Loved everything we ordered at Cluck Kitchen! The tenders were super crispy and juicy. I also love that they have so many delicious flavors to choose from. The hot honey was my favorite, the perfect mix of sweet with a little kick. The Nashville sandwich was also so good with a bold, flavorful heat that will definitely satisfy any spicy lover. We tried both the Standard (4 oz on a potato bun) and the Cluck (6 oz on a brioche bun), and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to the Cluck size if you're hungry or just want the ultimate fried chicken experience, it's so worth it. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and fluffy with a great potato flavor. Don't skip the sauces either! I ordered to go so I can't speak much on the ambiance of the restaurant itself but it was brightly lit and clean from my pickup experience. The service was fast, as my order was completed before the expected time and all the staff was nice from the quick interaction. I ordered a nashville hot cluck size sandwich, a standard size cluck sandwhich combo, corn fritters, and CBR loaded fries. Everything was hot and smelled amazing from the bag, and even better once I opened it. The nashville cluck was in the more expensive side for a single sandwich but the flavor and heat was really worth it. I have been craving a hot chicken sandwich for a while now and this was the best I've had in the area. It combined both a hot heat and excellent flavor. The cluck sandwich was very standard but very good at the same time. Again on the more expensive side for a single sandwich but it was well made, the patty was crispy and flavorful. The CBR fries were on the softer side, and the most expensive singluar item I ordered. The flavor itself was delicious, nothing overbearing in terms of flavor as all the toppings blended well together. The corn fritters were amazing, the fritter was crispy, the elote flavor was there, and the bits of corn were a nice touch. Checked out cluck kitchen for the first time in Irvine. I had a takeout order and the food was delicious. Ordered chicken tenders (various flavors but the standout flavor was garlic parm), Mac and cheese, corn fritters (the only item we regret ordering it was lackluster), Cole slaw, and the Caesar salad wrap (delicious!). The employee at the register was helpful in explaining their spice levels. The reason for the three stars vs five stars is that one other employee (a cook - young man that was on break in the front guest area) was obviously in a bad mood or angry at his coworkers because he loudly cursed the F-word multiple times and demanded "respect" I don't believe the cook knew that a customer (me) was there because I was sitting at a table hidden by a divider. This was very unprofessional and I was going to approach him to let him know that he shouldn't act/speak this way at work but then he was gone in the back. I did speak with the cashier to share that I overheard the cook acting unprofessionally. The cashier apologized on the cooks behalf. I will return to this location as it was delicious but I hope that the cook gets the training he needs or refresh in courtesy in the workplace as he could seriously affect others dining here. read more

Saw this spot after going to Paderia once. Decided to finally stop in. Parking is pretty easy to find here & theres seating inside and out. Service was also good. I ordered some tenders , a chicken sandwich and their new chicken caesar salad wrap/burrito. Everything was so good. The chicken sandwich had a huge piece of chicken in it and it was juicy. That alone wouldve filled me up. I oike how they do individual tenders so i can try as many sauces as I want. I usually get spicy flavors but i wanted to try their Garlic Parm and it was pretty good. I also got buffalo, mango habanero and hot. The only spicy one was hot. All the tenders were pretty big. The chicken caesar wrap was also pretty good. The sauce that comes with it is fireee. My first time here and I'm impressed! It happened to be a Tuesday and they had a Tenders Tuesday promotion for $2.50 each and allows different flavors for each piece. The tenders were huge and perfectly fried when it came out. The outside was crispy and inside was truly tender, juicy, and steaming hot. So fresh and delicious. We tried Garlic Parm as a non spicy option. We also ordered Nashville medium and Nashville hot. They were all really flavorful and very good. Personally I could easily handle the Hot. I heard from others that they used to have two spicier flavors that are no longer available. I'm sad I never got to try them. The classic cluck is the smaller version but honestly it is the same size as other places, which is good. Chicken is fried nicely and still juicy. Comes with mayo and lettuce. Think I will ask for cole slaw next time though. The Nashville hot is also a mini version and is the same as the classic but has cole slaw. Very tasty and it comes in four different levels of heat. The side of pickles were good as it allows you to add to the sandwich or eat them as is. The CBR loaded fries are waffle fries covered in cheese and fried chicken bites with a sauce. This time I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich spice level medium and I personally think I should have stuck with the hot but for like 90% of people the medium will be totally fine and still spicy enough. A bit disappointed by Cluck Kitchen! Fried chicken is one of my favorite food groups and Cluck was just a bit lackluster. We got a smattering of tenders and these were huge! I loved that. There was definitely no scrimping here when it comes to portion sizes. But... the country chicken just had so little flavor. I was surprised how lacking in spice the breading was. Such a bummer. The lemon pepper and hot honey had a great flavor but the hot honey was definitely lacking in the honey department.
