Popped through the drive-thru for a quick bite to eat. I always get the same Mexican pizza, 2 taco supremes, and a drink meal....every...single...time since I ate Taco Bell the first time in the eighties. The food was at a perfect hot temperature. The lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes were nice a cool. Sometimes the sour cream is heavy handed, but today it was a perfect amount in my liking. One of the taco shells was broken to the point I couldn't eat the taco by hand. I had to use the fork supplied. The gal at the checkout window was personable. I used to really like this location, but they have messed up my order multiple times, so I'm done with them. It seems like they are doing it on purpose. I ask for 20 mild sauces for 2 burritod because I like the flavor of the mild, so I am very clear in asking for it. Multiple times they give me about 5. One time, there wasn't a line, so I went back through the line and said I really meant I want that much sauce. They were very snarky about it when they gave me a bag with just the sauce, and there STILL wasn't as much as I asked for. I'm very glad one opened on Marvin Road. Terrible. The night crew is run by kids and they're too lazy to do their job. It's not busy at night and yet they say they're out of items that they clearly just don't want to cook. I've been by three times after hours, the first time all I wanted was an order of the Crispanada and the young girl said that they would take too long to make basically out right stating they didn't want to put in the time or effort to drop them in the fryer. There was no line so I didn't mind waiting the 8 minutes that it takes to cook. The second time I was actually surprised that they were willing to make it. It was around the similar time as the first experience however an older woman was working the drive thru (I'd guess maybe in her 30s not like these teens/ early 20 yr olds) she was super nice and informed us that they'd have to cook them so it'd be about 8-10 minutes and we didn't mind waiting, again there was no line. She was super polite and had great work ethic. I wish I got her name so I could mention her. This 3rd time it was just after midnight and it was a young dude probably in his early 20s he said "they're not available". I was never told in any interaction that there was a cut off at a certain point in the day for this item. It just seems like lazy work ethic. Like these kids want to stand around and get paid to say no to people and not be bothered. I will be calling the manager tomorrow if they're not in I will be giving a call on Monday. read more

These guys were completely out of protein's when I went there last and I feel like the guy behind the register purposely gave me the wrong change by giving me only dollar amount back and passing up 20 dollars on top of that. He first said he couldn't break my 100 $ bill then gave me 50 dollars back when it should have been 72.85.... He was being all buddy buddy then when I counted the change after he stopped talking to me I told him and he insisted that he gave me the correct change back. He also failed to give me a receipt! I'm not an easily disgruntled customer but this really seemed like a sketchy interaction that was supposed to result in 20 dollars going into his pocket. read more

Every time we come to this Taco Bell it always takes forever. While ordering the lady couldn't get the order right and I had to repeat it multiple times. This Taco Bell is not worth it. We have the app and have come through multiple times and the chicken is always overcooked. However, we ordered through the app for the new chicken tacos (they resemble bao buns). My husband went to pick it up and says he had an order and the employees tell him to pull up. When he pulled up they said they didn't have those (which was half the order). They told him to choose something of equal or lesser value and they said they could not accommodate a refund because the manager was not there. We would have to make a separate trip if we wanted to do that. 1) It would have been more helpful if they told him at the screen so he could choose something else besides off the top of his head. We have been so dissatisfied with this location. We don't get fast food ofter, buy when we do, it's taco bell or Wendy's. Today was my final visit there. We sat in line for a good 20 min, only to get up to the pickup window and have the lady at the window try to hand us a pespi... we don't drink soda often...
