My kiddos really like Pizza Guys so we've been ordering from them for a long time. Since we moved a year ago, we've been getting it from the one in Rocklin. The last few times I've noticed the pizza is less and less with space between the slices. Now, I've seen videos of employees cutting out a sliver down the middle and I'm starting to wonder if that is happening here. I will be monitoring more closely, and might have to go to a new spot eventually. Which is sad because we really do like Pizzq Guys pizza. And as a side note, the delivery drivers are always pleasant. read more

I decided to try out this spot as Pizza Guys originated in Sacramento. The staff member who helped me was friendly and looked like he probably owned the store or knew the store owners. I had a half sausage and half mushroom pizza on the original crust. The pizza itself was good, made with simple ingredients. I probably could use a little more cheese to the edges of the pizza. I really liked that the pizza wasn't oily and greasy at all though, and made for a very satisfying meal. It's a take out only place. read more

I went to a small gathering and we ordered pizza from the Pizza Guys. The pizza was very tasty and had plenty of toppings and cooked very good. Excellent location and easy parking and the customer service was good. I actually never had their pizza before and I will be back definitely. We ordered the combo, Hawaii pizza, and pepperoni. read more

We got a few pizzas and cheesy garlic bread for a family get together. Everything was really good. Everybody enjoyed it.

I called to place an order and excited to try their garlic parmesan stuffed crust, but the employee told me they couldn't do a half-and-half pizza because their system didn't allow it. That could be true, or it could just be the employee being lazy. It was a simple one-topping half-and-half. If I could do it online, which I tried to do after to verify what the employee said why couldn't they accommodate it over the phone? Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. read more

I've been a loyal customer and after getting two pizzas for my birthday yesterday and dealing with the rude person that took the call We ended up with a mushroom pizza that looked like I had dehydrated mushrooms on it.. The 2nd pizza looked and tasted like an ad translucent salami and Canadian bacon and mushrooms on it because they were so extremely thinly sliced. I worked in a restaurant I understand food costs but this is ridiculous and very CHEAP?..The previous pizzas were pretty much the same way with the very minimal amount of mushrooms and pineapple... Thank God we have Papa Murphy's a very short distance away and Safeway next door to get any additional toppings to put on it because pizza guys is being too cheap and needs a step up their product slicing otherwise their customer base will be sliced in half!. I'll be curious to see if the manager owner responds back to this review? read more

Great pizza! Real ingredients! The bake was perfect! Yum! Will order again! Oh!!! Loving the frequent coupons. Thanks

This is my go to for pizza unfortunately the quality of service has dropped. They are messing up on pizza orders more often so please double check your pizza before you leave. Just a heads up, they will mess up your pizza and will try to correct it by giving you another pizza but make sure it's the right size pizza. I ordered a medium they screwed up the order said they were gonna let me have the wrong pizza, and make me another one and they gave me a small. They feel that it's appropriate to give you a smaller pizza after you've already paid for your original order. I was already waiting an hour, it's unacceptable and they felt that the way they corrected it appropriate. The way they should've corrected. It is give me the same size pizza with the toppings. I wanted. I may just have to look for a new pizza place. read more

This was our first time purchasing their pizzas. We went there to pick up a couple of pizzas to take over to our daughter's house for dinner. Their pizzas are very good. Yum!!! It turns out that it was all seven of us, first time trying out this pizza company. We enjoyed their pizzas. We're always receiving their coupons in the mail but never used them before now. We received a business card size coupon, "Buy one, get one free" card left at our front door. So we took advantage of that deal. We were not disappointed... My only complaint is that when you call and place your order, they automatically give you a "coupon discount". Which is fine, except our coupon was "By one, get one free". There is a sizeable different in savings (i.e. $4.50 vs $17.50 ish). They were reluctant to honor our coupon, but eventually figured it out on their computer and gave back our money. Moral of my story is to, be sure you tell them when ordering your pizza over the phone, which coupon you will be using for this purchase. Otherwise, very good pizza and they deliver too!!! read more

The place is okay. But they need to be taught basic hygiene and to not be frugal. The little old Chinese lady did not wash her hands before making our pizza and did not put gloves on either. She then proceeded to put TWO chicken pieces on our EXTRA LARGE pizza. WTH?????? read more

Always fast service when I order. Usually have it ready before the time they estimate. Friendly enough. And the pizza is BOMB. I'm picky about the amount of grease, saltiness and overpowering flavor from red sauce. This place always gets them ratios right on. YUM. Bravo. read more

My work was nice enough to order a pizza for me and my family. They ordered it at four for delivery between five and six. It arrived at 7:25. It was Friday night and everyone is understaffed so I would have let that go, but the guy didn't knock or ring the doorbell, just put the pizza on our doormat. We wouldn't have known it was there if we didn't get a phone notification from our security camera. Driver was in a really nice gray or beige car with tinted windows. Made me wonder if it was the owner. I am still giving three stars because it was a good pizza after all that read more

Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. It's 11, they close at 12 am and I asked for a delivery because I can't drive. I looked up the time on my gps and it says 10-15 minutes yet they just denied my service because my home is "too far" first of all it would take 10-15 min to bake, 15 min to drive, and that's it. Truly just laziness. I'll never be returning just based on how horrible this customer service i Update: so after being unhappy with the out of delivery range and not knowing because I was declined business, the owner personally messaged me and made sure it was his duty to make sure that I got what I wanted that night. Not a lot of people do this and I thought it was super sweet of him to give me a whole free pizza! I will definitely be returning. read more

I placed an order online and even though I live two miles away, the website would not recognize my delivery address, so I placed it for curbside pickup. I was given the option of "as soon as possible" or a "scheduled delivery time" for the pizza to be ready. I chose the 7:00 option so my daughter could pick it up on her way over from Citrus Heights. The website confirmed that my order would be ready between 7:00 and 7:05. Lo and behold, I end up getting a text at 6:50 saying that my pizza is ready and my daughter is still 10 minutes away! When she arrived, she mentioned to the staff that they should pay more attention to pickup times, as who wants a cold pizza. The staff laughed it off like it was no big deal and offered no apology. By the time the pizza got to my house it had already been sitting out for 30 minutes and I had to heat it in the oven. I could be more understanding if this was a busy night, but it was not. It was a Wednesday and they were slow. Note to staff: if someone is specifically asking for a later pickup time rather than having it made right away, it matters and a little concern / apology goes a long way. I will be sticking with the Roseville location going forward even though it's a bit further away. read more

We have been getting Pizza Guys for five or so years now. They are professional on the phone, fix mistakes quickly, Have pretty competitive prices, high quality food, and are almost always on time for delivery...even for us who are about 15 min away. Given the sheer number of pizzas and other things we've ordered, we have NEVER seen the kinds of problems the one-star reviews are giving. This tells me those issues are anomalies. PG makes great pizza - flat out. read more

I've been ordering from Pizza Guys for over 10 years. Their online specials can't be beat, they use decent quality ingredients, the crust is spot in, and service is good. I order online and they text me when it's ready (usually before the expected wait time). I love Pizza Guys! read more

This is the first time I ordered from Pizza Guys. Ordered a taco pizza. Was craving it all day. The pizza was ON TIME. (Thanks Pizza Guys!) I love that they were on time! The pizza had crispy lettuce and tomato. The Only 2 changes I would make: use taco spiced beans for sauce and crunch up Doritos or corn chips on the top (or offer it on the side for an authentic taco flavor). I used my own chips, but for anyone out there-this taco pizza ROCKS! read more

A family favorite for pizza nights! Bonus part is the free soda or ice cream with a larger order! Never disappoints.

So this was my first time at this location and the pizza was so good. Much better than the pizza guys from my town. Everything from the sauce to the crust to the toppings were so fresh. Workers were friendly and professional too. Absolutely recommend this place. read more

I placed an order online and they pushed back my delivery time from the original delivery time. If you're ordering online, I'd avoid it.

It's so close but no cigar. $20 for a medium pizza that was 1. Tasty 2. Somewhat fresh 3. Not very hot when we got home 4. The crust was not crusty, it was rubbery and limp. So for a little further drive down Pacific to the PizXpress is gonna be worth it to me. read more

We got the $20 special: two large two-topping pizzas, with choice of free two-liter soda or ice cream with pick up. The pizza was just right, not too much or too little of anything. We had tomato & olive on one pizza, and pineapple & jalapeño on the other. We were under the impression the free ice cream would be a half gallon, but my husband came out holding a tiny 14 oz. carton in his hand. We had a good laugh and enjoyed it anyway. read more

Well, it had been almost two years since I first tried Pizza Guys. I didn't like it back then, but they seem to have gotten their act together and learned how to make some great pizza and sides. Their delivery times also improved from 2 hours to 45 minutes during lunch hours. I'll definitely consider ordering again on my cheat days (which is any day) from this point on. read more

4/11/15: Pizza is cheap and good. BEWARE: The problem is, when ordering on-line and paying on-line with a credit card for pick-up.......Once you arrive to pick up your order, 90% of the time they give the total price like they want to be paid again. Once pointing out it's already been paid via credit card on-line, they always say, "oh ahhh, yea, aaaaaa, I guess so, sorry". I don't know if it's an "mistake" every time or a scam to get paid again, but once in a while with a new employee would be acceptable, but not every time with the employees that have been there for years. read more

The owner, Puneet is a stand up guy. Fast and friendly service, and a good product. The store is nice and clean. If you want to get a good pizza this is a place that I would definitely recommend. As simple as that if you want a pizza and you're in the area stop in. I think you'll like it. They also have delivery service if you live in the area just give them a call and I'll send you over a pizza. The parking is a little bit tight and they don't have a lot of parking stalls. Two of them are marked for 15 minutes only which is good if you're stopping in after calling in a pizza order. Not really set up for interior dining, it's kind of a stop get your pizza and go home sort of place. This place has 2 large capacity pizza ovens. Should not have any trouble getting a large order out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I treat my kids with a Pizza Dinner every now and then - they always love it every single time. We are a loyal customer of another Pizza House and decided to try Pizza Guys since they too deliver in our neighborhood. The ordering was easy through yelp and was given a wait time of at least 30 minutes. Not bad for a Sunday evening. After 30 minutes no Pizza came that I have to call them and the manager said they were backed up and has to wait another 30 minutes or so. It was almost 45 minutes from my call that the food was delivered but I have to call them again as the delivery crew forgot an item that I ordered as well. That is another 20 minutes in addition. I have ordered many times with the other Pizza House but they are prompt and and delivers the Pizza hot meanwhile the Pizza Guys was not only late but seem disorganized delivering items that the pizza arrived almost cold (if it came couple of minutes later then we could have eaten cold pizzas). The reason why I gave it a 3 star is because my youngest said "dad this is better than &@'$n*s" Nonetheless we enjoyed our dinner and probably will order again with the hope that they will be more organized and will deliver within the time frame they themselves decided. I can be angry when I am hungry, LOL! read more

It was an excellent experience with this guys. I got my pizza in a few minutes. I also got a great discount .

The customer service I received over the phone today was exceptional. When I was ordering online it said that my address could not be recognized but when I called the actual store the gentleman I spoke to immediately said I could order it online as a "pick up" and he would get it changed for me in the computer for delivery. He was extremely helpful accommodating and wonderful. The pizza came warm and fresh right when it was supposed to. My only recommendation would be for there to be less grease on the bottom. Other than that I had a great experience with Pizza Guys, I loved the specials online that were offered, and I will be a return customer. read more
