    Date night menu.
    Kim L.

I've heard good things, so decided to try this place with a friend for the date night special - an appetizer, main, and a cocktail for 60.00. We were able to get wine instead of a cocktail, we each got white wine, which was crisp and refreshing. Unfortunately, the calamari appetizer was inedible - it was rubbery. I had one and almost spit it out. The New England haddock was dry, the potatoes were ok, I didn't taste any olives. We checked out the dessert menu, and nothing sounded at all good on the dessert menu, so we just didn't have any. Service wasn't bad, but also wasn't great. Unfortunately, I won't be back anytime soon. I should have taken Anthony Bourdain's advice to never get the fish special early in the week!

We came here for a work group social event and it worked well from the perspective of location, ease of parking, etc. The options were interesting and varied, and also a little random. The food was plentiful and tasty. In particular, it was fun to introduce my colleagues to artichoke, although it is a complicated appetizer to share across the table. I'd go again.

Lots of potential here, but also aspects that need work. The inside is obviously adorable and looks like a super fun place to grab drinks and food with friends. I haven't tried any of their cocktails yet, but some of them sounded amazing - especially the salty snack. Cocktail bars in Tucson, we need more savory and salty cocktails! I will definitely be trying it next time I go. As for the food, it was good. We started with the grilled artichoke with aioli, and that was awesome. The aioli was fresh and slightly garlicky. For my entree, I had the fish and chips, which seems to be one of the most popular items here. The fish was haddock, not your typical cod, and it was juicy with a good fry. No complaints, except that the batter could have been a little thinner. I was disappointed by the fries, though. They were a bit limp, not really crispy at all, and lacked flavor. For a dish called fish and chips, I'd hope the chips would be just as good as the fish, so that was definitely a letdown. The star of the show for me, however, was somehow the COLESLAW - it was amazing! Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and a bit savory, not too heavy on the mayo, and they use cilantro in it (?!?!) -- which I've never seen done before, but it was actually so good. The herbaceous flavor of the cilantro complimented the coleslaw perfectly. Next time I make coleslaw myself, I'm taking a page out of their book and adding cilantro. I also had an oyster. It was very fresh, briny, and slightly sweet, all of the things you look for in a good oyster. I enjoyed the mignonette and the fresh horseradish that came with it as well. I only ordered one, but it was honestly pretty small. I know that smaller is usually better in the oyster world, but this was about the size of a half dollar. Hopefully they source some slightly bigger ones in the future. Overall, I'm appreciative of the concept and another spot in town trying to serve interesting cocktails, oysters, and entrees, but hoping quality will improve in a few areas. I will be back!

Had a great experience at Miramonte . The food was delicious. The service was excellent! Highly recommend the artichokes. We also got a couple orders of fish and chips, which were fantastic. I can't wait to come back here. I can't stop thinking about the artichokes.

What a solid experience from start to finish! It makes such a difference--especially when dealing with food allergies--when the waitress knows every ingredient in each dish without having to run back to the kitchen. That level of knowledge and confidence immediately put us at ease. Service was excellent all around. The cast iron cornbread is an absolute must. It's incredible--but be warned, you'll want at least four people to help tackle it! I may have gone a little overboard because by the time our fish and chips arrived, I was nearly full. The fish was light, flaky, and perfectly cooked. The fries came out slightly cold, but they happily replaced them with a fresh, hot batch right away. My wife really enjoyed the coleslaw (not usually my thing), and even though we were stuffed, we couldn't resist ordering the Baked Alaska. That toasted marshmallow exterior over ice cream and sponge cake was the perfect sweet finish--delicious and beautifully done. Huge portions, great prices, a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable seating, and drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert all for under $100. I honestly can't say enough good things about this dinner. Definitely a must-stop spot!

Our server, Ruby was amazing and efficient. Ruby was great at suggestion meals and add ons. We came as a large group, Ruby did great at managing all of our orders, clearing the table and bringing the food and putting it directly in front of the person who ordered. They are funny, they are kind and they made our first visit exceptionally!!

I'm so glad I made it in recently for happy hour with some family. I had heard good things about this place and was not disappointed. I love the industrial feel on the inside , they really opened up the space and utilize the big windows. Our server was good, friendly and helpful. They have a solid happy hour and I saw they also do reverse happy hour late night as well. They definitely have the best oyster price in town at $1.50 per blue point oyster with all the fixings. There's other price points and seafood options as well that looked good . The onion rings were huge, solid and definitely hand breaded. But the standout for me was the key lime pie for sure . Loved the big dollop of whip cream on top and the tart filling with the thick crust just sooooo good! I will definitely be back for that! They have a nice big parking lot out front and parking in the back. This place is great overall, definitely recommend!

A generous cut of key lime pie. Recommended.

Pro tip: You can use your Amex Platinum or Gold Resy benefit, which will automatically apply even if you did not make a reservation on Resy. Food: 10/10. I had the pan seared salmon with capers on a bed of spinach and mashed potato. Perfectly done and a nice thick cut of salmon. For dessert, I had their signature Key Lime pie, which did not disappoint. Service: Excellent. Ambiance: classy. Last note: I am truly flummoxed by the sub-4 stars on Yelp. This restaurant has a much higher rating on the Resy app, and I would absolutely eat here again. The place was busy and had a lot of well dressed people in it. Very vibey spot.

A coworker recommended this place and I'm glad I listened. Nice clean modern designs in a prime location. Make reservations because this place fills up fast! I ordered the onion rings, cornbread and filet. Trust me don't leave here without trying the cornbread! Hatch green Chile with jack cheese and sweet corn topped with honey butter in a cast iron. My southern heart and taste buds were pleased. Filet was cooked to temp. Medium paired nicely with the blue cheese topping and whipped mashed potatoes. My service Karly was awesome. Truly attentive, personable and kind. Next time I'll ask to be sested by the fire place or on their beautiful patio

Miramonte is a stylish, dressed-up spot that serves casual food prepared really well. I stopped in with friends on a Saturday night to catch the end of the UofA game and grabbed a drink. They have a solid selection of drinks good beer, wine, and spirits. And if the onion rings were any indication of the rest of the menu, the food is going to be excellent. The breading was flavorful and fried perfectly. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had a good experience with the staff. Definitely worth checking out.

I made a reservation online ahead of time and it was a good thing I did. Seems to be a popular restaurant. Due to some health issues I asked if we could possibly be seated away from lots of people. When we got there, they sat us up front toward a corner with some little tables put together for us. The manager checked with us to be sure it was satisfactory. I was very impressed with how they handled my request. Our server was great, very attentive. The menu had several delicious sounding choices. We started with the kale salad--very yummy. They divided it into two separate portions for us. Our companions ordered onion rings--a big pile of huge rings is what they got! We ordered the chicken under a brick meals. It came with a large portion of chicken over mashed potatoes with a delightfully cooked side of kale. Our friends ordered the salmon meal and fish n chips. They both enjoyed theirs as well. My only small complaint is that it is noisy, but part of that is due to being such a popular dining spot. They do have patio seating, but it was too hot that evening for anyone to dine outdoors.

A beautiful modern space for lunch or dinner. I like the vibes and decor of the place but the echos of all the chatter were loud and distracting. I'm hoping the acoustics can somehow be fixed because I came before it was busy and I can't imagine how it would be during peak. I noticed that the hostess took calls outside. Our server was great and attentive. Food was enjoyable and the drink menu is extensive. I got the elderflower mocktail and it tasted fresh and lovely. For food, I started with the ahi tuna tartare and had the pan seared salmon. Everything was tasty. One minor thing was that the beurre blanc had the consistency and look of melted butter (looks like the butter separated) and it pooled around the potatoes. I ended up eating around it.

OUTSTANDING food, service their Happy hour specials are the BEST. This seems to be a weekly adventure with friends.

Wow wow wow, I…read morecan't believe I waited this long to try wildflower. I made reservations and was seated immediately. Our poor waitress Alison was working HARD she had tables inside and outside and was really making sure we weren't neglected. We ordered our mocktails which were amazing and well priced compared to other places I've been. They have fresh baked bread with oil, garlic, Parmesan and she let us know bread should be out soon but we ordered an appetizer in the meantime of calamari which was cooked to perfection and it had an Asian spin on it which was really good. We then got our bread after the appetizer which was nice to munch on while we waited for our food. The short rib ravioli is my absolute favorite it's so flavorful, the sauce is rich and deep in flavor Pro tip- save some bread to wipe up the extra sauce. Desert was the lemon olive oil cake it was a tiny bit dry but it came with ice cream and buttercream and the mixture of everything made it all come together. Honestly it's so cute inside and the patio is nice with the misters. Service was great our waitress was really running around the restaurant but we never felt neglected and the food was phenomenal. They have a huge outdoor seating area, and even though it was very hot outside, it actually felt comfortable because of the misting system and fans. The inside is just as lovely. It has that warm, "this is a nice place to be" feeling that makes you want to sit and enjoy your meal. We went for lunch at a great time and were seated immediately with no wait. For an appetizer, we ordered the steamed mussels with spicy Italian sausage, and oh my goodness! If you love mussels, Wildflower knows what they're doing. They were absolutely delicious and probably my favorite thing we ordered. We also had the short rib ravioli, which was fantastic. It was the lunch portion, and my son actually thought it was too small because he loved it so much and wanted more! He completely cleaned his plate, so I'd say that's a pretty solid endorsement. We also ordered the fish and chips, which were delicious as well. I'm not usually a fish-and-chips girl, but the portion was generous and everything was really good. The reason I'm giving Wildflower 3 stars instead of 5 is the service. The food actually came out fairly quickly, but there were some pretty long gaps between interactions with our server. It felt a little sporadic, with very few check-ins throughout the meal. At one point, since we had already received our bill and had been waiting, I asked another waiter if he could take our payment. He told me he couldn't, which I completely understand if that's not something he was allowed to do, but when I asked if he could at least get our server, that didn't happen either. So we continued waiting. The other issue was the table spacing. A large group was seated near us, which obviously isn't a problem, but the tables were so close together that whenever their waiter came over, he was essentially standing right over our table his rear was literally touching the bread basket. I actually had to move our bread out of the way because there simply wasn't enough space. It definitely wasn't the waiter's fault; there just wasn't enough room between the tables. That said, the food and atmosphere were excellent, and I would absolutely come back. Hopefully the service was just an off day because Wildflower has a lot going for it. The mussels alone are worth coming back for!

The grilled chicken sandwich is my go-to and it's good every time. We both usually get one, and a lot of the time we'll add buffalo wings, which are some of our favorites in Tucson. Good flavor, good texture, and always reliable. If anything, the wings could always use a little more sauce, but they're still one of the better orders on the menu. The only real issue, and it happens pretty often, is the service speed. Everyone there is friendly, but the place always feels understaffed, especially when it's busy. We've had multiple times sitting outside in the Arizona heat where it takes 15-20 minutes just to get water to the table, and you start wondering if you should go up to the bar yourself to get things moving.
