It was our first time ordering pizza from this location. It was rather simple online. We got a bundle which included a pizza and two sides which we chose wings and garlic twists. I also joined their rewards program, which I believe gives me six garlic twist for my next order. I was so pleased with the taste and quality of the toppings and ingredients. We were so hungry that we forgot to take pictures. I didn't pick up the order so I cannot comment on the physical surroundings or service. Arrived to store at 7:20pm, found the only available staff member to be sitting at a table eating pizza himself. He mentioned there is no pickup order for me, but when he checked the system, my order was there. I was told it did not "print" after it came through for him to see and make! Coldly suggested he make it now, which I accepted because it had been paid for and family was waiting for food. Hard to believe that's what actually happened, and this delayed our plans. This is my favorite pizza place, and today I got everything I wanted. Ordered King Arthur's Supreme, those garlic twists, and a Pepsi for some reason. It was done pretty quick, only like a 15 minute wait. I had time to get a ball and lose a dollar trying to get another one but the machines are not property of Round Table, so I'll let it slide. The pizza is on point, nothing less of what I expected and the garlic twists will have me on the toilet in no time, it's just how it goes. It's slightly smaller than most locations, but they get the job done. For some reason they only offer Pepsi drinks, not complaining but I remember they originally offered Coke and Sprite. I've tried some other spots in Irvine but honestly this pizza is the best i've had in the area. I ordered the Gourmet Veggie for my wife and I, it really hit the spot! The crust was warm and just the right amount of crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The veggies tasted super fresh and it wasn't overloaded with cheese, which I appreciated. We weren't having a good day and had drove a distance to get round table but from the moment we walked in, Sina was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Food was ok, but pretty terrible experience ordering pick up from this location. Placed an order online on a Saturday night at around 8:45 PM. Website says order will be ready at 9:05 PM. On my drive over, at 9:01 PM, I start getting spam called by some random cell number with caller ID as Avi Vafael. 6 calls and 2 voicemails within a span between 9:01 and 9:05. It's dark, it's raining and I'm 4 minutes away from parking so I don't answer it. I arrive at 9:06 PM to curbside and Avi is waiting outside yelling at me, "don't you have a phone? Answer your phone when we call you! We close at 9:00 PM. You ordered at the last minute and we don't know if we have to wait 20-30 mins for you. We are closing!" So I say, look, the website said the order would be ready at 9:05. I'm here at 9:06... Anyway, yelp says this place is open until 9:30 PM on Saturday. Google says 9:30 PM. Website said to pick up order at 9:05. Who knows when they close? Not me I guess. So to Avi, maybe advocate your store fix the damn hours posted online and the order website that apparently tells customers to pick up their food after you close. Next, maybe fix your attitude for a customer that showed up within 60 seconds of when the order was reported to be ready. read more

this place is definitely the last honest pizza! They are so good in the ingredients that they use is high quality. I ate a pizza at Pizza hut the other day and it tastes almost like it came out of a microwave. Like it was frozen or something. I really couldn't believe it. Round table provides very fresh pizzas and they use really good cheese and high quality sauces that really make the pizza enjoyable and you really feel safe about feeding it to your family because you don't feel like it has a lot of processed ingredients their delivery option is something I utilize often. So happy that we finally have another Round Table in the area instead of having to order from Tustin. They tried but the pizza was cold by the time it got way over here and it was never consistent. This location on Yale has excellent customer service and food. Pizza arrives hot and fresh, made exactly as ordered. The green family sized salad is beautifully prepared and they use Ken's Dressings. I had a delivery today for Halloween and it was as good as always. Back in August for my daughters 30th I pre-ordered food the day before, for it to be delivered on the 1st and it was on time and so good. We loved it! So this was a first! I came to pick up my order like I usually do and I'm parking in the public parking spot infront of the restaurant. I was to close to the pavement so I backed by car out to straighten the car. Quickly a gentleman who was making pizza inside came out and moved a cone to it and pointed to the Round Table sign and went inside to go back about making pizzas. I looked for another spot then went inside and asked the girl at the register why would someone do something like that? she said oh that's space for our driver who can come in and out when needed. Friday night and the parking lot was completely full. There was another employee in there at the register who would not look up. I said why would someone do that, couldn't wait a few minutes until I picked up my order. Nobody wanted to say anything!! Upon asking for the owner's name and number or email they said he doesn't have one. NICE! She then spoke to the man who was making the pizzas and she returned back to me and told me call to in the morning and you can speak to him he will be here. How rude on every account! Why on earth would you give the worst customer service! Treat your customers like crap ? There are other locations with much better customer service. read more
