Oh I really don't like this location. When I have come here vs the location in Roseville, my food at the Auburn Weinersnitzel location has never been hot. It's always just warm. Well, I just found out why. I treat myself to a corndog every once in a while and I like the way Weinersnitzel does them because they have a crispy exterior compared to Sonic's soft exterior corndogs. So just the other day, I decided to go through the drive thru and order 2 corn dogs. I was barely in the drive through 2 minutes by the time I paid and they handed me my bag. FYI- these take at least 7 minutes to cook. As I left the parking lot with the fair food and pulled it out to take a bite, it was just warm. It was really gross. I can tell you a freshly cooked corndog given to me from the Roseville location was still piping hot even 10 minutes after receiving it(I know this because I got held up on a phone call just as I was about to eat and it took more than 10 minutes.) So I drove back through the drive thru since there was no line and requested a fresh & hot corndog. When I get to to the window, they were handing me a bag, again, right away. I asked if they were fresh corn dogs and the woman told me, YES... I didn't even leave the parking lot, but would they really lie about fresh food? YES I took one bite and there was so much grease soaked into the corndog bread... this only means they took one that was already cooked and dropped it in the fryer again. You could say I was a little upset. So I walked inside and being that it had been close to my time of surgery, walking inside was quite difficult for me. Waited patiently to tell the woman that handed me the bag, that I requested a FRESH corndog. She told me they were freshly "MADE BEFORE I GOT THERE." With how much they were cooled off, it had to of been at least 20+ minutes prior. So I told her I don't mind waiting for FRESH corndogs as requested and I know they take 7 minutes to cook. She finally dropped 2 fresh corndogs. All I want is fresh food, not food that was made 20 minutes prior. Is that so hard to ask for, ESPECIALLY when it was not busy? (Angry-cursing emoji) read more

Service was good - not too crowded when I went in, so received my food relatively quickly. Chili dog was great - burger was so-so. Drinks are behind the counter - their self-serve machine is still closed down. This is a very old school Wienerschnitzel, so it still has the ambiance of a 70's joint. Impeccable cleanliness and quality! Bathrooms smell clean and are clearly maintained throughout the day and the lobby was spotless. The owner/manager clearly take pride in their work and it shows. Went for a late night Christmas snack and they saw us pull into the drive through and stayed open for us! I decided to come here after work since I had a craving for chili cheese fries and wiener works closes early. I have never been to this location, but I am a huge fan of Wienerschnitzel's chili cheese fries. It's one of my absolute favorite items that they have on the menu something about their chili just has a great taste. It's just something that I crave once in a while and since they don't have any Wienerschnitzel's close by me, I decided why not Give myself a little treat and get some large chili cheese fries. I came to this establishment tonight and went in the drive-through and only had to wait a few minutes to have my order taken and I was promptly assisted at the cash register. The gentleman working was very friendly very nice. I had a coupon on my phone and he took the coupon number down so I would get my one dollar off the chili cheese fries Which I appreciate saving money anywhere I can since I'm on a budget a dollar is a Dollar lol and so the gentleman took off a dollar and after I had to get my car he was very polite very friendly asked me would you like any ketchup or mustard tonight and my first thought was like for chili cheese fries, but I just told him no thank you and I had to wait maybe five minutes for everything total to be done and I got my food right away and it was very fast speedy efficient service. This is one of the larger Wienerschnitzel's that I have ever been to. I was very impressed with how fast my order was taken placed and how fast I receive my food to me this establishment should be getting 10 stars because it was definitely worth the wait it was definitely worth the extra drive tonight because I know that as soon as I get home, I'm going to indulge in to some deliciousness I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for chili cheese, fries, corndog and much more. Their chili is one of my absolute favorites, and I also love the corn dogs in the texture. Everything about them is delicious. Ok, so you know prior to coming here that it is not the healthiest food on the planet. But, it is good! I've been trying to eat healthier for a few weeks now and today I had a craving and decided to throw the diet into the trash and splurge! Off to Wienerschnitzel I went for a Chocolate Nutter Butter Shake. It was so good. Perhaps too good about three quarters of the way into the shake I started to get a sugar rush and the crashed and got really tired. Regardless it was worth it! Hadn't been to a Weinerschnitzel in probably 15 years. How crazy, right? We decided to live like kids one day and were sitting in the drive through giddy about the menu. We were going to eat like kids again, somehow. Ordered a beef tamale, and one of this packs with chili dogs, corn dogs, and chili cheese fries. Super fast drive through and very friendly service. We watched as she made all of the orders with her bare hands. But what was truly disturbing is that the problem isn't confined to just this location but all the way to corporate. I was actually told once by the cook whom I know quite well that the pastrami contained very little to no actual meat in fact Pam the cook said that according to the box the product came in the main ingredient was soy! . I tend to believe her because if you listen do the commercials they claimed that thier "pastrami is all pastrami" unlike other restaurants who state up front they serve "all beef" pastrami . And unlike other restaurants who make full disclosure of their pastrami's ingredients I searched the wienerschnitzel website and I could not find a list of ingredients for the wienerschnitzel pastrami.
