last visit, I got a regular pepperoni pizza and the Tristan with some added meat. The toppings were very scarce from the beginning even though I requested to add more. The pepperoni came out fine aside from the slightly burnt crust. For the Tristan, they burnt half of the crust, which caused the crust to expand and be about half of the pizza. In addition to burnt crust and almost half the pizza being thick crust, some of the pizza was bare with not enough toppings to cover it. Very disappointed this time around. read more
