It was way too much for me to finish in one sitting, but that worked out perfectly because it became two meals and how the heck was it more delicious the next day? My friend ordered the Boss Burger, which came with lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion rings, Swiss and American cheeses, and their signature sauce. He made his a double too, which turned an already fully loaded burger into something absolutely massive! Both burgers looked impressive when they arrived. By the time I barely finished my half, he was practically done with his burger... how the... well, lol, he's a man! The restaurant was crowded when we visited, and only about half of the tables were clean. However, the customer service here is always great. I also like that they keep water available on the counter so you can easily help yourself. We had a great time laughing, talking, and even chatting with other customers who shared our love for Burger & Cream. That made the experience even more enjoyable! Of course, you can't come to Burger & Cream without checking out the desserts. We chose a chocolate cookie dessert made with chocolate ice cream, took it back to my place, and shared it there. It was rich, chocolatey, and the perfect sweet ending to a fun time with my friend.

And on those hot summer days, my wife and I would stop in with our son Jonathan before heading off to watch Lincoln play Nevada City. So, yes... I have a little emotional investment in this place. Fast-forward to today, and I'm happy to report that the burgers are still worth talking about. The buns were soft, the meat was flavorful, and the whole burger experience hit the spot. And, of course, my family gave the milkshakes their official seal of approval--which, in my household, is basically a Michelin star. The menu has plenty of good options, there's outdoor seating, and the staff is genuinely working hard. They're multitasking like their lives depend on it, so every once in a while you may need to repeat your order. But honestly, I'd rather see people working hard and trying to take care of everyone than standing around looking bored. Parking can be a bit challenging, too. Consider it part of the dining experience--your appetizer is finding a parking space. So why only four stars? The wait. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. It wasn't terrible, but when you're hungry enough to start considering whether ketchup packets are technically a meal, 20 minutes feels like a lifetime. That said, the food was really good, the staff was friendly, and there's a genuine sense that people are working hard to make this place successful. Bottom line: Great burgers, excellent milkshakes, a solid menu, friendly people, and a little nostalgia thrown in for free. I'd absolutely recommend giving this place a try. Just remember: bring your appetite, a little patience, and maybe say your order twice. Four stars--and I'll definitely be back.

There were 3 registers going, and because we were ALL next to each other, everyone was trying to talk over each other and was almost yelling?!?! As for speed of service, it was slightly quicker than a "normal" In N Out. But we know and do not mind that we have to wait as food is made to order. Fresh, fresh, fresh. I like their regular fries! My family likes fries animal style. The line can be looong but they do the best they can, always with a smile! Their decor is retro fast good aesthetic with lots of red and white gingham print. Every restaurant has a similar vibe, down to the palm trees out front!

The drink machine is self-serve and this outfit has their own regular and low cal pink lemonade, which I tried and is good.

I try to keep every review as close to reality as possible, and unfortunately, this McDonald's shows a lot to report. The lack of cleanliness, food-safety awareness, and basic customer service is extremely concerning. I've seen employees handle money and then touch food without properly cleaning their hands. I've seen employees preparing food while touching their faces, scratching themselves, or repeatedly wiping their noses. The restaurant feels completely disorganized. Orders are frequently wrong, the food can be cold or soggy, and the wait times can be extremely long. You can give your order as clearly as possible and still receive something completely different. Basic hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, customer service, and simple etiquette should be standard in any restaurant. Unfortunately, those basics seem to be missing here. I'm not writing this review to exaggerate anything. I'm simply reporting what this restaurant has shown me. And based on what I've personally experienced, getting an order right, served hot, and prepared with proper hygiene seems to be a rare occurrence here.

My family & I came in tonight the team working there did an amazing job. They were super busy, super friendly! The cashier that was helping us helped us pick a beer that was a great match for the type of pizza we were all eating! She really knows what she is talking about. She was also telling us about Tuesdays beer specials! I myself being a craft beer drinker along w my husband, it's nice to have someone that is knowledgeable about the selection. We usually really enjoy dining here. However, better to eat in versus using food delivery service. Our cinnamon sticks were essentially just dough, no cinnamon topping and no glaze for either order. And red sauce was left off on the wrong pizza. It's a real bummer when you can't send it back to get what you paid for after spending $40 on pizza. read more

Sometimes we tip for great service. Sometimes we tip out of respect and to show that we appreciate the hard work. Every time I go in there I kind of get looked at like a deer in headlights or talked to robotically. Several times now despite my attempts to connect. Along the lines of like I have never been in there before. And I tip well. Last night I encountered somebody that I've never dealt with before and he was warm and kind and AWESOME!! What I got looked like somebody just slapped dough together, smeared the bare minimum of sauce on it, threw on a couple scraps of onion, and called it a pizza. Most of it had no cheese, no sauce -- just dry, slightly burnt dough and crust. (See pictures) The "fresh tomatoes" were even worse. By the time I got home, they had fallen right off the pizza. Last time I checked, you're supposed to be able to pick up a slice of pizza. If they were to actually chopped the tomatoes so they'd stick to the tiny amount of cheese on the pizza, at least I could have enjoyed a little tomato with my pizza. To top it off, there were toppings I never even ordered and some things, I don't even know what they were, including black olives, which I can't stand. That just shows how little attention or care goes into making these pizzas. Honestly, it feels like whoever is running this kitchen or making the pizzas has zero pride in what they're serving. But when there are customers standing directly in front of you and not one of the 6 employees can even bother to say "hello" or even "I will be with you in a second" it's a bit absurd. Perhaps it is because there is no tip option at checkout that the employees choose to be so....antisocial. Despite being paid to you know, do the job maybe? However, once 7:00pm rolled around customers were greeted and helped promptly. So they actually do know what to do, they just seem to be choosing when to do it. I will say, the food here is always good, so at least you can rely on that. You just might have to wait 15 minutes even when it's empty to actually order food. Unfortunate that we have discarded the gorgonzola but it is what it is.
