We've had a limited experience going through the drive thru a couple of times. There are double lane entry & the workers who have taken our orders have been very friendly & helpful. We've gone when it's been fairly busy. Once the line was very slow going, the second time was a normal, expected pace. We've ordered sandwiches, nuggets, fries, & drinks. The food has been well assembled, well packed, hot & tasty. The vanilla milkshake is quite sweet. I would never bother to get an iced coffee again. Love getting a Sunjoy with unsweetened tea. I opened the chicken tenders and the amount that I got wasn't in there and they were tiny as hell, wasn't like the picture on the drive thru menu AT ALL! I rolled into Chick-fil-A about 1:30 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and was greeted quickly and efficiently. The fries were not worth the wait. There was very little potato taste and not nearly enough salt. To be fair, the texture was fine and they certainly were fresh. The original chicken sandwich was outstanding. The fillet was bigger than the bun in all directions and cooked perfectly. It tasted exactly like what I wanted when I pulled in. Overall, a good experience, but disappointed in the potatoes. Tired of this location... between wrong orders multiple times, the awful design of that parking lot/drive thru, and how they make their employees stand in the rain. If you continue to pay your employees at a higher rate there needs to be quality control. Always ask for no pickles and half the time they just keep putting em on. I use to absolutely look forward to my weekly chick fila trips but for some reason, this location has just gone so down hill. The quality of food is not what it use to be. I'm not sure if it's a location thing but it's been so disappointing. Today I tried one more time and again disappointed. They gave us all of the crumb pieces of the fries instead of actual fries. I recently ordered a snack from Chick-fil-A. Over the years, for fast food, I have always thought it was pretty good. My Door Dash order was simple. It consisted of Chick-fil_ Nuggets and Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries. The breaded bite-sized pieces of chicken were good. Seasoned and cooked in a way that met my expectations (recollections). The waffle fries were a little disappointing. While marketed as crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - they were generally a little soggy (overall). Not my favorite. I waited patiently for her return . I went here today for lunch and I have to say that the customer service and friendliness was over the top here! I do not usually go to Chick-fil-A so I am not familiar with their menu offerings. The gal at the counter asked a few questions about my food preferences and recommended the chicken wrap. She mentioned that I could get the spicy chicken in it if I liked, which I did. She was also very helpful describing the two sauces that I could choose from to go with it. She did not seem the least bit impatient with me for not knowing what to order. While I was eating, the same gal came into the dining room to wipe the tables and stopped to ask me how I was liking the wrap. A little thing, but shows good customer service. I told her that I was enjoying it very much. On my way out, I couldn't remember tipping them, so I stopped at the counter and asked a fellow there, where the tip jar was. He seemed puzzled then said, "oh, we can't accept tips, but thank you". Then he asked me if I would like a bag for my leftovers that I was holding. So thoughtful that he noticed. I didn't need a bag but thanked him and he said "my pleasure", which I noticed every one of the employees said that during their interactions with customers. These employees actually seem to like working there! It was such a pleasant and heart lifting experience! I'm looking forward to going back again. We often stop here for a quick dinner or lunch on the road trips. The staffs are really nice. I had placed a mobile order before and upon pick up realized it was the wrong order. Highly recommend ordering through the app and is so much faster than the drive thru. Be warned, the drive thru line does wrap around esp around lunch/ dinner time. Parking is limited in the lot as part of it blocked for drive they line. The pick up is at the front and there's a white tent and ask the staff if your order is ready. Staff are wearing mask. I usually get the spicy chicken deluxe and always the waffle fries. It's quick an easy meal. You get 2 sauces per item until they start charging you. FYI - you may be able to ask for a couple more sauces when you pick up. They also started selling the chick fila sauces in a 8oz squeeze bottle for $2.75. This Chick-fil-A location in particular reminds me of why I will go out of my way to get Chick-fil-A. They are consistently busy but consistently delivering phenomenal customer service. The employees are always kind, coming around the tables, asking if they can grab us refills or more sauce, and they even took our trays when we were finished with our food. Now THAT'S service.
