Cut us off after every other sentence and had an attitude i then asked for a manager who was Nathan and that was even worse! Becky was so not helpful who was the other manager on duty this evening. Had a yen for fried chicken in the morning and remembered that I was near Chik-Fil-A. Been to some in California but this was my first time visiting one in Washington. so glad I dropped in because they have a large dining room so I wasn't shoulder to shoulder with other parons. The staff got my order wrong but it's easy to forgive because they corrected the problem immediately. That Oreo milkshake was heavenly and I can't wait for the summer so I can get their peach milkshake. If you've never been to a CFA, the thing that makes people come back is that CFA sauce. I don't know what's in it, but I tasted bacon and it's intoxicating. The chicken sizes are a little disappointing, but whatever, I'm there for the taste. So glad to be there when the restaurant wasn't too usy, because I used to go to the one in Hollywood and that place had crazy lines. They're going to build another one in the old Fujiyama space in Olympia (Booooo!!!) but I'm glad they'll be closer to me so I can get all my favorite bites. Another thing I liked about this particular location is that they had a bin near the condiments where you can leave the condiments you don't use. So glad they do that because I hate throwing those sauces away when you don't need them so if you find you need one more sauce to finish off your chicken, help yourself! read more

We stopped a Chick-fil-a on our road trip. We don't have one close to us. We stopped in Vancouver, WA. The food was ok. I was kind of disappointed the grilled chicken nuggets were good but dry. My husband had the origchicken sandwich and he said it was good . As he said ," Nothing to write home about!" But I do love your waffle fries and that fry sauce! Delicious! I had a Chick-fil-A Deluxe *I liked the way they cook the chicken! A boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, freshly breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. The bun & the condiments were very fresh & good. Hubby had the Spicy Deluxe & he didn't care for it. The Waffle Potato Fries were cooked perfectly. The Ranch dressing pods were good on the fries. Disappointed that they take forever to service folks who decide to go inside and pick up. We waited over 20 minutes and saw people who came in and ordered fresh get served immediately. We ordered online waited in our car for a while, then went inside and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. It would've been faster to go through the drive thru 3 times. This was bad....I waited close to an hour from start to finish to get one meal and the food was cold which made it even worse. Their highly advertised Mac n cheese was stale dry and not even filled in the small container they serve it in. I wouldn't recommend this chick FIL a experience. I have gone here at least twice a month for the last three months. 4 of these times my food has been completely raw in the middle. Of course I had picked around it and ate what I could. But the last thing I had gotten were the chicken minis. I don't really look at them as I eat them due to only taking a couple bites per mini. I was using it to entice something and broke open the chicken bite and there was raw bloody meat. I finally decided that I should probably post a review. I ate five chicken minis and over the next 3-4 days I was having severe stomach issues. Other than that it is really good the service is amazing. And I will still continue to go though if I'd want it but make sure to throughly check your food before eating it. read more
