Wanted some cheap pizza delivered to me, and this place had free delivery until Easter. Put instructions for the pizza to be left at the door (for contactless delivery)and time ring the doorbell, and the driver followed the instructions to a T. Delivery was during the predicted times. My family has been eating Little Caesar's for years... beginning with their big foot pizza.. and later just stopping by for a convenient "hot n ready" large. I've been seeing ads for their pretzel crust pizza and had to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can't choose your toppings with the pretzel crust but you can make the crust stuffed. We did that and were very happy with our choice! -1 star for the pick up. I specified sauce with both the pizza and crazy bread, and when my fiancé returned with the food the sauces were nowhere to be found. read more

We tried to order the pizza online and use the deals that Little Caesars offers, but it would not work. No option for pick up, only delivery. So we go into the store and the manager tells us "it must be something wrong with our phones because everybody else is placing the orders" and says it with a tone that was super rude and unprofessional. As we're sitting down, trying to get it to work because the manager said it's just our phones and how Everybody else's orders are working just fine. A woman walks in and states the same exact problem. so I asked the manager after she has already blamed us with her rude attitude. Did you guys just shut down the pick up option of pickup? and she says well maybe my husband did because we just got a really big order.. Blaming us, wouldn't honor the online prices and had serious attitude.. We left. I would have been fine had she just been honest, didn't say "it's your phone, everyone else is able to order online. Only to admit after someone else came in complaining about the same issue, did she admit her husband must have turned it off. " I have been going to this location since 2004. You get what you pay for, both in terms of quality and service. Usually their pizza is good, but lately it's been undercooked. Raw doughy pizza is not enjoyable to say the least. Their customer service is the reason for the 1 star. Rude, inattentive staff to include those who appear to be in charge. COVID-19 A+ in my opinion. I haven't had Little Caesars in years, but when I heard they had contactless pick up I thought I would give it a try. 1) ordering through the app was super easy and efficient 2) I was emailed a QR code to scan for my pickup. 3) before you go into the store there are signs all over the exterior stating that masks were required. All employees I saw were wearing masks. No other customers in the lobby for the 10 seconds I was there to see if they actually enforce, but signage would suggest that they did. 4) walk in, scan QR code, small door opens with my order. I am only able to access my order, no others. I grab my pizza and walk out. Saying goodbye and thanks to the employees. I don't know how long they've had this system in place, but I hope others can adopt a similar model ASAP. As for the food, definitely better than I had remembered. read more

To be honest, I don't feel proud going to this place, but when the kids want pizza NOW we occasionally end up hastily visiting Caesar to pick up a "Hot and Ready". Unfortunately this location didn't get the memo, so we had to wait for a pizza. In addition to the hot and ready thing, I also thought LC was known for their $5 pizzas. We've picked up pizza from this location several times. It is convenient and the pizza is just okay... my kids like it, I'm not a fan. Service at the register is usually decent. However, the other night I went in, ordered and waited inside (which I don't usually do). While waiting, I watched the two ladies in the kitchen preparing multiple orders... NO GLOVES! And they were touching everything! All sorts of toppings for obviously different orders, the equipment... the order screen... they were coming in and out of the front, then going back to make more pizza with their bare hands. At other places, I have payed more for a single slice of pizza. A large pepperoni for $5 is an incredible deal. I like the 3 meat treat for $8. This place doesn't skimp on toppings either. Although the pizza is very inexpensive, it tastes just as good to me as any other pizza place so why pay two to three times as much somewhere else.
