Wish I could give NO STARS. Worst McDonald's, EMPLOYEE ARE TERRIBLE. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. The overnight girl( 18- early 30s) is so rude I'm surprise videos have not gone viral of how unprofessional she is at the drive thru intercom, window, cooking and second window. Several times already I give this spot a chance and she makes this McDonald's look HORRIBLE. I have asked for her name and she does not give her name, she knows if she does it probably won't go well with the various review people would be able to submit directly under her and not the whole business. I've been a customer at this location since 2016 and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had here. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app and paid for everything in advance, including sauces that were listed as free in the app. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged again for those same sauces even though they were already part of my mobile order. When I got home, I discovered that half of my order was missing, which forced me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the items I had already paid for. Because of this mistake, my food had already gotten cold and I ended up wasting about 30 minutes of my time going back and forth. What made the situation worse was how it was handled when I returned. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or attempted to help. Once I finally explained the issue, the employee took my bag without saying anything -- no apology, no explanation. I then waited another 15 minutes before they finally came back with the order. At that point, there was still no communication about whether the food had been remade or if the original order had simply been reheated. Between the incorrect extra charge, the missing items, and the lack of customer service while resolving the issue, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but charging customers again for items already paid for through the mobile app and then sending them home with an incomplete order -- followed by a very poorly handled resolution -- is not acceptable. I hope management or corporate takes a look at how situations like this are handled at this location because this experience fell far below what I would expect after being a customer here for nearly a decade. read more

An absolute disaster as far as Management issue resolution abilities and simple communication w staff. Long story short, I had ordered my meal from the self checkout center, received my receipt and awaited my food like everyone else. 10 minutes pass...15 minutes pass...20 MINUTES PASS and NOTHING, keep in mind, the store is pretty empty at the moment, no long lines So, I ask for Annette , the McDonalds Manager to ask why is my simple order taking so long? She looks at me with absolute disgust and anger, looks at the receipt and offers ZERO APOLOGIES for ANYTHING and says, What card did you use, to issue a refund..Followed by basically saying leave.. This location is small but the service is quick. There are four self ordering kiosks or you can order at the cashier. My mobile orders here have always been ready for pickup when I arrive. The food is good and I like that the tables are clean to eat at. read more

Gave the new hundrix meal a try, first off the fries were hot, like fresh off the press hot. The nuggets were also crispy and not too bad. The sauces for the meal - the new demon sauce was purple and not quite my favorite whereas the hunter sauce tasted better and more like the Szechuan sauce. The ramyeon shaker fries did taste like ramen but it was a bit too salty. The drive thru line moved, but we had to wait by window 2 for our meal to come thru. Also the strawberry banana smoothie was decent. The inside of the McDonald's also has plenty of seating. Since we go to this McD's pretty often, there's definitely been a time or two where the order was mixed up especially for breakfast where we got the wrong sandwich or in one case, they gave me someone's else decaf coffee that had artificial sweeteners from hours ago. That was disappointing, especially since the coffee was not only cold, it had the fake sweeteners that I do not in my drinks. Otherwise than that, for a fast food place, prices have definitely gone up over the years too. I came out here since it was on my way to a work conference. I placed the order via the mobile app for pickup. At the time, the location was closed for curb-side pickup and only allowed drive-thru orders/pickup. At the drive-thru I let the staff know I was here to pick up my mobile order for just an iced coffee, got to the pick-up window, and was told to park at curb-side pick-up. Waited approximately 10-15 minutes before they brought out someone else's food order. I let them know that I was only picking up a mobile order for an iced coffee, the staff said to wait, waited for another 10 minutes before the same worker came back out to hand me the coffee. Overall would not recommend this location unless you can wait for some time. They never tried to apologize for the delay or miscommunication which is why I didn't give them a good review. read more

Damn dude... this is the nearest location to my mom's house, so I go often enough. Pretty much always put in order with mobile app with the intention of just going to quickly pick it up. Think again!! Today I waited 17 minutes for a double cheeseburger, as I watched ten or more cars come and go and get their orders, was taking out my phone to cancel the order when the girl brought it out. Joined the mania earlier today for National Cheeseburger Day. 50 cents! Couldn't pass it up. The rest of Irvine showed up at this location too. I've never seen it so busy! The staff is attentive and friendly. The time to fulfill the order was slow but perhaps that was due to today's volume. The food temperature was also not ideal. Warm, not hot. The double cheeseburger itself was alright. It reminded me of a White Castle patty. The interior is modern and new. Pretty spacious with plenty of seating. The parking is dangerous, packed and horrendous. Be careful. Drivers are not paying attention in this big but packed and tight lot. read more

Note: I am not rating the establishment. I am rating the new burger called The Big Arch. I had the Big Arch burger for the first time today. I ordered the burger alone, with no sides ( no fries. No drink). The burger alone costed just under $10!!! The flavor? Not worth the price! You mix a quarter pounder with a Big Mac and you get a close to $10 Big Arch! I'm definitely not having it again. Literally one of the worst locations. We only go sometimes because it's so close to us, but every time it's a terrible experience. They always forget something in your order, get it wrong or pretty much forget about you all together. You have to wait at the counter to ask for what should have been included or what you ordered, only to be met with so much attitude and treated like it was somehow your fault that anything went wrong--when it's the only way to even get a straw (since everything is behind the counter nowadays). We have had experience at this location for many years now, and it never fails to be one of the absolute worst ones in the area! We usually skip it and drive to farther locations that have really easy and pleasant customer service and you don't feel like a burden. They always seem extremely unhappy and definitely take pleasure in not helping you. Three employees specifically are always so rude, even to my child (a few times now), it's really sad that they must hate their jobs this much. It seems other reviewers are talking about one of the 3, a younger woman who always makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable, she's ALWAYS there and always so unhappy. If you can, drive to another location, it's worth a few more minutes to have a better experience and actually get what you ordered and not have it be cold! The guy didn't work with me. He said he couldn't help without a code. He sounded like he was smiling while he was talking and laughing as he was telling me this, which made me mad. Came in 02/22/26 at lunch time and what a fkn DISASTER this place is. Ordered 2 ice cream cones at the kiosk after it required 3 seperate screens trying to upsell you just to be told I have to go to the counter where I waited 15 minutes standing first in line while staff messed up orders, served cold fries to complaining customers and the young girl at the cashier station had a horrible attitude towards everyone. What manager allows her staff to operate that way. Two people asked to speak to the manager while I stood there. ZERO staff acknowledged I was there...for 15 MINUTES once again. There's always a line here! Super popular location. Glad the McRib is back. Had to wait awhile and finally got my steamy hot sandwich. Yum! Service was OK. As it's busier than usual the staff was doing their best to keep it going. I also did ask for no salt on my fries and they had to remake it twice as there were still remnants of salt. Had to wait another 10 minutes for a fresh batch with this time the fries were kept in the frying basket. Last time it was still dumped in the bin. Anyways overall OK experience. The manager is completely unprofessional--rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn't care about customers. And it's not just the manager--every single employee I dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and acted like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging you. They messed up my order and when I politely asked them to fix it, they gave me attitude like it was my fault. The service is unbelievably slow, the staff has no manners, and they make you feel like an inconvenience just for showing up. This place needs a serious change in management and staff. Came here late night with my sisters. Went through the drive thru. Line started to build up. We were about a couple feet away from the speaker to give our order. Line kept building up with more cars and wondering why we weren't moving yet. A couple people a few cars back walked along the cars in front of us. Only to find out the driver in the car a couple cars in front is was asleep. Anyhow, finally gave our order. The person taking the order wasn't so pleasant. But at least the person at the window was. We ordered nuggets, McDoubles, mcchicken, and a happy meal. Tell me why when taking the order for a happy meal and get asked what kind of drink..we say water and we get asked bottled water?!?!
