Service was fine, nothing spectacular, although I loved how the hostess opened the door as we left the restaurant. Now for the pizza. My wife ordered the Margherita, and I ordered the Fat Lou. For the Marg, I'm a fan of fresh basil after the pizza comes out, this was put on before. The sauce was good, not great, the cheese was good, not great. There will be one common fault of both pizzas. The Fat Lou, toppings were really good, sauce and cheese were fine. Here is the problem. The sourdough crust was below average. It lacked flavor, it was lacking moisture and was EXTREMELY dry. It just made the pizza an average pizza. I've tried hundreds of pizzas, and the wood fired pizzas always are the best. These pizzas are not wood fired. And the crust in these pizzas really brought down the overall experience for me.

There wasn't an ounce of hustle in any one of these employees. There are six people working. And yet not one of them made an effort to greet a single one of the customers currently in the building. It took a solid 5+ minutes for one of the employees to come take our order. Despite the fact that several employees were standing directly in front of us. One guy just walked out because of how long it was taking. Even after ordering we had to stand there and wait for another 5 minutes until it got to our pizzas. I might be incorrect in assuming that customers currently in the building should have priority. The employees made every single online order (without a word mind you) before moving on to the orders of the physically present customers. Now, I understand that online orders do need to be completed in a timely manner. But when there are customers standing directly in front of you and not one of the 6 employees can even bother to say "hello" or even "I will be with you in a second" it's a bit absurd. Perhaps it is because there is no tip option at checkout that the employees choose to be so....antisocial. Despite being paid to you know, do the job maybe? However, once 7:00pm rolled around customers were greeted and helped promptly. So they actually do know what to do, they just seem to be choosing when to do it.
