After years of seeing their delicious commercials I finally found one near my work and had to try it. I walked in and couldn't read the electronic menu fast enough so Paul gave me a paper menu to look at. So many wonderful items and I decided on a Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and black olive. It was going to take about 15 minutes so I went out to my car to work on some emails. I started to get out of my vehicle and here comes Paul bringing me my Pizza!! I didn't mean for him to deliver me my pizza outside, but it was such a wonderful surprise and amazing customer service! I got back to the office and the pizza was terrific! I will definitely be back to try more of their items. This pizza is also good as leftovers, some chains the leftovers don't taste good but Marco's is fabulous! Five stars all the way friendly service a few tables inside comfortable seating, came in and ordered ahead and went to the gym across the street got medium combo and chicken Fresco. First time trying or hearing about this pizza place. It was great! Ordered take out and it was ready shortly after I arrived, so hot and fresh out of the oven. We got a large pizza and cheesy bread and it was less than $25. My husband was surprised by how hot the pizza still was after driving it home. I am not the biggest pizza fan, and I loved it. The crust was great, almost buttery. It is a typical take out/delivery type place, not really meant for dining in but it was clean and inviting. We will definitely order from them again. read more

First time trying Marcos Pizza and it was a hit! Very delicious. Service was excellent, except we had a mishap with my drink. We ordered a small ultimate magnifico pizza, 10pcs buffalo wings, and a single small root beer. I said yes to a receipt. We waited inside for our pizza and overheard the lady taking our order that our drink wasn't a 2L, which she charged us for. The receipt on the pizza shows our drink crossed out. We were charged for a 2L and were given the small drink I thought I paid for. I do not appreciate the dishonesty. This situation could've been resolved with no issue. My husband had been raving about this place because he went by himself one day. I finally indulged him to try it out. We got a large specialty with deluxe on my half and meat lovers on his plus some chicken wings and took it home. Btw, You have to take it home because there is no seating. The toppings were plentiful but it also made it soggy and my biggest issue is that the sauce is very bland / sour due to it's pure tomato base. The crust is too thick with too much dough but I also prefer the super thin crust. The wings were also ordinary with no crisp. Prices are comparable to an average pizza place, $22 for a large. It was just All right. There were no mmm's coming out of my mouth. It was so unexciting that I was done after 2 pieces and I love pizza. I don't know why, but I got a pizza covered in oil and grease. It's so much that I couldn't eat my side. It was slimey. I'd suggest the business use flour or cornmeal instead of oil. It was terrible. My kid has harassed me, for the last several months, about wanting to try Marco's. I finally obliged and man oh man, I'm so glad I did. Ordering was quick and painless via their website and there are plenty of coupons to choose from. Also, there are no weird fees tacked on (which I am a total fan girl of). I walked in at the 13 minute mark when they said it would be ready and sure enough a gentleman was slicing and boxing it up! The place was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and everyone was wearing masks (if that kind of detail is important to you). They weren't skimpy on the toppings, which were fresh and perfectly baked. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT??? I am DIE HARD Marcos Pizza fan. Since discovering their always fresh yumminess back in UT 2018. But today my loyalty was put to the Test!! First of all I'm visiting from Texas, where my neighborhood Marcos is just up the street. But here apparently the closest ones to us are in Rocklin or Folsom n I'm outside the direct delivery area for both here in Citrus Hights. So Door Dash it is because I just don't like Any other pizza and I've been braggin up these guys to my family!! NOT your fault so I won't subtract a star for that. But first off I was shot down by the Rocklin location Because I used door dash (even tho I DO have the loyalty App n have had it for years!) n couldn't use my 20% off coupon!!!! (My awesome Dasher Phyo Han was kind enough to ask about my coupon even and called to tell me) 1 STAR!! Then as I'm STILL bragging about the pizza that's still Hot even; after being charged extra by Door Dash for being out of area so I almost didn't expect it to still be hot (again Awesome Dasher Phyo Han to the rescue with his pizza bag!!) and I open the box to my deluxe pizza and A. it's not even CUT and B. instead of the peppercinis that I asked for it's covered in jalapeño's and NO they are NOT the same. 1 STAR!! Now for the PRICE difference. Had I been able to use my loyalty app even WITHOUT the coupon I would have been able to get my large pepperoni for $15.99 (I paid $29) and my Deluxe using either the 20 or 25% off coupons. Marco's Pizza is only 2-3 min drive from my house and since I found out about them this is my favorite pizza restaurant. I ordered from them 5-6 times the past 6 weeks. They're very kind and pizza made promptly usually within 10 min. I have ordered pepperoni, Grilled chicken Florentine and cheesy garlic bread. Their combo pizzas are very delicious and well balanced with toppings, cheese and just the right amount of sauce. Bread is cooked to perfection and it tastes like it's homemade. There was only one mishap when they put red sauce instead of white sauce on one of my pizzas. I noticed a few other reviewers mentioned that mistake and I hope they correct that. Great pizza! We were very upset with this incredibly average Pizza. Ham tasted off and mushrooms seemed to be canned. We ordered the Works on doordash and to our suprise the restaurant charged almost TWICE the price of that in store. We paid almost $34 (plus tip, fees ect) but the restaurant left the receipt on the box stating it was less than $18. That is the most OUTRAGEOUS upcharge I have ever seen on Doordash and we order very frequently through the app. I know the restaurant sets these prices so we will never order from them again. Wow, really good pizza. We were looking for an alternative to Dominos, which had become our go-to but has recently started going downhill. Marco's has been doing some heavy advertising recently so it was on our radar. The Yelp reviews were generally good, so we decided to try them. Bonus: they have the "cup" crispy pepperoni, which I think they call "old fashioned pepperoni". The pepperoni was really good! You can tell they make their dough fresh. The flavor added to the crust was a nice touch. The kids enjoyed the cheese pizza. Reheated the following day the pizza was still really good. Service-wise, the pizza was ready when promised and someone brought it out quickly after I checked in on their website. I think we found our Dominos replacement. read more

Plus, give them a break-- they've just recently opened, and I'm sure improvements will come with time. I saw a Facebook at for a $24.99 meal deal with 2 single topping larges, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter. I called the number on the ad. The employee who answered admitted she was new and did not know about the deal. After a long wait, I was told that promo had ended and that there was a $39.99 meal deal that included the above + buffalo wings. I was getting this for starving kids so I pleaded the order. When I arrived I found out that the deal she suggested did not come with cheesy bread nor a 2 liter. The "wings" were boneless and essentially chicken nuggets. They were dry. When I asked for buffalo the guy squirted buffalo sauce in them. They were not good to say the least. Also, there was a charge for a 20 oz soda on my bill. When I asked the manager what was going on she offered me a free 20 oz soda to appease me and to get me to leave. She would not honor the deal that was described to me on the phone. The "buffalo wings" aka chicken nuggets were horrible and the pizza was the quality of Chucky Cheese. A complete rip-off at $39.99. Go to Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc before going here. At least they know what deals they are running and have marketing teams that prompt the correct ads to avoid false advertising. Oh and their pizza is better too! read more

Oh no.....Marcos. Usually a solid go to. Your salad has always been made with fresh veggies making it a good pairing with your pizza. However, tonight...the tomatoes and green peppers were a little on the 'older' side...but the worst part.....a curly, black hair was found in the salad.
