I came to Burger & Cream with my friend, and we had such a great time! I ordered the Western Burger…read moreand decided to make it a double because apparently one patty just wasn't enough for me that day, lol. It came loaded with Tillamook cheddar, crispy bacon, onion rings, mayo, and their gourmet BBQ sauce. The burger was juicy, cheesy, smoky, and slightly sweet without the BBQ sauce overpowering everything else. Adding that second patty made it a beast of a burger! It was way too much for me to finish in one sitting, but that worked out perfectly because it became two meals and how the heck was it more delicious the next day? My friend ordered the Boss Burger, which came with lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion rings, Swiss and American cheeses, and their signature sauce. He made his a double too, which turned an already fully loaded burger into something absolutely massive! Both burgers looked impressive when they arrived. By the time I barely finished my half, he was practically done with his burger... how the... well, lol, he's a man! The restaurant was crowded when we visited, and only about half of the tables were clean. However, the customer service here is always great. I also like that they keep water available on the counter so you can easily help yourself. We had a great time laughing, talking, and even chatting with other customers who shared our love for Burger & Cream. That made the experience even more enjoyable! Of course, you can't come to Burger & Cream without checking out the desserts. We chose a chocolate cookie dessert made with chocolate ice cream, took it back to my place, and shared it there. It was rich, chocolatey, and the perfect sweet ending to a fun time with my friend.

A Great Burger, a Little Nostalgia, and a 20-Minute Test of Patience…read more I've been bringing my family to this location for years--back when it was a Foster Freeze. This place has some history for me. Many a Friday night, when I was the Defensive Coordinator for Lincoln High School, I'd find myself here. And on those hot summer days, my wife and I would stop in with our son Jonathan before heading off to watch Lincoln play Nevada City. So, yes... I have a little emotional investment in this place. Fast-forward to today, and I'm happy to report that the burgers are still worth talking about. The buns were soft, the meat was flavorful, and the whole burger experience hit the spot. And, of course, my family gave the milkshakes their official seal of approval--which, in my household, is basically a Michelin star. The menu has plenty of good options, there's outdoor seating, and the staff is genuinely working hard. They're multitasking like their lives depend on it, so every once in a while you may need to repeat your order. But honestly, I'd rather see people working hard and trying to take care of everyone than standing around looking bored. Parking can be a bit challenging, too. Consider it part of the dining experience--your appetizer is finding a parking space. So why only four stars? The wait. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. It wasn't terrible, but when you're hungry enough to start considering whether ketchup packets are technically a meal, 20 minutes feels like a lifetime. That said, the food was really good, the staff was friendly, and there's a genuine sense that people are working hard to make this place successful. Bottom line: Great burgers, excellent milkshakes, a solid menu, friendly people, and a little nostalgia thrown in for free. I'd absolutely recommend giving this place a try. Just remember: bring your appetite, a little patience, and maybe say your order twice. Four stars--and I'll definitely be back.

Quality/Quantity - Back to our go-to travel food. I like…read morethis brand when traveling because they give us car trays and mats. So I can stay productive when traveling. Eating and driving. But today we decided to actually eat here, on the outside patio/seating. Today we got 3 cheeseburgers, all with different styles of onions. Two grilled onions and my usual raw onion. And we ALL shared one order of fries. Again, we are trying (but failing) to eat healthier. Decent quantities, thank you. All of which were good. On this visit, my bread was "normal." Not rock hard like on my first visit in 2023. Atmosphere - Two entrances. We chose to come in from the back part of the lot today. Drive thur available, but then how will I take my Yelp pictures? LOL. A long narrow parking lot, another reason to come in from the back to avoid poor drivers. It is best to park further from the entrances, as it can get congested with the parking and the drive thru exit. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service - The cashier was so friendly, but today it was VERY loud so I could not hear her talk?!?! There were 3 registers going, and because we were ALL next to each other, everyone was trying to talk over each other and was almost yelling?!?! As for speed of service, it was slightly quicker than a "normal" In N Out. But we know and do not mind that we have to wait as food is made to order. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Price - $17, inexpensive and of great value. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 424+ locations in 10 states and still keeping it within the family!! Thanks for keeping it simple and good!

Their burgers are the freshest and at this price point, nothing comes close! I would venture to say that some restaurants can't beat their burgers! Their burgers use fresh ground beef, all the veggies are super fresh. I usually get the hamburger (no cheese because this girl has to watch her figure), with regular onions and peppers. I like their regular fries! My family likes fries animal style. The line can be looong but they do the best they can, always with a smile! My wife and two friends had burritos which were excellent and I opted for a cheese enchilada. I am a cheese enchilada snob and this is one of the best around.: soft, gooey and sauced with an exceptional orange-colored sauce. I could eat a bowl of the sauce all by itself. Most restaurants serve enchiladas with a red chile sauce which I usually find bitter - not so here. The salsa bar has interesting salsas and thin, crisp tortilla chips. We highly recommend this great little restaurant.

I try to keep every review as close to reality as possible, and unfortunately, this McDonald's shows a lot to report. The lack of cleanliness, food-safety awareness, and basic customer service is extremely concerning. I've seen employees handle money and then touch food without properly cleaning their hands. I've seen employees preparing food while touching their faces, scratching themselves, or repeatedly wiping their noses. The restaurant feels completely disorganized. Orders are frequently wrong, the food can be cold or soggy, and the wait times can be extremely long. You can give your order as clearly as possible and still receive something completely different. Basic hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, customer service, and simple etiquette should be standard in any restaurant. Unfortunately, those basics seem to be missing here. I'm not writing this review to exaggerate anything. I'm simply reporting what this restaurant has shown me. And based on what I've personally experienced, getting an order right, served hot, and prepared with proper hygiene seems to be a rare occurrence here.
