I hate leaving bad reviews. I will never again trust your restaurant! If you need gluten free and are celiac don't trust them! I ordered a sandwich on their app with 3 other sandwiches for family members. I ordered their gluten free bread and wrote in the notes on this sandwich it was for an allergy/celiac. I only ate 1/2 of the sandwich. I was so sick by the evening and couldn't even eat dinner. It obviously was cross contaminated. My son (who isn't celiac) ate the other half of my sandwich the next day and was fine. Never again will I trust them. I was sick for several days and took over a week to get my energy back. Do better! Being celiac is a serious autoimmune health condition. It can lead to serious health issues if we eat gluten! read more

Jersey Mike's is always top quality when it comes to fast food sub sandwiches. I got the #17 Philly Cheesesteak, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. This definitely fills need when I am craving a cheesesteak. This location is Auburn CA is very clean and the team looked well organized. The customer service was very good. read more

This location is always so friendly. It's always clean no matter how busy they are. Today I placed an online order, however I noticed after the transaction was completed it was to another store! And to add insult to injury- I used my birthday shore points for the order. They couldn't just refund me or transfer the order over. But this store is so awesome they went ahead and made my sandwich anyways. I have zero money until tomorrow and had no other way to get lunch today. Of course they didn't know that. Okay, I'm in. Did not like my initial experience at this chain many years ago and just haven't been back. Today, I was near by and a sandwich sounded just right. So glad I came here. Roast beef and provolone cheese (#6) on wheat, regular size. Perfect. When they sliced the meat and cheese right there for my sandwich, I was thrilled. And yes, it was a fresh and tasty sandwich. Large parking lot so you will get to quickly park and get to ordering your sandwich. There is some indoor seating and the interior is nicely decorated and clean. There is no store outside seating but there is a Starbucks next door with some. One a buys highway but easy to get in/out of this location. Highly recommend this location and the food. read more

We went to this location on a Sunday. The place was packed, but as always the staff and the food was amazing. I have to mention though that we had messed up our order and they did everything they could to make it right. They had a great attitude. It made our absolute day that our autistic daughter could thoroughly enjoy her meal. This location always has delightful people and delicious sandwiches. read more

I'm so glad we have Jersey Mike's in Auburn. Yes, it's a chain. But they're just so consistent. The store is always clean and they do a nice job hiring workers who actually seem to enjoy communicating with people. I love the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak (try it in a tub!!!) and also their #9 Club Supreme. If you want to splurge on calories, get #17 Mike's Philly (no grilled peppers/onion for me) with bacon, chipotle sauce, lettuce, tomato, white raw onion and pepper. One thing to remember, they can get a little heavy handed with the oil/vinegar and it can soak through the bread. Get it in the side if you get to-go orders :) read more

I'm surprised that their rating is only 3 1/2 stars! We love Jersey Mike's! To have everything sliced fresh right in front of you is amazing. You never have to worry about deli meats swimming in juices, sitting in a tub for hours. My husband and I drop in from time to time for lunch and are never disappointed. We also had them cater an event at our home, and they did a great job. We even had some vegetarian and gluten free guests, and it was no problem to accommodate them. People comment that they're too expensive; that's not the case. Go to Subway and get more bread than meat, that "might" be cheaper but usually not. We moved to Auburn from SoCal 4 years ago; we also travel frequently in our motor home. We've been to Jersey Mike's all over the country, and are never disappointed. I went to a BBQ, Brew fest back around labor day in Auburn and was handed a free sub ticket from this location. NEVER been to a Jersey Mike's so I finally tried it out. I mean it is free right?! Lol. Walked in on a Sunday and first impression was this place was VERY clean. Also the service was also VERY friendly. They explained the hot and cold sandwich differences. I ended up getting the hot chipotle chicken sandwich on the rosemary bread. I like how they cook it right there with the chicken, onions and bell peppers. Sandwich came out hot and fresh. Little too hot because I burned my mouth pretty good but that is my bad because I was so hungry I just dove in. Sandwich was a little sloppy BUT quite tasty. Will totally be back. Me and my family had never been to Jersey Mike's so we gave it a shot, and we did not regret it! First Impressions: Right off the bat we were all impressed that they cut the meat and cheese right in front of you fresh for your sandwich. We were also impressed by how nice and clean-cut the staff was. Since this is a new location everything is really clean, and they have a cool soda machine. Food: We decided to split a "giant" club sub, and let me tell you this baby could easily feed 4 people! We got it "Mike's Way" which was good, but FYI it doesn't include mustard. My wife and I split an Italian mini (yup! It's just enough for the two of us). No one else in the shop, so service was blazing fast. Chatted a bit with the two employees; they were very friendly. I placed a large order today for a lunch meeting and everyone in the sandwich shop worked efficiently and accustom make the sandwiches perfectly. They were friendly and even helped me enroll in the pints program. I was also offered assistance to carry my large order out to my car. I will definitely be coming back here for future ordered and recommend this particular location to anyone catering large lunch meetings. read more
