I have to say something it has been about three days from my visit . First the food was great! One worker was working super hard. Then another worker who was heavy set started yelling at the other worker. She was using language that I will not use here. This incident made me uncomfortable for days now. Held off on trying this place for the longest time. The location is mildly tucked away, and hidden in a plaza full of businesses. However, decided to give it a go for the first time about a month ago. One of the best choices I have made in my 21 years of life. For starters, the price is great for the portions you receive. The food is also fresh, prepared on site, and like I said, they load you up. The restaurant operates similar to a chipotle, as in you are able to create your own dishes, which is what I prefer. But they also have a la carte items that you can order. Now, lets talk about their sauce selection. These people have hands down the best sauces I have ever tried. The spicy chipotle mayo and the sweet teriyaki are an actual gift from God, and you should include them in your meal every time you visit this place. Amazing. Wonderful. 10/10 read more

Gimbab meets chipotle! Such a great find! They do bowls, wraps, and salads. It's set up just like chipotle in that you can pick and choose what you want. The sauces are ridiculously tasty! Being that it was my first time in, I gotta say the customer service was excellent, the environment was clean, the food was fast and it tasted amazing... even after a 30 min drive to get home. Came in this afternoon and got a Tuna salad, and I was very happy with the flavors and freshness of the ingredients. My only negative comment is that I payed over $14 for the Tuna salad and the person assembling my food only gave me half of a scoop of the fish... kind of annoying considering how expensive it is. A quick Yelp search led me to this little piece of heaven and I'm so thankful! Ingredients here are so fresh! So simple! So divine! You basically have the chipotle set up where you can choose a wrap, bowl, or salad. I opted for the bulgogi steak with white rice, corn slaw, lettuce, carrots, edamame, tofu and creamy sesame. Probably the smartest choice I made all day. It was absolutely delicious. The flavors and textures were perfect! A great light meal for this scorching hot weather. Oh and the service was great! The woman behind the counter was so patient with all of our questions and indecisiveness. She answered all questions so enthusiastically! Bf loved his meal and so did my toddler and baby. I'm so excited that I finally got to try this place out. I like how you can make your own kimbap and bibimbap with the meat, veggies, and sauces you want. I got a "tiger" roll which is a kimbap roll that allows for more fillings since I wanted 4 choices of veggies. I got it with pulled pork, cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, and lettuce. I got the bibim sauce which I'm sure is gochuhang :) Better than sriracha in my option, but I'm bias being half Korean. I also tried their corn slaw (I forgot to put in my roll)... kimchi, and miso soup. I like that the miso soup has a lot more flavor than other Asian restaurants I've gone too. Good stuff. I don't really know what I ordered, but it was delicious. I'm not a fan of the kimchi, so I will probably avoid that stuff from now on. One recommendation to consumers: eat these wraps quickly. If you take it home the wrap will become soft, squishy, and gross. Despite the texture being somewhat unappetizing, my bulgogi steak wrap was flavorful and amazing. Two minor complaints: 1. My wrap was almost $10.00 and I was still hungry after consuming it. Can I get a larger size? 2. I found small pieces of foil in my food, because they put foil around the wraps before they cut them in half. This process needs to be re-evaluated. These are just small technical mistakes that can easily be fixed. Once that happens, Miso will easily be a 5-star establishment. I will definitely be returning, simply because these wraps are awesome. read more

Reading the reviews got me really excited to try this place! As I walked in, there was an employee on the food line and one at drive through. No customers in line or in the dining room. I was not greeted as I approached the counter. I'm sure they were aware of my presence as I stood there with my family. So instead I greeted him by saying "HI", still, no word from either of them. After a couple of minutes he finally looked up and I expected him to finally greet us, with a "hi" or "hello". Instead he said what can I get you. I replied with, "hi, how are you"? We proceeded with our order. As he was preparing our order, the other employee was collecting tip from the tip jar from the drive through window. She then came to help with our order thinking that she was going to change her gloves after touching money, but she didn't. I was attempted to say something, but I didn't. Instead I watched as she handled the food keeping my fingers crossed she didn't touch it. Thankfully she didn't! Aside from not being greeted and feeling welcomed, the food was great! The portions were very generous without feeling overly full and price is just right. We will come and visit again, but I'm hoping next time around, we'll be greeted with a smile and a hello. read more
