Picked up a pizza and politely asked for cheese and pepper. The "owner" said he would not give it to me because I ordered on door dash. Didn't offer to sell any and wouldn't even let me pay for some once I inquired. Pointed to a sign inside that said free 2 liter soda on orders over $25 ... and he said that doesn't apply to door dash. I told him I didn't ask for soda just some cheese and pepper and he still refused. Go to the pizza guys website the Ui and ordering experience is not as easy as ordering through an app. Won't be back. How much does it cost this guy to hand out cheese and pepper that are typically complimentary everywhere else?! read more

My family and I are very big fans of pizza guys. It's conveniently located in the same shopping center as Raleys supermarket off Lincoln Boulevard tonight me and my family had a craving for some pizza so we ordered a large half pepperoni half combination and they told us to be ready in about 20 minutes plus if you ask them for the deals, they will always give you a coupon to give you a better deal. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. We love coming here whenever we're craving pizza they're fast efficient and they make really good pizza. Plus they don't have pizza. They also have wings, garlic bread, salads, and much more if you have not tried them. I would highly recommend checking them out at pizza guys.com. Great food great greatest establishment. I highly recommend pizza guys in Lincoln great establishment great experience thank you pizza guys in Lincoln I will be coming back here again very soon thanks again :) read more

Pizza Guys - 14.99 each for two large two-topping pizzas - Pizza Near Me - Lincoln, California

So I have seen this pizza place randomly in Oregon! Now I am seeing it here in Lincoln as well. So.... I had to give them a fair shot! I ordered through Door Dash as it popped up to be fairly close. I ordered the all meat pizza with their garlic sauce! It was fabulous. Definitely in my top 5 for pizza places. These Guys lol didn't disappoint. The pizza was hot and full of toppings! I know we've all gotten that pizza delivered that has barely any sauce, cheese and the toppings are pretty skimpy! Not this time! I opened my box and was in ahhhh of how yummy the pizza looked! There was enough toppings on my pizza probably to make two! Now that's what I'm talking about! A place that isn't stingy on their toppings! Lol I am serious as I bite into my wonderful hot pizza. I have to grab the toppings falling off to put them back on my pizza! No complaints at all! Thank you Pizza Guys for making pizza the way it was intend to be made! The flavors were great , the dough was prefect not too thin or not to thick! Keep up the great work! I appreciate all you do! read more

Pizza Guys - What I look like after the BIG GUY. Best value in PIZZA ever ! - Pizza Near Me - Lincoln, California

Forgot toppings on my order. But that's not the reason for the one star. When I called and told them hey you messed up my pizza the response was. Okay........... Now he might just be bad at communicating with people. But it came across like so what we messed up you order. I was offered nothing not even the petty $3 in toppings they forgot. Was my go to pizza spot but I am going to have to go somewhere else from now on. read more

MEH. Let me start by saying I love pizza. I grew up eating Shakey's Pizza (when Shakey's was excellent). In my quest to find excellent pizza, I tried Pizza Guys today, and was underwhelmed. Boring, pedestrian pepperoni pizza. The crust was ok. The cheese was bland. The sauce was bland. The pepperoni was bland. And honestly, I just don't get it. Don't the owners taste their product? Won't return. Note to owner: Find the ticket around 130 or so. Medium pepperoni. Nothing else... just pizza. Delivery. Rocklin. Last name starts with S. That should be more than enough info to locate the order. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to this Pizza Guys location. I ordered 2 pizzas with coupon making one free. I called to change something but it was already in the process of being made. Told them no problem but when it arrived they added an extra pizza at no cost which was totally unnecessary but they went above and beyond. Please support this local establishment. read more

After seeing how frustrated my wife got on the phone, speaking with someone about how their online prices do not apply to phone orders and how they could not do pretty much anything for her we ordered from dominos Lincoln from right across the street. They were able to accommodate our order for a better price with a very quick turnaround time. THANK YOU PIZZA GUYS for making this possible!!! read more

Me and my family like coming here we have tried them a few times and they have very good pizza very thick frost and always a great deal very fast friendly service very clean establishment very great quality in the pizza and the products they use I highly recommend them to anybody who hasn't tried them they are definitely worth a try very good food very quick service and just thinking about it makes me want to go order pizza Very friendly staff all-around a great visit I will be back for more visits very soon read more

Mediocre pizza for the price. Nothing really wrong, but they take longer and cost more than Domino's, which has become our go to for cheap, fast pizza that delivers in Lincoln. For really flavorful pizza, pay more and do dine in at Old Town or Campbelli's. read more

We normally have no serious issues with this establishment, but today's order was sorely disappointing. We ordered the new "Cheezee Bacon Rolls" and received glorified cheese logs with a cracker crust. There was too much cheese to eat and no balance amongst the ingredients. The advertisement led us to believe they would be rolled together, as one would with a cinnamon roll style food, with a good distribution throughout the product. NOT, as we received, a glob of cheese wrapped in a thin breading. They are completely inedible. The included photo is a direct comparison between what was advertised and what was received. Update: I spoke with the owner and was very satisfied with his response. He identified the cause of the issue and offered to replace the "Cheezee Bacon Rolls". We are looking forward to trying the product at a future date. November 8, 2020 update: When done correctly, the "Cheezee Bacon Rolls" are amazing! read more

Don't call me a Jew, Mo. You don't even know what day I came in, so if I don't produce a receipt I am a liar got it who keeps a pizza receipt. The boy rang me up with no mask or gloves on and the 3 girls behind him wore their mask under their chin making pizza-Must of been you on the other side of the counter barking orders & laughing with them--you had shorts on but you didn't have a mask on. Your thin crust was still doughy everyone who ate it it said the same thing. It is what it is --Gaslight someone else. read more

Great customer service! We ordered pizza last night with a 45 min wait time. Almost an hour and a half goes by and no pizza, when we call to check on it they kept telling us he was almost there, we finally canceled the order so we could get to bed. All of the employees were very sweet and apologetic during this. Then today we get a call letting us know that the refund went through and an offer to deliver us our order tonight free of charge. We went to bed hungry and frustrated last night but this definitely makes up for it. We've always liked their pizza, but it's nice to know they also run a great business. read more

If I could give negative zero stars I would! This place is a joke pizza was cold and very late the driver forget the sodas waited around for the return of sodas and it never happened! Worked at a different Pizza Guys location for 3 years, always thought this chain has has the best ingredients. If its like my location was, they make the dough fresh. Best with pink sauce (garlic & marinara mixed together, other pizza places hate when I ask for this) and order yours baked for a little while longer if they let you. Personal sizes are perfect for one person and they get crispy without baking longer. I think some people are just complaining because of a mistake in an order or something. Yeah, I was a kid when I worked at a Pizza Guys too and we made mistakes in orders all the time. Doesn't change the fact that the pizza is delicious. Just check your order and call if there's a problem. read more
