I know this sounds crazy but yes, I'm one of the few that have not been blessed with the divine fast food experience that is Jollibee. It popped up on my delivery app one random day for lunch and I simply couldn't resist. I ordered a bucket of their mixed fried chicken (spicy and original respectively) And Their famous spaghetti and hot dogs with gravy on the side. When it arrived in all its glory my mouth already began to water in eager anticipation... As I sunk my greedy teeth into the crunchy chicken I was sold! The spicy level was just right and added a pleasant kick to the chicken. It was hot and juicy, just perfection in every way I dipped the chicken pieces in the rich gravy and it made my meal taste like thanksgiving. A Nostalgic and new experience at the same time. I twirled some of the spaghetti hotdog onto my fork and each strand was coursing with sauce and cheese bits. It was the sweetest spaghetti I've ever had and but im not complaining at all! Overall, I was very impressed with my first encounter with Jollibee and I'm an instant fan! Can't wait to come back again and try more their indulgent menu of finger licking good chicken! We usually get Jollibee for takeout but we decided to eat in the restaurant this time. This Jollibee location is inside of a Seafood City and there are other restaurants inside. There was a short line that went by fast and we were able to order quickly. The cashier was very helpful and let me know that I can pick other sides besides fries for my chicken sandwich meal deal. There is a good amount of table seating and we were able to eat inside. We got the burger steak meal with side of rice and a pineapple quencher. We also got the chicken sandwich and pie meal deal which came with a side (I got the spaghetti), a pie, and a drink. I got the peach mango pie and the pineapple quencher. I recently visited Jollibee after a long day at work and had a really enjoyable meal. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was convenient since it's located in Seafood City and it used to share the same parking lot as Joanns. Since that store is now closed, finding a spot was pretty easy. The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. I was so hungry that I ordered their Chicken Tender Meal. Delicious! I got 4 chicken tenders, a side of coleslaw, Ube Pie, and gravy. I also got a side of their spaghetti. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, while the spaghetti had the signature sweet Filipino-style sauce that many people love. The Ube pie was hot, crispy, but I feel that the Peach Mango pie tasted better. My order did take a long time to come out around 15 minutes. I had to ask 2 staff members what's going on and looks to me they had forgotten my order. But they did redeem themselves by putting my as priority. Overall good visit. The Spicy Chicken Joy here is the best! They are always crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and has the perfect spicy kick to them. The fried chicken at Jollibee is hands down my favorite compared to other fried chicken fast food shops. Service here is mostly friendly, but when they get busy, they can be a bit snippy. That said, they were out of the blue drink, and it didn't come with the Moogle-themed cup, so for anyone who actually cares for it, that's already a letdown. This is just day 2. As for the basics, there was one odd miss. I ordered mashed potatoes as a side and had to walk around looking for a spoon and napkins, only to find out they're kept behind the counter. In a packed store, having to go back to wait and ask for something that should've been included with a dine-in order feels unnecessary. The ube pie was good though. Flaky, hot, and not overly sweet. But overall, it's hard to justify the $21 price tag when the experience feels incomplete and doesn't match what's being advertised for this collab. read more

Always a long wait at this location. I ordered through the app on Friday 6/26. App said it would be ready by 5:32pm. There's a tracker on the app letting you know when it was ready. I love Jollibee. One of my favorite fried chicken chains ever. The breading is so crispy and full of flavor, but what makes it so special is how juicy the chicken is. Every bite seems to gush with chicken juices and it's so delightful. I always get their spicy chicken. They changed the spicy chicken recipe a while back and made it even more spicy which I absolutely loved. Not to mention dipping the chicken in their signature gravy. Ughhh it is to die for. My favorite side is their adobo rice. It's super flavorful and so good when you eat it with gravy and chicken skin. I am personally not a fan of their spaghetti since it has that sweet taste that I am not accustomed to, but I can understand why it's so popular. In terms of service they are always very quick. My only complaint is that sometimes they run out of the spicy chicken which sucks, but the regular standard chicken is still good as well. The ambiance is exactly what you expect at any fast food restaurant. It's usually a little bit loud dude to high volume of customers coming in and out, but that is to be expected. I picked up a couple of Uber Eats orders from this Jollibee location today, and my oh my are they impressive!! The big orders were done within minutes, and it was too much for me to carry back to my car in one trip, so the super awesome lady working there, Kate, generously helped me take some of the food and drink items to my car so that I could do it in one trip to and from the pick-up section of this amazing Jollibee. I don't think they have week- day deals, but they have meal deal specials that are more worth it than the og menu (price similar to like burger King of $12-20) order online to pick up fast at the cubby beside Spicy fried chicken- nice crisp, slight cayenne spicy aftertaste kick. Goes well with the gravy that comes with. Not too salty or oily, juicy chicken inside. Usually a drumstick and a thigh piece (2pc meal deal) Upgraded side to spaghetti (+1.50), comes in a cup and had around 3 hot dog slices. It's normal spaghetti and they pour over the sauce which is slightly sweet and less tomatoes. Its more neutral so if you don't like the acidity of Italian spaghetti you might enjoy it. Its less sweet than I remember though Peach mango pie - top recommendation for me is actually the pies. It came out so hot and fresh that the outside was crispy and inside was oozing liquid. Its not too sweet or oily and taste relatively fresh for a handheld pie compared to some mcd pies. They really fry a nice light bubbly crust. They momentarily forgot my soda at first because of how busy it was. The bathroom requires a code so remember to ask. read more

We stopped by this location as we are staying in Irvine, and my lovely lady was in the mood for some good spicy fried chicken. I found it odd that this location is found in a Seafood City supermarket, as I live near the corporate US headquarters in West Covina, and the two locations near me are both standalone locations. Apparently, it's not uncommon to find locations in Seafood city locations. In any case, this location is quite busy. There was quite a line of people there at 4pm, with every table full and quite a number of people waiting for their order to be called. We placed our order for 6 pieces of spicy dark chicken and a side of mashed potatoes and adobo rice. We were informed there is a 20 minutes wait, so we spent that time walking around the grocery store. In terms of food, we weren't disappointed and the chicken had a nice flavor profile and a nice crisp. The mashed potatoes was decent but seemed to be low on gravy; luckily, they usually give a cup of gravy for dipping your chicken into. The adobe rice is ok, but nothing too special. Overall, this visit wasn't bad, and we would likely pick up some chicken at this location again when we are in the area, but I don't think we would ever dine in here. read more
