Placed an order in person at 4:52 PM on 3-14-26. The order was for half and half so a bit out of the ordinary I suppose. Had to repeat the order 3 times and then when I got home it was regular crust instead of thin. Tough day for the crew behind the counter. read more

They are pretty good and perhaps a little better than other papa Murphys I've been to. They were quick to make my pizza and everything was put on neatly and evenly. The person who worked there was also nice and helpful. The place appeared clean and stocked as needed. Nothing was out. It seems like a good Papa Murphys location. read more

This papa Murphya location is amazing. the employees are very well trained and do a great job recieving order and processing orders. All employees are very kind and easy going, they make my experience great. I absolutely love the mix and match deal online it has been very convenient for me and my family having a disabled child has made lunch and dinner a lot easier. especially since our daughter's favorite food is pizza. The ambiance of this location is very peaceful and stress free. I have lived in Roseville for the last two years and will continue coming to this location . Thanks again read more

I payed 24.00 bucks for a pizza that sucked thanks papa Murphy's on Douglas in Roseville you lost my business read more

Just want to say the young man at the register was amazing! I believe his name was Connor, he was apologizing to people while the manager was giving snarky comments to him. He was great with customers and remained calm when people were extremely rude. This young man is the definition of customer service!!! Will continue to come to this location because of him. Great job Connor. read more

It still very doughy. I called the local store and they put my name down to get another pizza. I don't see myself going back to this papa Murphy's. I would like a refund of my salad and thin crust pizza read more

Ordering a pizza for my son and I. Family size, 1 topping. He just likes cheese. So, I ask the manager, Alden (who had his name scratched out on his name tag), if I can have his topping on my side. He says yes. I pulled my card out to pay. Proceeds to ring me up and try's to charge me $2 for an extra topping. I didn't order an extra topping, I just wanted all the topping I paid for on one side. That was when this guy started having a super condescending tone and says that once he enters it into the computer, he can't change it. He says he can give it to me on the side. So I cancel the order, ask for the other portion of the topping on the side. He again tries to charge me $2 saying "We'll, we can't just give away things for free!" More exchanges followed as I tried to get him to follow the simple logic. He continued with his smart talk and condescending answers. I paid for a one topping pizza. The amount of topping should be the same and it should be distributed however the customer seems fit. He said he's the manager for the whole store so I asked for the corporate number. He refused, saying it was a franchise. So I asked for the proprietor's number. He refused. So I asked for the proprietor's name and received "John". When I asked for his last name, he said "I don't know". You don't know who you work for? Horrible customer service; I can see why this location has 3.5 stars. All of this over a hlaf of a handfull of black olives. I would like a response from the actual owner of this franchise. Horrible customer service. Was it because I was paying with an EBT card? So, the manager is prejudiced against poor people buying a pizza as a treat for him and his son? The other staff was very nice and polite. This guy needs to be let go and another employee with more common sense promoted. read more

Love their stuffed pizza!! It's our favourite now!! It's got tons of filling throughout. Lots of flavour has pepperoni and their meat balls which have a wonderful flavour!! read more

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Artichoke and pepperoni both Delite Crust. Upon opening the pizza from the wrap a strong Sour Odor came from the pizzas. I baked the pizza anyway , since it was our family's dinner. And the end result was truly disappointing. This is not the first time. I've been baking Papa Murphy's pizza for over 10 years now so baking their pizzas is something that I know somethin' about. Had my wife re read the baking instructions just in case they updated their baking instructions maybe for the delite pizzas, but we cooked it correctly . I presume the dough was bad and the pizza was pre made and left out all day - non refrigerated with perishable toppings on the pizza. Don't go here. read more

This review is overdo. We picked up a pizza on Superbowl Sunday and it was delicious!!! Good service too! The prices have gone up since the last time I ordered here but so has everything else. Just place another order , hopefully it will be good too. read more

This review is strictly about "hand washing" - The cashier, James, took our order, rang it up and handled money - then proceeded to grab gloves and put them on.. I asked him to please wash his hand first; his response "My manager doesn't require that, but I'll do it for you" The register itself is dirty, money is dirty and then to grab gloves with your dirty hands/fingers and proceed to put them on (now the gloves are dirty) is defeating the purpose of gloves! Please wash your hands! read more

This location consistently gets our order wrong. Pan pizza, half Hawaiian - half pepperoni and olive- with light red sauce (as in just a little sauce). We got all the way home to realize that we didn't get the olives that can be seen on our receipt, which also says "less sauce" in TWO places, yet the pizza has a lot of thick saucy spots.. Heartburn for me tonight... Thanks. My fault for not checking before we drove home. read more

My family has been going to this location every Friday for several months for their $5.99 Friday special. Their pizzas are well priced, consistent and delicious. Amina and josh, in particular have been very kind. We have small children and it's a pain for my wife to get the kids out to pick up the pizza. It's a small gesture, but very thoughtful. They meet my wife out front and have been bringing the pizzas out to the car for her. It's nice for me to come home and hear stories of strangers going the extra mile to help my family out. Much appreciated . read more

Loved ordering online and having my pizza ready to just grab off the tray. Simple, fast, affordable, and always yummy!

Really great and speedy service! Like insanely fast- walked in, ordered, and out with my pizza in under 5 minutes. Super friendly staff! My herb chicken was a little light on the chicken but we will ask for extra chicken next time! read more

This location opened a few months ago. I don't think its been discovered by many as it is not too busy on my visits during the dinner hour. You get to see the pizza being made and the person making it which is always reassuring nowdays. Pizza is OK, nothing to get excited about, but a nice variety, slightly better than frozen and you know things are fresh! Chicken and veggie selections from the Thin Crust DeLite menu are our favorite. Tried the Chicago style-stuffed awhile back, its all crust/bread, not much else. I would say, don't bother. If your are in need of a quick meal or and don't want to spend much time cooking, its better than a non-decomposing fast food burger I spose, as long as you have access to cayenne pepper and garlic salt to dust your slices. Coupons along with their specials and new items always make for a good deal. Good location, easy in and out from Rocky Ridge and/or Douglas Blvd. @ the corner in front of Target. read more

3.5 stars but nice new location and very friendly young staff so bumped them up. Food: Better then the cheap $5 pre-made pizzas from Little Caesar's or anything you can buy in the frozen aisle at the grocery store. Not quite at the level of some of the premium pizza places, but better then average. Ambiance: Bright new store with a convenient location and plenty of parking. Service: Probably the best part, young, helpful, friendly and everything run very efficiently. Price: $5-$20 depending on the toppings and size. Overall: If you want to do a freshly made pizza or need a quick dinner, it's worth stopping by. read more

Went in to pick up an order that I placed on the phone. I was told over the phone that my total was $18 for my order which was fine. It was confirmed by different associates. I called once after the initial call to confirm my order since it was going to be a pick up. When I arrived I was charged $4 more. I asked why since it was the employees there who gave me my price. I was given some bs which made no sense at all to me. Of course I paid but wasn't happy with the lack of training for the employees here. Management needs to teach these kids to honor order prices over the phone and not try to extort customers once they stop in. Next time, I go to foothills. read more

Great Pizza .. Only concern is The last two salads haven't been as fresh as I would of liked (brown lettuces edges). I even asked if when they were made and if they fresh??? Lesson learned, I think I should never buy a salad at a pizza place. We ordered one large gourmet veggie and one large cheese pizza from this place. After we cooked them following the instructions, and as we started eating the pizza fell apart, the veggies were very watery . We tried recooking it didn't help. The cheese pizza was nothing special.
