One day while decompressing from one of my super stressful workdays; I happened upon a very strange…read moreand unusual occurrence here at Wingstop. I had auto-piloted my way to the register and ordered my food. Disappointed that I was limited in my choice of flavors, I relented to... whatever two I said; sat down and waited. Then a moment of clarity hit. I didn't want lemon-pepper and buffalo!!! No, wait. I completely forgot my love for Garlic-Parmesan. Expecting to be accosted for my indecisiveness... I was instead greeted with a smile (yes, folks! A freaking SMILE); and told. "Of course I can do that for you. No problem." He says... Okay, there is so much more to the story, like taking ownership, offering unexpected customer service, etc. My point is that if you need to believe in good customer service, come to THIS Wingstop. Eddie has amazing mannerisms he will blow your mind. Eddie, excellence in customer service is rare these days. Anytime I can acknowledge I saw a unicorn, I will. You are a rare creature. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to redirect and decompress. The environment you created for me (at a Wingstop no-less) helped me get through my remaining workday.

On August 27, 2025, I placed a pickup order for 20 wings at around 7:30 PM. When I arrived home (20…read moreminutes away), I discovered that my order only contained 15 wings instead of 20. I immediately called to notify the restaurant, but I was told the only way to receive a refund was to drive back that evening. At that time, it was already 8 PM, my kids were very hungry after a long day of school and practice, and it was not feasible for me to return. I politely explained this and requested a refund for the missing items, but the staff refused. They also declined to provide their names or connect me with the manager, which felt very unprofessional. My family and I are frequent Wingstop customers--my husband and son especially enjoy it--but this experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect and delayed, but the lack of understanding and refusal to provide a simple refund for the missing items was frustrating and discouraging.

I was excited they had a small "taco Tuesday " menu! It was also great to see a small plates section on the menu for variety of lighter options without sacrificing fun food. So many options but I went with the lettuce cups and blue cheese burger which I shared. Kids both got their nuggets served in a frisbee plate which was adorable! All of the staff was very attentive and kind. I noticed nowadays that any store or restaurant I go into seems to be wildly understaffed.- that was not the case! I also love that there's kind of this open kitchen in the back so you see a little bit of the kitchen where the chefs are cooking! I got to wave to them on my way to the bathroom Would definitely go back to try some of their other items. The burger was delicious not very heavy on the blue cheese, and the caramelized onions were stellar. Lettuce cups were 10 out of 10 and I love that they suggested jalapeños on the side, which were perfect.

The bone-in wings were a great deal and huge, however, I felt like the wing was mostly batter rather than chicken. That was pretty much the only downside. The burgers are 1/2 lb each and are hefty, filling, and come with a nice portion of crispy, salty fries. They were an excellent choice! We also got the sampler platter which had a nice variety. Nothing was overly greasy and the tenders had a good chicken to batter ratio. Inside is spacious with lots of seating. It gives the vibes of an after work hangout spot. Seating is at tables & booths. There are big windows that open garage door-style that let in a lot of light. Multiple TVs played sports. You could easily have very large groups here. We ordered from their lunch specials menu to get slice & drink combos. We got 3 slices of Pepperoni & 1 Caboose. We got an apple juice for the kiddo's drink, which came in a lidded cup. The food was good--crust was soft, the sauce mild & tasty, toppings were flavorful. However, the pepperoni count was drastically inconsistent with one slice having more than double the amount of another. Our server was pleasant, answered our questions, left us with ample napkins, & checked in on us. It all made for an easy, quick, & satisfying meal that was comfortable. We enjoyed our experience here.

It was easy to spot from the road and it was an up front parking kinda day! As we walked in, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pink bosom tree. It so spacious and clean in here. There are tables with chairs, half booths, and booths available to sit in. The tables were clutter free of where we normally would see a chopstick/spoon/sauce caddie. Alley greeted us as we walked in and she let us sit wherever we wanted. I liked how there are big windows that allow a lot of light to shine in. The art in the walls was so beautiful. Even the bathroom was wall art (with a beautiful faucet)... and with the blossom tree inside the restaurant, it gave us a soothing mellow dining experience. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls for an appetizer to share. For our main entrée, we each ordered the XL bowl of Pho Dac Biet and a couple of waters to sip on. Our appetizer was out within a few minutes. Gorgeous plating and the peanut sauce is delicious. The spring rolls were good. I prefer them with a little more peanut sauce and ingredients in the roll. The ones we ate didn't have any coriander or mint. After a couple bites I looked for it and they weren't in there (those ingredients were listed on the menu for shrimp spring rolls) but they were still delicious and packed very full with lettuce and vermicelli noodles. For our Pho, first we sipped the broth... it was very good beef broth! The aroma isn't as strong as we are used to and the flavor not as strong... it was more delicate and light... it still tasted of perfection! I like how the thin rare steak on top was filet mignon. Very tender.... however, the broth was so hot, it cooked the steak almost all the way before it got to the table. Alley was kind enough to bring out a few extra slices of meat so that I could enjoy it the way I really like. Service was fantastic and you have to ask Alley about her adorable manager! See you guys soon (especially for a rainy day!)

The restaurant's atmosphere lives up to it's name. Decent bar area on one side with tables in front. Dining room was clean and comfortable. These are what I would describe as small soft street tacos with enough meat to easily fill a larger tortilla. Sides like sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese are 50-cents for each portion cup. There's enough in each side cup to cover 2-3 tacos. Service was outstanding throughout our visit!
