Five Stars I had an outstanding experience at Carl's Jr., and a big reason for that was the manager, Jerry. He is a true leader--humble, hardworking, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. During my visit, the restaurant was clearly short-staffed, but Jerry was everywhere at once, checking on guests, helping his team, and making sure everyone was taken care of. What impressed me most was how engaged he was with both customers and employees. You can tell his crew respects him and enjoys working with him, which speaks volumes about his leadership. On top of the excellent service, the food was cooked to perfection, and every modification I requested was honored exactly as ordered. Even with the challenges of being short-staffed, the team delivered a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend visiting this Carl's Jr. and supporting Jerry and his great team.
