The Hubster and I popped in here, to avoid the traffic, prior to a concert in Wheatland. We have been to like-establishments, but this was our first foray into a Blaze Pizza. We were a little perplexed as to which end to go to as there was no clear signage of where to place an order. Eventually when one of the staff asked if we were there to pick up or order, the pointed us in the right direction. They have plenty of toppings for their make your own salads and pizzas, of which we ordered both. The side salad was a generous amount to share and the thick crust personal pizza gave us enough to take home extra slices. The interior provides ample seating and there is patio seating as well. The staff is polite and friendly and even their restrooms are clean. Four stars only for the lack of confusion on where to order otherwise blaze on over for a tasty quick bite at Blaze Pizza!

    DIRTY

The worst managed pizza restaurant ever as much as I love blaze pizza this is extremely sad. I hope they open in your location in Roseville or Rocklin.... 1. Always filthy dirty half the times the bathroom is not working or for whatever reason they close one of them and have male and female use one restroom.!!! 2. Half the time their soda fountain does not work. 3. Employees not following health codes 4. 99% of the time extremely slow service .. 2 employees and 4 people - 20 min to get your pizza one time they even said we cannot service you because we have too many online ordered ...?? Sorry? 5. Their pizza dough has to be perfectly round I know because I've seen blaze pizza training ... so many times after they press the dough the pizza comes out flat without edges and they get so upset if you ask them to get another dough 6. Their new updates system for rewards..? You used to be able to scan QR code now you can't and I don't get it so no rewards for me lol 7. A few times it smelled like rotten eggs I almost couldn't stand there anymore and wanted to leave ( near the cheese station) This place needs to be checked out by the country , and manager fired!!!

    Not as advertised.

Went to get the protein pizza with double chicken, they didn't bother telling me they have no chicken... I don't eat pork and they had no other options froth turkey or beef, but 4 other pork options.. really just mad because I didn't know until it was too late. Paid full price without getting what I wanted.. also no service inside.

Blaze pizza is fire. We went there for the first time after a softball game because I didn't wanna cook. This place did not disappoint. The ingredients are fresh and the staff work hard to get through the busy lines. I highly recommend the pesto sauce.

We love Blaze! It's our go to make your own pizza spot. They have a good variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings. They offer various crust, like gluten free and cauliflower. We love the taste of their fast fire oven. It definitely makes a difference. Outside of pizza there's garlic knots, and salads available. Service is great. It can't be very busy especially on Friday nights. What's nice is you can order online and beat the line. Also download the app to earn points and coupons.

Have to get all 3, especially Parmesan!

Hubby and I stopped in with our daughter on Tuesday evening for dinner. We started out with their Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread. I'm convinced they have the most flavorful, cheese-pull worthy cheesy bread out there! This appetizer is served with classic marinara sauce for dipping! For the main course my daughter and I shared a Build Your Own 11 inch cauliflower crust pizza with loads of meat, veggies, pesto and EXTRA cheese! After sharing this drool-worthy combo with my daughter, this is my favorite location! I would HIGHLY recommend this 5 star worthy, Roseville location and we'll continue to come back! Since moving away, I've realized it's not just about the burger. It's about the ritual. The laughs in the parking lot. The post-workout breakdown of life, goals, and nonsense. These little traditions hit different when you don't have them every week anymore. This stop didn't just feed me -- it soothed my soul and reminded me that no matter where life takes you, good friends are forever. We ordered the classic: Double-Double protein style with pickles (yes, just ask and they'll load them on). Fresh, hot, consistent -- every single time. That crisp lettuce wrap around that perfectly messy burger? Elite fuel. This location is always crazy. Parking is wild. The drive-thru line wraps around like it's Black Friday. But the team doesn't even blink. They move with that perfect mix of hospitality and professionalism -- focused, fast, and friendly. No panic, just execution. It's more than fast food. It's memories. It's tradition. It's post-gym earned calories with someone who matters. And every time I come back, it feels like home.

Look at my pictures! My favorite order is the Double Double Animal Style with Extra Pickles. Animal Style means grilled onions, cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. If I want to lower my carb intake, I'll request Protein Style, which replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap. I learned recently that you can ask for blend of the milkshake flavors. For example, you can request Neapolitan with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream. I enjoyed strawberry mixed with chocolate. FYI: If you order a Root Beer Float, that's the same price as a milkshake. You can order your fries to be extra crispy. Don't forget about Animal Style Fries! Search online for In N Out's Secret Menu for fun and interesting items and special ways to order. If you're not planning to eat in the car, request your burger to either be boxed or double wrapped, so you don't get your car messy.

The chicken is the star of the show, and for good reason. Every time I've ordered, the tenders have been hot, juicy, and perfectly crispy on the outside without being greasy. The Texas toast is buttery and lightly toasted, the crinkle-cut fries are classic and satisfying, and the coleslaw adds a nice, refreshing balance to the meal. And of course, the Cane's Sauce deserves its own shoutout--creamy, tangy, and addictive. I always end up asking for extra. What really stands out at this location next to the Galleria is the consistency and speed. Even during busy hours, the line moves quickly, orders come out accurately if you don't make it complicated for them, and pay by card, and the quality never drops. The dining area is clean and well-maintained, with a fun, casual atmosphere that works whether you're grabbing a quick bite solo or dining with friends. The Pastrami Shop was roughly 7 miles from home, so it was worth the short drive. The place is right off Sunset and Whitney Blvd in Rocklin. It's a very small place so ordering to go is popular. But if you find a seat, definitely enjoy the local vibe of the regulars and talk with the owners for a bit. They really are passionate about their business, and serving their customers. I really enjoyed my half hot pastrami classic sandwich. The bread was toasted, mustard, provolone, and a side of pickles and jalapeños. Boy was it good! I really should have had the full size. I'm truly at a loss for words in describing this place. Perhaps 'basic' might be most appropriate…read more Let's first say that when I walked inside I nearly immediately turned around to walk out. The general look and atmosphere is off-putting. It seems devoid of product, somewhat disheveled and disorganized and lacking any substantive character. The place appears very 'long in the tooth', and no food products were evident anywhere. Added to it, no customers, yet some came later. Yet, I was hungry and stayed. To be honest, glad I did. They sell essentially one thing-PASTRAMI, and that's it. Well, indeed true to the restaurant name. Again, everything is basic! I opted for a Classic Pastrami Sandwich and was given the option for bread, I chose a soft roll, and provolone for cheese, plus mustard. At $22. for a sandwich, well, I had some hesitation. The place is apparently owned and run by a charming older couple who really are out to please, very friendly and congenial. I felt like I fell into an old Russian Jewish deli on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, no frills. Basic, but good food! OK, the Pastrami and the entire sandwich were AMAZING! The quality of the meat was top notch and quite good, probably some of the best around. The sandwich was HUGE and enough for two meals. I was offered peppers on the side and it was perfect for me to add some. The sandwich was nicely warmed/toasted, the cheese melted perfectly and it wasn't a difficult messy thing to eat as are many more upscale sandwiches and burgers these days. So, in the end it was worth it. The sandwich was indeed a surprise and excellent. Plus, they checked after I bit into it to be certain I was satisfied, with a smile. I got some chips and a drink and ate it there. Plenty of napkins were provided. Located in a rather funky 1960s shopping mall it's small, not that easy to find yet parking seems OK. Albeit it somewhat pricey the food is very good and the value is there. If you want Pastrami then this is the place. They sell bulk packages of it too. Try it. You might be as surprised by it.
