But today we decided to actually eat here, on the outside patio/seating. Today we got 3 cheeseburgers, all with different styles of onions. Two grilled onions and my usual raw onion. And we ALL shared one order of fries. Again, we are trying (but failing) to eat healthier. Decent quantities, thank you. All of which were good. On this visit, my bread was "normal." Not rock hard like on my first visit in 2023. Atmosphere - Two entrances. We chose to come in from the back part of the lot today. Drive thur available, but then how will I take my Yelp pictures? LOL. A long narrow parking lot, another reason to come in from the back to avoid poor drivers. It is best to park further from the entrances, as it can get congested with the parking and the drive thru exit. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service - The cashier was so friendly, but today it was VERY loud so I could not hear her talk?!?! There were 3 registers going, and because we were ALL next to each other, everyone was trying to talk over each other and was almost yelling?!?! As for speed of service, it was slightly quicker than a "normal" In N Out. But we know and do not mind that we have to wait as food is made to order. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Price - $17, inexpensive and of great value. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 424+ locations in 10 states and still keeping it within the family!! Their burgers are the freshest and at this price point, nothing comes close! I would venture to say that some restaurants can't beat their burgers! Their burgers use fresh ground beef, all the veggies are super fresh. I usually get the hamburger (no cheese because this girl has to watch her figure), with regular onions and peppers. I like their regular fries! My family likes fries animal style. The line can be looong but they do the best they can, always with a smile! Their decor is retro fast good aesthetic with lots of red and white gingham print. Every restaurant has a similar vibe, down to the palm trees out front!

The drink machine is self-serve and this outfit has their own regular and low cal pink lemonade, which I tried and is good.

We had a great time laughing, talking, and even chatting with other customers who shared our love for Burger & Cream. That made the experience even more enjoyable! Of course, you can't come to Burger & Cream without checking out the desserts. We chose a chocolate cookie dessert made with chocolate ice cream, took it back to my place, and shared it there. The menu has plenty of good options, there's outdoor seating, and the staff is genuinely working hard. But honestly, I'd rather see people working hard and trying to take care of everyone than standing around looking bored. Parking can be a bit challenging, too. Consider it part of the dining experience--your appetizer is finding a parking space. So why only four stars? The wait. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. It wasn't terrible, but when you're hungry enough to start considering whether ketchup packets are technically a meal, 20 minutes feels like a lifetime. That said, the food was really good, the staff was friendly, and there's a genuine sense that people are working hard to make this place successful. Bottom line: Great burgers, excellent milkshakes, a solid menu, friendly people, and a little nostalgia thrown in for free. I'd absolutely recommend giving this place a try. Just remember: bring your appetite, a little patience, and maybe say your order twice. Four stars--and I'll definitely be back.

I try to keep every review as close to reality as possible, and unfortunately, this McDonald's shows a lot to report. The lack of cleanliness, food-safety awareness, and basic customer service is extremely concerning. I've seen employees handle money and then touch food without properly cleaning their hands. I've seen employees preparing food while touching their faces, scratching themselves, or repeatedly wiping their noses. The restaurant feels completely disorganized. Orders are frequently wrong, the food can be cold or soggy, and the wait times can be extremely long. You can give your order as clearly as possible and still receive something completely different. Basic hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, customer service, and simple etiquette should be standard in any restaurant. Unfortunately, those basics seem to be missing here. I'm not writing this review to exaggerate anything. I'm simply reporting what this restaurant has shown me. And based on what I've personally experienced, getting an order right, served hot, and prepared with proper hygiene seems to be a rare occurrence here.

You can just tell that either they have so much business they don't care much about service or they're just not quite sure how to dial everything in to balance the front of house and kitchen delivery. If I have any specific suggestions to offer: tell your customers upfront about your kitchen wait times. Nobody wants to wait an hour for breakfast food. Make sure to follow up with your customers and ask them if they want anything else to drink besides water it seems like a really easy way to make extra money.

1 star I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-through to pick it up. The order wasn't completely ready yet, and there was only one car in the drive-through line. The older woman in the red shirt who I'm assuming was the manager was extremely rude about the situation. She refused to serve me through the drive-through and told me I had to come inside to get my food because I was supposedly going to hold up the line. The problem with that excuse? There were no other cars waiting behind me. I went inside, and she was dismissive about the whole situation rather than acknowledging how unnecessary it was. What makes it even more ridiculous is that my food was ready before the other car that had already been ahead of me in line. I understand that mobile orders aren't always ready immediately. That's not the issue. The issue is how I was treated and how unnecessarily difficult the employee made a simple pickup. There was no line being held up, yet I was treated like an inconvenience and sent inside anyway. Very poor customer service. I won't be rushing back. read more

I've been to hundreds of Weinerschitzels, by far my favorite fast food joint. Let me tell you this is by far the cleanliest, most attentive and best quality food of any of their establishments. I have never had service quite like here. They waited on me hand and foot and checked on how I was enjoying my food. Each and every employee. Thanks for the experience. I don't care how good the food is when an employeer routinly abuses and cheats their hard working employees I feel an obligation to those workers not to reward managment by giving them my business . I'm 61 years old and I can tell you from experiance that an employeer who does not value ther employees will not value thier custumers. This is so sad and I hope that they change the they treat people. read more

My son (who isn't celiac) ate the other half of my sandwich the next day and was fine. Never again will I trust them. I was sick for several days and took over a week to get my energy back. Do better! Being celiac is a serious autoimmune health condition. It can lead to serious health issues if we eat gluten!

Because of previous issues, my family and I usually drive all the way down to the Roseville Denny's instead. It's always consistent, the service is decent, and the food is done right. I don't understand how the Auburn/Newcastle location can't get it together, especially considering how great the location is and how easy it is to access. The fact that we're willing to drive an extra 25 minutes just to avoid this place says everything. I gave it one last shot tonight..never again. That was the nail in the coffin.
