First time stopping by Seoul Garden after wanting to try it for a while. Our group of four was seated quickly and staff was very friendly. The food came out fast and everything was delicious. My must-haves are the beef short ribs (so tender), soft tofu soup, and seafood pancakes. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it for great food and supporting a small restaurant.

Quaint, quiet, and quite delicious. I always come here for my spicy pork fix. Any entree you order comes with the requisite sides Korean restaurants are known for. A little kimchee here, a little fish cake there...bam, you've got a yummy lunch. Priced a bit high, but that's kinda the new norm these days. Pleasant service, plenty of parking, quick delivery of the food. I'm always satisfied when I go to 'Seoul'!

Food was so good with the rice cakes being the right level of soft yet still chewy. Not overpowering with the sauces, especially with the pork meat that my table and I ordered later on in the meal, but not pictured below. We got level 3 spiciness and it was something where it was more due to the flavorful spices rather than the actual scovilles of the sauce, which I love. Service was quick and they did respectful check-ins that did not interrupt flow of the eating and conversing among the table. Not much design going with the place. I feel like a splash of color or even paintings could make the place feel more welcoming and appealing to the eye of passerbys who could look inside. Appreciated the Hi-Chews at the front by the cashier as a sweet treat to take out to the door once done eating, or entering the restaurant when about to eat. bottom line upfront/bluf: quick service for yummy food that will make ur table stop talking bc of how much u eating

The ambiance is very welcoming and home-feeling. The staff greets you and provides top-notch service as they are quick to answer any questions, provide suggestions when asked, and converse with joy. The food is as delicious as the pictures appear them to be. The side dishes are so yummy, and compliment their main dishes very nicely. During this visit, we ordered the kimchi Soup and a Bimbap. We were very satisfied and marked this as one of our favorites to dine at!

Ordered two hot stone bibimbaps and kimchi stew. Both delicious and super filling. Service was good. We were in and out with no issues. The place is pretty low key, no nonsense, nothing too fancy. Overall, good stop for a quick & delicious Korean dinner.

Spicy pork, bulgogi banchan had nice taste and meat was good. Yukaejung seemed like watered down a lot and did not like it that much. Even though i finished ( was hungry). Kimchi pancake was little bit burned. Galbitang meat wasn't that soft. The service was really attentive and ask if we need anything.

Kal Bi dinner came with all of this. A lot for one person so I took some home!

So so service, average food expensive and atmosphere not so good. I think some people would like it, but I am selective.

Pros: food is pretty authentic, good selection and portions of bonchon, adequate parking and seating Cons: they use styrofoam go to containers, food can be more refined, menu is on the smaller side

If you love Korean food, this spot is definitely worth it. My family here loves all types of food and trying new places so we made the stop. It's a smaller place and the entire staff are very welcoming once you walk in the door and throughout your visit. Once seated, you receive hot tea. What about the food? Tastebud explosion!!! We started with kimchi pancake $16. It was about the size of a large pizza. It was delish. My little one had the SPAM fried rice $15. She gave it a thumbs up and said it was so yummy. I had the spicy beef fried rice $15. It tastes great and it was just right on the heat level. Yum! The others had the beef short ribs soup $18 and the bibimbap hotpot $16. They both loved theirs too. There are some great options here. The pics speak for themselves. They are closed Sunday and Monday, but do have great lunch specials Tuesday through Friday. To-go boxes were definitely needed.

Found this gem when we were browsing for Korean food on the web as we were craving it and being new to the state we were kind of hesitant with the location. It's attached to a alterations store that looks like it's been closed down. Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted and seated with our choice of table. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The food also came out within expected time. We ordered the beef short ribs, gamjang tang and mandu for appetizers. We also received banchan which is common when eating Korean food as they're side dishes for the food. All which was flavorful and in our opinion authentic Korean food that did not disappoint. We are definitely adding this restaurant to our list of dining in at as well as suggesting this to friends and family. Also I should add that we have very picky young boys and the food was approved by them. As far as the ambiance it was nice and quiet. The establishment was very clean and had cool Korean decor near the cashier before entering the restrooms.

Best authentic Korean food! I highly recommend the Mandu and Bibimbap. Everything is so fresh and his place never disappoints.

My god the aroma that hits you as soon as you walk through the door takes you to faraway lands. The mixture of curry & coconut milk is just so fragrant you can't mistake it. BBQ Pork Puff: amazing. Think char siu bao but in a PUFF PASTRY. Flaky, warm, sweet, savory. Curry Chicken Puff: amazing amazing. I can't say enough how heavenly the combo of curry & coconut are to me. This says plenty. Also there are potatoes in it. Nasi Lemak: Coconut rice delicious. Chicken was well seasoned and tender enough. Whatever that sauce was hit the spot. Egg mixed in w/ everything gave extra variety in texture. Anchovies crispy and salty but not too salty. Other dishes ordered by my family: Chicken & Rice, Mee Soto Ayam, Ikan Bilis, Veg Fried Rice. The Chicken Potato Curry Puff pastry had an amazing filling. My wife and I would eat this alone. The curry flavor had a nice balance with the filling. However, the travel time to our AirBnB in Southbay may have compromised the outer puff pastry part. That was a bit lifeless. I would have liked to have tried this while at the restaurant. The rice in the "Chicken Rice Lunch" had fantastic flavor. However, I don't think the rice was fully cooked though. We definitely had more than a few harder than normal kernels of rice. But kudos to the rice flavoring - even though the rice was not fully cooked, I wanted to finish the rice. And the Chicken Garam Masala was blah. The Garam Masala was way too watery for our liking. The flavor was too diluted. A picture of this dish on their online menu shows a thicker sauce. We didn't finish this dish...

The restaurant is easy to find, located in a plaza with other businesses, so there's plenty of parking available. I also like that their hours are posted in military time; it's a small detail, but it removes any confusion about opening and closing times. The space itself is on the smaller side, but it feels comfortable and welcoming. We arrived around 17:00 on a Wednesday and were seated quickly. Service was friendly from start to finish--menus were brought promptly, and we were asked about drinks right away (water was perfect for us). Throughout the meal, the staff was attentive without being intrusive, refilling our water and clearing dishes at just the right times. We started with the agedashi tofu to share. The broth was flavorful and the tofu was prepared well, with that soft, gooey, gelatinous consistency. While it wasn't quite my personal preference (I tend to favor a crispier texture), it was still tasty and likely ideal for those who enjoy it that way. For our main dishes, my son ordered the tonkatsu corn ramen, and I had the black garlic ramen (without bean sprouts--personal preference). This was our first ramen spot since moving to Washington, and it genuinely reminded us of a favorite place we used to visit in Sacramento. The broth was rich, creamy, and deeply savory--absolutely delicious. I especially liked that the ramen was served with a ladle instead of a standard soup spoon, which made it easier to sip more of the broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly--not too firm, not too soft--and paired really well with the toppings. My son even commented on the generous portion of noodles, which I joked was exactly what we signed up for when ordering ramen! We both finished our bowls feeling completely satisfied. The chashu and egg were highlights for me--I took my time consuming them. My only small critique is that I wish the ramen included a full soft-boiled egg instead of just half, especially with bowls averaging around $17. Overall, this was a great dining experience with flavorful food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. While I have a couple of minor preferences, I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for quality ramen in the area.
