The Fat Lou, toppings were really good, sauce and cheese were fine. Here is the problem. The sourdough crust was below average. It lacked flavor, it was lacking moisture and was EXTREMELY dry. It just made the pizza an average pizza. I've tried hundreds of pizzas, and the wood fired pizzas always are the best. These pizzas are not wood fired. And the crust in these pizzas really brought down the overall experience for me.

What I got looked like somebody just slapped dough together, smeared the bare minimum of sauce on it, threw on a couple scraps of onion, and called it a pizza. Well, after personally working here for two years, I can tell you that most of the ingredients are not canned! they are delivered and cut up fresh everyday (mushrooms, red onions/green onions, tomatoes, bell peppers). sure a few things are.. but do you really expect fresh pineapple? I was shocked to see such poor reviews ... the pizzas are stacked and much more reasonable then comparable chains.. monday/tuesday specials are great, buy one large/medium and get the other 50% off The location is its downfall but a nice quiet corner of the shopping center once you know its there. read more

Often come here for lunch buffet which is always good. Nice to have a salad bar to go with the pizza and price includes a drink. We have been going here so long, as soon as we walk in they make the thin crust pizza we love. Service is always good and staff are always extremely friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant for their great pizza and service. read more

WARNING: Do not use their online ordering. I placed an order at 2:00 and it said it would arrive via delivery by 2:45. I called at 3:00 to check the status and they said "It was never processed because we got too busy" they said they would make the pizza and could bring it in 25-35 minutes or I can come get it.
