This papa Murphya location is amazing. the employees are very well trained and do a great job recieving order and processing orders. All employees are very kind and easy going, they make my experience great. I absolutely love the mix and match deal online it has been very convenient for me and my family having a disabled child has made lunch and dinner a lot easier. especially since our daughter's favorite food is pizza. Ordering a pizza for my son and I. Family size, 1 topping. He just likes cheese. So, I ask the manager, Alden (who had his name scratched out on his name tag), if I can have his topping on my side. He says yes. I pulled my card out to pay. Proceeds to ring me up and try's to charge me $2 for an extra topping. I didn't order an extra topping, I just wanted all the topping I paid for on one side. That was when this guy started having a super condescending tone and says that once he enters it into the computer, he can't change it. He says he can give it to me on the side. So I cancel the order, ask for the other portion of the topping on the side. He again tries to charge me $2 saying "We'll, we can't just give away things for free!" More exchanges followed as I tried to get him to follow the simple logic. He continued with his smart talk and condescending answers. I paid for a one topping pizza. The amount of topping should be the same and it should be distributed however the customer seems fit. He said he's the manager for the whole store so I asked for the corporate number. He refused, saying it was a franchise. So I asked for the proprietor's number. He refused. So I asked for the proprietor's name and received "John". When I asked for his last name, he said "I don't know". You don't know who you work for? Horrible customer service; I can see why this location has 3.5 stars. All of this over a hlaf of a handfull of black olives. I would like a response from the actual owner of this franchise. Horrible customer service. Was it because I was paying with an EBT card? So, the manager is prejudiced against poor people buying a pizza as a treat for him and his son? The other staff was very nice and polite. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Artichoke and pepperoni both Delite Crust. Upon opening the pizza from the wrap a strong Sour Odor came from the pizzas. I baked the pizza anyway , since it was our family's dinner. And the end result was truly disappointing. This is not the first time. I've been baking Papa Murphy's pizza for over 10 years now so baking their pizzas is something that I know somethin' about. Had my wife re read the baking instructions just in case they updated their baking instructions maybe for the delite pizzas, but we cooked it correctly . I presume the dough was bad and the pizza was pre made and left out all day - non refrigerated with perishable toppings on the pizza. Don't go here. read more

Amina and josh, in particular have been very kind. We have small children and it's a pain for my wife to get the kids out to pick up the pizza. It's a small gesture, but very thoughtful. Chicken and veggie selections from the Thin Crust DeLite menu are our favorite. Tried the Chicago style-stuffed awhile back, its all crust/bread, not much else. I would say, don't bother. Went in to pick up an order that I placed on the phone. I was told over the phone that my total was $18 for my order which was fine. It was confirmed by different associates. I called once after the initial call to confirm my order since it was going to be a pick up. When I arrived I was charged $4 more. I asked why since it was the employees there who gave me my price. I was given some bs which made no sense at all to me. Of course I paid but wasn't happy with the lack of training for the employees here. Management needs to teach these kids to honor order prices over the phone and not try to extort customers once they stop in. Next time, I go to foothills. read more

Chelsie was AMAZING. She provided outstanding customer service. She actually was so kind to ask if I wanted bacon on one side of the pizza that had no meat product on it. I forgot to request that! It's so frustrating when I do go to places, they ALWAYS seem to get my order wrong. But Chelsie actually helped me when I had my own order wrong. She used common sense and took the time to ask me if I wanted that. That's what I call outstanding service. If she were my employee she would be in consideration for a promotion.
