I was so excited to finally try this place and it didn't disappoint! It's a very unique and creative cuisine! Ingredients are fresh. Great variety of options. You could really have something completely different every time you eat here! So fun! I tried the brown rice bowl with pork, edamame, olives, corn slaw, sunflower seeds and creamy sesame sauce. It was fantastic! That corn slaw is amazing, I could eat just a bowl of that! The miso soup was good too! And the prices are very reasonable! Definitely a solid choice! The first time we went here my husband got a custom wrap filled with a jumble of items that really did not go together. Next time, we planned better and got one of the premade bowls and it was delicious! It wasn't called bibimbap but that is what they were going for. This is my favorite restaurant in town: fresh, fast, reasonably priced, and friendly! You choose your vessel: rice bowl, salad, tortilla wrap, or seaweed nori wrap. Then you choose your protein, next your veggies, and finally your sauce. I love that they added ahi tuna to the menu and it's what I get every time now, even though I really should try something else. I can't quit the ahi tuna! They recently added broccoli for a limited time to their veggie selection based on a poll they ran on their Facebook page - follow them on Facebook to chime in with what you want to see on their menu next! I love that they make menu changes, including adding ahi tuna to the menu, based on their customers' demands! The food has always been fresh and tasty. The staff have always been really friendly, including: checking in on us as we dined in, offering to wrap up my leftovers, and being really gracious with our messy toddler, always with smiles. I love making my wrap a meal which adds their tofu miso soup and a cup of their hot ginger tea to complete your meal. Their ginger tea has a kick and my mom and I love it - last night, my mom said she just wished the hot ginger tea had unlimited refills! On a side note, their Hawks Prairie location is nicely decorated! Even though it's further than the Lacey location, I like to go to the Hawks Prairie one because it's roomier, has more parking, and it has a drive thru (which I've never used). I've been going to miso since 2017. My kid loves it too, but lately, it's been a hit or miss. The other day I ordered a customized ahi tuna, and they put too much kimchi that overpowered the sauce, and the meal itself tasted like a kimchi bowl. Also, I don't know if the noodles are supposed to be cold. Just not a fan of it. Also, the guy that works there is rude that I've been opting to buy through uber eats, so I don't have to deal with him. They do have the best miso soup. Other than that, I think I'm done with miso. Very disappointed. The photos look so good, but the taste is blah. They were out of steak today, so we got chicken. It was unseasoned. The worst was the miso soup. Saw this little gem driving by our usual route toward Cabela's, I love this place! Not only is everyone friendly and smiling every time you walk in - the food is delicious, too! My family and I have tried The Classic and the ahi tuna... will have to keep going back to try more! It's Asian Fusion, so don't expect "authentic Asian food" here. It's a mix of different flavors, hence FUSION... Not sure what others expectations are, but it's a "fast food" place - NOT a 5 star restaurant! Fast but good food is what comes to mind .It's like Chipotle but for Korean/ Japanese food and I say that in the best possible way .They have wraps and salads and rice bowl. The store was clean and the staff were really friendly and fun. Delicious, fresh and ohhhh so good! I like that they have three different ways to order; wrap bowl or salad. I love that the wrap isn't a tortilla, but seaweed! (They have tortilla and spinich wraps for those who don't like the seaweed too though) and the miso soup is always so good! Every time I have been there, the employees are so friendly and outgoing. I'm OBSESSED with Miso. Like I have a problem. Some weeks I get it three times. Once I had Miso for lunch and didn't tell my husband, then we had it for dinner. I always get the veggie bowl. The Kim chi is to die for, the corn slaw is heavenly. My favorite sauce combo is bibimbap and creamy sesame. The staff are courteous and helpful and FAST. Inconsistent. Would rate almost 5 stars if they were more consistent. I've had a bowl with a good amount of tuna and crab but then got very little another time. Got my order for take out both times but for some reason they didn't notice they had a take out order the last time so they quickly made it when I asked. read more

I used to love miso but after multiple times going I've been noticing hair in my food. I have also noticed that employees with long hair are not pulling their hair back so I'm assuming that is the issue. It's sad because their food can be really good but hair cooked into my rice is very gross. read more
