Let start off by saying, "my family LOVES Cane's!" We always go through the drive thru. No matter how long the line looks, it always seems to go faster than expected. This was my first time going inside to order and eat. There was no line and ordering was quick and easy. We picked a table and waited for our food. Everything was delish! We also purchased the Breast Cancer Awareness Plush Puppy. (Purchase a Limited-Edition Breast Cancer Awareness Plush Puppy online and we'll donate the Net Proceeds* to Stand Up to Cancer.)

Not my receipt but it's in my bag. Paid more than that

Not the first time this happened but there's always something wrong with my order. & I admit, it's partly my fault for not checking it before I leave but cmon, how hard it is to get the orders right when you're reading it from the order. But then again, I was given the wrong receipt so how can I compare .This time around, I ordered 3 extra sauce (that I got charged) & came out to even missing one sauce from my caniac..

Been wanting to try them for awhile and we were shopping at Best Buy in the same parking lot decided to stop for lunch. The only thing I knew was that they sold chicken. We walk in and it is brightly decorated with a fun vibe. The line was long. They only sell chicken strips, fries, and their difference is an added small slice of Texas Toast. They are famous for having a special sauce to dip the chicken in. Its so special that you have to pay extra if you want more than the little cup they give you. Staff was friendly enough and food came out quickly. Chicken was fresh with a slight crisp, but nothing special. Fries are nothing special. The toast was pretty tasty but not enough for me to come back. They are very similar to Chick-Fila but with less choices. Like Chick-FIla, I just don't get why the long lines. Its 'alright'. We both agreed that it would not be a destination for us. It would work in a pinch for a quick bite. Price was comparable so for a 3 piece with fries and toast and a drink was $10.

I didn't dine in, just went through the drive-thru and took my food home. I was in and out pretty quickly. I got the box combo and it was so good! The chicken was hot and crispy, fries were cooked just right and not greasy, and the Texas toast was a nice touch. The Cane's sauce goes perfectly with everything. but honestly, the coleslaw was my favorite part, it was so good! Even though I didn't go inside, everything looked clean from what I could see and the staff was friendly.

Sandwich combo , they don't give the canes sauce with this meal unfortunately you have to purchase a packet for like 45 cents

I don t know if it was a summer Sunday around lunch time but this is probably the most busiest RC I have ever been to. I have been to about. I have been to 5 different raising canes and this particular location across the street from the Westfield GALLERIA is super busy. Not a lot of people use the drive thru I observed. I opened the door to get in and it was filled with families with kids. Lots of employees which is a good thing . The one minus star for this review is the ordering counter is realll really scrunched and there is no space for even 3 people to stand behind one another . The place is seriously a nightmare is you like personal your space and or are claustrophobic. Otherwise , the place is super helpful they verbally great you once you've entered. The simple menu helps with speed as does the dual drive thru lanes. The chicken is NOT Nashville style hot like Angry chicks, Dave's hot or Hot boys however. It's just regular level of it's no heat. The fries are decent string fries and the sodas are unlimited . Prices are not astronomically high either. Be prepared to be stuck and be patient because this is opposite the popular Roseville galleria mall and the traffic there gets brutal at peak times. The location is awesome

If it was not for the lack of service, this would have been a 4 star review. I actually went out of my way to come here for my daughter. Quality/Quantity After opening our box for our 3 finger combo, it felt like a kids meal. See pictures. Not sure if you eat in if there is more food? But the fries were not filled to the top and the chicken pieces were small. Atmosphere - Consistent decor with the brand. See pictures. Indoor/outdoor seating; plenty of seating. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 1am or 2 am the next day. Service - This is where this location fell short. As we saw people who ordered after us get their orders, we realized they forgot our order. Then the "manager on duty" stopped by and asked if we were waiting for our order. We of course said yes. He barely apologized and when my daughter inquired about the cost of extra sauce, I actually thought he would have thrown one in for our extended wait. Not that I stress over 39 cents, but that could/would have bought you some goodwill. But what do I know...? Self-service drinks. Price - $13.50; normally a reasonable price, but not for the lack of service we received today. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1996 and with your 600+ locations. And thanks always for the first responder discounts! Your "Restaurant Partner" program is interesting. A millionaire in 15 years, amazing.

Exceptional Service & Amazing Food I can't thank the team at Raising Cane's enough for their hospitality and kindness today. Not only is their food delicious (those chicken fingers are super juicy!), but their staff went above and beyond when I had car trouble. They stepped in to help me when no one else would, and their genuine care made all the difference in a stressful situation. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was nice and inclusive as well. It's rare to find a place where both the food and the people are amazing. Thank you Raising Cane's for saving my day and for always being a place I can count on! god bless

I come here often but lately your chicken strip sizes have been inconsistent. It's much smaller now. I always wrap my bread around the chicken and lately it looks much smaller. Disappointed.

Caniac combo with extra toast and sauce

This location was so crowded on a Friday night it took about 35 minutes for our food. Not ideal when you're hungry and not really "fast" food The Caniac combo typically comes with 6 tenders, fries, and a side toast with coleslaw. I opted for replacing coleslaw with toast then getting an extra toast and sauce. Chicken was hot and fresh which tasted good, but certainly smaller than I remember it a couple years ago. There is solid amount of seating inside and outside but in peak times requires you hovering for table or chairs.

This place is so addicting! Especially if you love chicken tenders! My fav is the canes sauce ! I eat it on everything. The toast is delicious as well. Service is always great and quick when I stop in for my lunches sometimes. The restaurant was clean and the vibe is great to grab some food and watch a game or just listen to the tv in the background. They also had great music playing when I stopped in today. All around a great place to eat

First time trying raising canes and it was a pretty good experience. I love the inside of the restaurant it had two disco balls which was a total vibe. I love the decor they had and there were a lot of seatings. The service was good and the food came fast. They have a drive thru and an outdoor seating with fans. There's also a lot of shops around the area so you can dine and shop around. The food was good. The chicken was tender but I like the garlic bread more. The garlic bread with the canes toast was absolutely delicious.

Raising Cane's fried chicken fingers are fun, kid-friendly finger food. $1.81 and 130 calories per chicken finger seems affordable cost-wise and calorie-wise, which is probably what I would stick to in the future, instead of the 3 Finger Combo that I ordered. The chicken fingers seem to vary in size. Meat is on the dry side because it is chicken breast tenderloins. Not much flavor or seasoning in the chicken or the batter. Texas Toast was boring and not heated much. Cane's Sauce is a yummy dipping sauce. I also helped myself to some ketchup. I wonder if there are other dipping sauces. Trying to curb my carb and fried food intake, I substituted the fries with coleslaw, which was a bad trade-off. You get so little coleslaw, which has a lot of mayonnaise. The coleslaw was served in a large condiment cup. Fresh tea and lemonade are made all day. I was so hot, tired, and thirsty that I agreed to the server's suggestion of lemonade, but later, I noticed there is an extra charge for lemonade with the combos. Lemonade was great. I would try the sweet tea next time. Restaurant has fun wall decor, like Elvis, Eat and Be Happy, What are ya'... chicken? Three revolving disco balls. Framed prints of the story of Raising Cane's and Cane, the founder's dog. Restaurant has a lot of high top seating. Even the outside of the restaurant has interesting decor: a heart formed with Cane, 1, a fish, a golf ball, and a hat (fishing or construction?). No idea what that means. I assume it's just things the founder loves. Raising Cane's is located in the front of Creekside Town Center, the same plaza as Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, and Burlington Coat Factory.

Fire. Straight Fire. 1st time in, and I was amazed. The chicken was crispy, piping hot, and fresh. That texas toast was sooooo good.... flavorful, buttered and filling. The coleslaw and the fries played their role. The pricing was on point, and the atmosphere and cleanliness were spot on. Can't ask for much more in a fast food operation. 5 stars all around. Can't wait for the one in Yuba Definitely try them out.

The sauce, fries, and toast are all good, but their chicken is bland despite it being their main selling point.

Since moving away, I've realized it's not just about the burger. It's about the ritual. The laughs in the parking lot. The post-workout breakdown of life, goals, and nonsense. These little traditions hit different when you don't have them every week anymore. This stop didn't just feed me -- it soothed my soul and reminded me that no matter where life takes you, good friends are forever. We ordered the classic: Double-Double protein style with pickles (yes, just ask and they'll load them on). Fresh, hot, consistent -- every single time. That crisp lettuce wrap around that perfectly messy burger? Elite fuel. This location is always crazy. Parking is wild. The drive-thru line wraps around like it's Black Friday. But the team doesn't even blink. They move with that perfect mix of hospitality and professionalism -- focused, fast, and friendly. No panic, just execution. It's more than fast food. It's memories. It's tradition. It's post-gym earned calories with someone who matters. And every time I come back, it feels like home.

Look at my pictures! My favorite order is the Double Double Animal Style with Extra Pickles. Animal Style means grilled onions, cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. If I want to lower my carb intake, I'll request Protein Style, which replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap. I learned recently that you can ask for blend of the milkshake flavors. For example, you can request Neapolitan with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream. I enjoyed strawberry mixed with chocolate. FYI: If you order a Root Beer Float, that's the same price as a milkshake. You can order your fries to be extra crispy. Don't forget about Animal Style Fries!
