Been wanting to try Raising Cane since their collab with Post Malone. Unfortunately we don't have one near our house, so it took me a while to try them. After walking around the Fountain, my friend and I came in later in the evening and the place was popping! We later found out there was a game! We shared the three chicken finger meal--so good! Chicken wasn't greasy. The Texas toast was okay. The crinkle cut fries were good. I do like the 1/2 and 1/2 mix of sweet + unsweetened tea. Clean environment and super friendly service. 10/19/25 My oldest wanted raising canes for lunch today! It was easy enough to walk in and order his caniac combo meal which is hearty with 6 tenders, fries, and toast (slaw avail too) but we usually sub for extra canes sauce. Today's visit was descent on wait time and hot meal. When there is a long wait, it gets a bit chaotic and fries may not be as fresh and crispy/crunchy but it'll do. Ambiance was as expected of most of these faster food chains. Raising canes is usually better than most. Tables weren't clean when we sat but you can wipe down yourself. Been wanting to try them for awhile and we were shopping at Best Buy in the same parking lot decided to stop for lunch. The only thing I knew was that they sold chicken. We walk in and it is brightly decorated with a fun vibe. The line was long. They only sell chicken strips, fries, and their difference is an added small slice of Texas Toast. They are famous for having a special sauce to dip the chicken in. Its so special that you have to pay extra if you want more than the little cup they give you. Staff was friendly enough and food came out quickly. Chicken was fresh with a slight crisp, but nothing special. Fries are nothing special. I have been to 5 different raising canes and this particular location across the street from the Westfield GALLERIA is super busy. Not a lot of people use the drive thru I observed. I opened the door to get in and it was filled with families with kids. Lots of employees which is a good thing . The one minus star for this review is the ordering counter is realll really scrunched and there is no space for even 3 people to stand behind one another . The place is seriously a nightmare is you like personal your space and or are claustrophobic. Otherwise , the place is super helpful they verbally great you once you've entered. The simple menu helps with speed as does the dual drive thru lanes. The chicken is NOT Nashville style hot like Angry chicks, Dave's hot or Hot boys however. It's just regular level of it's no heat. The fries are decent string fries and the sodas are unlimited . Prices are not astronomically high either. Be prepared to be stuck and be patient because this is opposite the popular Roseville galleria mall and the traffic there gets brutal at peak times. The location is awesome read more

I love how their menu is so simple and all food items go great with the chicken. My kids described it as a healthier tasting Popeyes. Raising Canes is their new favorite! Not ideal when you're hungry and not really "fast" food The Caniac combo typically comes with 6 tenders, fries, and a side toast with coleslaw. I love the decor they had and there were a lot of seatings. The service was good and the food came fast. They have a drive thru and an outdoor seating with fans. I've been to Raising Cane's at least six times and always ask for one simple thing: extra crispy fries. Every single time, the person at the order line says "Sure" or "No problem," but the fries always come out the same--soft and undercooked. It's not just once or twice--it's every time. If Raising Cane's isn't going to offer things like extra crispy fries, fine. But don't lie to the customer and act like you're going to do it. Just be upfront and say, "Sorry, we don't do that." I'd actually respect that more than being told yes and then served the same soggy fries like clockwork. You need to move the person who is waiting up front in the 2nd lane so we can all go." The girl up front obviously was confused and tried confirming our order name, but I repeated that we had our food and needed to leave, that it had been 15 minutes of not moving. She laughed and said, "oh it sounds like someone is still waiting for theirs.. but you do have your food?" I said, "could you park them then?! Don't hold up 10+ cars for one car waiting for their order? We all ordered in the lane to-go not to eat in the line?!" Once I said something, they had the car that was "still waiting" park and moved everyone through. Others in the line thanked me on the way back to my car in the drive thru... Some will be calling corporate. You need a better manager onsite. That was terrible management and could've been handled in a different fashion. Stop people in the left lane and let those who have their food in the right lane go? Set up a designated parking spot for orders that are going to take a long time? Have an escape lane? First of all, they greet you at the door before you barely hit the entrance and the staff (esp for a "fast food" joint) are super nice, too!! I felt more like I was in a sit down restaurant where you order from a menu at your table, and they have DISCO BALLS!!! Yes, you read that correct, DISCO BALLS hanging from the ceiling!!! lol!!! Being a child of the 60's-70's, I felt at home here, lol. The restaurant overall just felt so welcoming and comfortable, and that was a big plus for me! I normally don't like to eat inside a fast food joint because they purposely design the dining area and choose paint colors, lighting, decor to get you in and out quickly, which is understandable, but it's not very comfortable and inviting as this. The food---we got the combo meal and I'll tell you what...that chicken is some of the best, juiciest, not greasy chicken I've ever had! Went to Raising Cane's This morning around 9:30. I would say they deserve 10 plus Stars. I was so suprised how there were crew cleaning all the glass, door handles, garbage cans, under tables, sweeping. Extremely clean. One of the cleanest restaurants next to Four Sisters Cafe. (They always have a very clean restaurant too) Chicken was very very fresh as well as the delicious bread. Fresh tea. All condiments fully stocked. The kitchen looked SPOTLESS as well. I was so happy when they finally opened up a location near me. My first experience was many years ago in Las Vegas. Every time after my first visit, I had to go to Raising Cane's if my travels ever brought me to Las Vegas, or any other city that had a Raising Cane's. Fast forward to this year. Wow, now there is one in my backyard. The drive-thru is busy at times, but it is well laid-out and the line moves pretty quickly. I have never eaten inside the restaurant but when I visited it, I have to say that there are a decent number of tables and seats and the place is clean and well-lit. The day before, we had gone through the drive-thru line and ordered 2 Caniac combos. Unfortunately, when we got home, we noticed that we did not get Caniac combos but got the Box combo instead. The difference is 6 chicken strips in the Caniac combo versus 4 in the smaller Box combo. My wife called and spoke with Julissa, a manager on duty. She apologized for the mistake and said to come back anytime and they will take care of the issue. She also said that she wrote notes in a book and other managers will know of the issue. We went back the next day and spoke with Julissa. She had such a nice and friendly attitude, apologized again for the mistake, and took care of us. It was a great experience. From my experience inside, I could see that all of them employees were very friendly, always smiling, and the team worked like a well-oiled machine. The dining area was full of patrons. Of course, more importantly, the food. The chicken strips were perfectly fried, the fries were a little cold, but maybe because we didn't eat them until we got home. Let me start by saying I was super excited to have Raising Canes in Roseville the first time I ever had it was in San Diego and it was delicious. I have been to the Roseville location a few times I have never ate inside it has always been drive - thru. Last night 8/19/23 after celebrating a friends birthday in downtown Rosville we decided to pick up food at Canes . It was right before closing time over the speaker a woman's voice was pretty rude to us. I don't know if it's because they were about to close but I think that is not an excuse to be rude to paying customers . We thought this was going to be a fast pick up even though we were the only car there . We waited a very long time to receive our food . When we pulled up to the window the lady gave us our food I asked for extra sauce she replied saying they are in there and closed the window just ignoring us . I love the sauce here I always get extra we got a lot of chicken as well . Getting home I checked we only got one sauce each . I would pay for extra sauce if I have to but she never gave me the chance . I'm sorry but that is poor customer service ! As much as I like the food here I think they should train people properly . I would love this location to succeed since I love the food but the way this is going with the poor customer service and the bad reviews I'm not sure..
