Disappointed this time. I ordered through DoorDash, with instructions to leave all the sauce on the side and to not add sauce on the chicken tenders (for the burger), then tipped. When we went to pick up the order, I saw that the burger had sauce, which I explicitly instructed them not to add. It was confirmed after I took a bite, buffalo sauce with ranch in the burger. A refund isn't necessary nor possible, however the order was disappointing.

Today my friend doordashed her usual Kiki's fries and we received an order that tasted like the fries and chicken was four days old with fresh sauce. We called the restaurant and the manager told us we have to go and pick up a whole other order instead of delivering fresh food again. Once we went in to pick up another order, no apology was given, and the food was made stale..... AGAIN. Will not ever go back to this location as the manager is rude, food is disgusting, and no resolve was given. Choose another location.

    Chicken and coleslaw

I came here for the second time. The first time they got my order right. I was happy. This time not so happy. I had to pay $18.00 and .50 cents for this what you see in the picture. That's it 6 drumettes and a small container of bad tasting coleslaw. And I love coleslaw. No fries and no sauces I thought I got some shoestring fries with that for $19.00. I guess not. I called them the young boy is on the spot. No manager there on a Friday night to help them. Kikis loss I'm done there and I live close. $19.00 for one meal like that no thanks. You can get two wonderful tacos at Don Qui7 otos for 8 bucks. Plus chips for free and salsa.I could have feed myself like three times, for that much. I dont even have one sauce. Now that's cheap. I will not Patronize this company even though I live so close I would've been there all the time. It's up to you food is not bad prices are awful. AND so is the coleslaw. So simple to make. How do you screw up coleslaw. But they can.

THE chicken spot around. The classic Kiki's fries with Mac added on and maybe even another tender is the go-to imo.

Q1227 easily became one of my favorite dining experiences in Sacramento…read more We started with the lobster bites and broccolini. The lobster bites came with a lemon wedge and their house Thousand Island sauce, and that sauce was incredible. The combination of the crispy lobster, lemon, and sauce worked perfectly together. The broccolini was also seasoned really well and paired nicely with the grilled lemon. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the smoothest I've had. One detail I loved was that they stamped the restaurant's logo into the ice cube. Small touch, but really cool. For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Huli Huli Chicken with a crispy rice cake, pineapple, greens, and a house sauce that completely made the dish. The sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the chicken. Me and my girlfriend also shared the mac and cheese, and honestly, this was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had. It was rich, creamy, well-seasoned, and the breadcrumbs on top added the perfect texture. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and carrot purée. The short rib was so tender it practically fell apart with a fork. Everything on the plate was delicious. One thing that surprised me was the portion sizes. Everything was very filling, and we ended up taking some food home. By the time dessert came around, we were already pretty full, but there was no way we were skipping it. To finish the night, we shared the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and strawberries. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant was busy and lively, but it never felt crowded. The tables were spaced out really well, so my girlfriend and I could still enjoy our conversation and watch the basketball game. I also appreciated seeing Chef Q and his wife walking around and checking on guests throughout the night. They stopped by tables to see how everyone was enjoying their food, which was a really nice touch. I even had the chance to take a picture with Chef Q before we left, which was super cool. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, this is easily one of the top restaurants I've been to in Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit.

It was a new place for all of them, but I've been here (and the previous location) multiple times. The food has always been good and I enjoy the creative menu. As expected, everyone enjoyed the food this night as well! I had the Beef Wellington, something I rarely see on menus... so when I DO see it, it's usually on my short list. It was excellent. The broccolini was great too (it was the veggie I chose). And... the carrot cake! Bravo! I love a great carrot cake. The unfortunate negative for us? And I hate to even mention this, but it was definitely a thing for us... the musician, whom I LOVED for his talent and music... was just too loud for us. Not sure what to suggest on that. We enjoyed the music, but we couldn't hear anything else. We couldn't hear each other... we couldn't hear the waiter more often than not... the horn (clarinet) just blasted us out. We weren't RIGHT next to him, we were a couple tables away... but the same side of the room as him. In the future, I'll try to be seated further away if I'm with a group that wants to talk. I'll be back... but maybe after I take an ASL course.

One came with the side salad and vinaigrette, while the other came with fries. We also ordered two French Dip sandwiches, which were equally delicious. The meat was incredibly moist, tender, and perfectly prepared. And the fries deserve a mention of their own--plump and crispy at the same time, exactly the way fries should be! The ambiance at Bennett's is always fantastic. It's a beautiful restaurant with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal. But what really made our visit special was our waitress, Stevie. She was simply fantastic! She checked in on us regularly, kept everything moving, and showed a great deal of patience working with this group of happy-hour seniors! We ordered the cheesesteak rolls to start, and I had to try the popular Bubble Bliss drink. When the drink arrived, the waitress made the experience even more exciting by infusing the bubble right on top of it. Shortly after, our appetizer arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rolls were, as we weren't quite sure what to expect from a cheesesteak roll. When our entrées arrived, every single one of us enjoyed what we ordered, so we decided to share with one another. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. At the end of our meal, I was offered a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to end the evening. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We had the fried calamari appetizer and it was delicious, not greasy at all and had fried green beans and onions mixed in. Wife loved her grilled salmon entree. We both enjoyed our cocktails as well. Service was fairly good overall, although it took a long time before our server came to take our order and service was just all around slow. Very friendly though. Cons: My entree was not good. Ordered the pappardelle with short rib ragu. This was NOT a ragu as it is commonly known, it was more of a cream sauce with some meat in it. The pasta was swimming in cream. And I hate cream sauce. I never would have ordered it had the menu description said it was a cream sauce. The server offered to make me another entree but I did not want to wait another 30 minutes so I choked down what I had. Value is not good. The burger is $20, for example. Prices are a bit too high for the experience you are getting. Verdict: We may be back, as 2/3 of the food was quite good, they just failed on my pasta dish. But it's pricey, so who knows. Moderate recommendation.

We tried both and they are equally good choices. There's also a wine list which also has excellent selections. Reservations are needed. Check online for the menu details. Our meal started with a watermelon salad which was quite tasty and refreshing. So nice and light for a warm summer day. Next came a corn soup that had to be the creamiest and most delicious corn soup I've ever had. YUM! The flavors melded so well together with a variety of ingredients to make it complex. The addition of peppers (I believe Pablano) really added a nice light kick. I chose the filet mignon and prawns as my entree which came with asparagus. The filet minon was exceptional. It cut like butter and flavored to perfection. The prawns, as well, were very satisfying. Dessert topped it off nicely and I had it with a cup of coffee. The coffee was high quality and brewed well. The dessert was a sliced peach with a whipped cream and nuts. Simple but very good. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
